Description

Mobile production unit
The utility model relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to trailer vehicles used for field production of products for various purposes, for example, production of pipes from polymeric materials to transport liquid and gaseous substances, and it can be used, for example, in the manufacture of pipes of different diameters directly at the place of pipe laying.
A mobile production unit (patent No. RU 2248491 of 20.03.2005) is known, which is used for the manufacture of polymeric pipes and contains two wheeled platforms. A container is placed on one of the platforms, the container containing a blank for the pipeline, and a production module is placed on the other platform, the production module consisting of a set of several devices for the manufacture and processing of the pipeline and a roller device. Due to the roller device, the manufactured section of the pipeline is gradually, evenly and continuously removed from the processing device and placed on the bottom of the pre-prepared trench.
Although the known mobile unit can be used on the cross-country at the place of pipe laying, thus eliminating the need for transportation thereof, however, the unit should be placed directly above the trench for the production and laying of the pipeline so that the trench is between the wheel set. Such placement of the mobile unit in some cases, for example, through an uneven landscape or the lack of space around the trench, makes it impossible to produce and lay the pipeline.
The closest prototype to the claimed utility model is a mobile production unit (patent No. RU 120178 of 30.03.2012), which is used for the production of polymeric pipes and comprises several wheeled or crawler platforms arranged in a row, one after the other. A power source of the mobile unit is placed on one of the platforms, a first production module is placed on the second platform, and a second production module is placed on the third platform.
Although the mobile production unit selected as the prototype can be placed around or near the trench for pipe laying, however, the realization of platforms one after the other, without the possibility of turning the production modules, is inconvenient during the unit operation. Due to the fact that the pipe should be produced in the direction of its laying in the trench, the placement of such a mobile unit requires a large space along the place of production and laying of the pipeline, which is not always possible and convenient.
The objective of the utility model is to provide a mobile production unit that provides a process of production of items for different purposes in any area with different landscapes and in limited space.
Said objective is solved by the claimed utility model. A mobile production unit comprises a wheeled or crawler mobile platform, a power source and an operator’s seat. Additionally, a production module is placed on the platform in the claimed unit, the production module is rotatable and contains sliding supports. The ability of the production module to rotate is provided by a rotary support device connected to the engine.
Due to the rotation of the production module, convenience in the production of products of any size in a limited space and in places with different landscapes is provided. The mobile unit can be placed in any free space, and then, upon having performed a turn of the production module, which is necessary or possible for the area, the production can begin. In addition, due to the rotation of the production module, the manufactured item, such as an item with long dimensions, can be immediately placed in the required direction to be transported or laid down without further rotation, which is sometimes difficult or impossible.
The stability and alignment of the production module is provided by the presence of two or more sliding supports embedded into this module. At the same time, the power source can be placed on or outside the platform containing the production module. And the operator’s seat can be placed inside, as well as outside the production module.
Thus, due to the above-mentioned distinctive features, the mobile production unit can be used for any field production of various items or products.
The claimed utility model will be further illustrated by the following example. This example should not be considered as limiting the utility model.
The utility model as claimed is explained by the following figures, where:
Fig. 1 represents a general view of the mobile production unit having an operator’s seat in the production module and a power source, which is placed on the platform next to the production module;
Fig. 2 represents a general view of the mobile production unit when the production module is rotated;
Fig. 3 represents a general view of the mobile production unit when the production module is rotated (a back view);
Fig. 4 represents a mobile production unit for the manufacture of polymeric pipes;
Fig. 5 represents a mobile production unit for the manufacture of polymeric pipes during operation in the field (a top view).
A mobile production unit for the manufacture of polymeric pipes (Figs.1 -4) comprises a wheeled mobile platform 1, on which a power source 2 in the form of a diesel generator, an operator’s seat 3 along with a production module 4 are placed. The production module 4 is rotatable and contains four sliding supports 5 which are embedded therein and have the fonn of hydraulic cylinders. The presence of the sliding supports 5 provides the stability and alignment of the production module 4 when it is turned to a desired angle. The ability of the production module 4 to turn is provided by a rotary support device 6 made in the form of a gear wheel connected to a hydraulic motor (not shown in the figures). In addition, the platform 1 further contains four remote elements 7 in the form of legs. The mobile production unit for the manufacture of polymeric pipes is further equipped with a lifting device 8 which supports the manufactured pipe 9. The lifting device 8 is a hinge-lever mechanism and is universal for different dimensions of manufactured items. The mobile production unit for the manufacture of polymeric pipes works as follows. Initially, the mobile wheeled unit having the platform 1 is transported by car and placed in the place of pipe laying, namely on the roadside between the road and the trench (see Fig.5). The platform 1 is fixed by the remote elements 7 in the form of legs. After that, the hydraulic motor (not shown in the figures) is turned on and a turn of 90 degrees of the production module 4 and the operator’s seat 3 is performed by the support rotary device 6 in the form of a gear wheel. After turning, the production module 4 is fixed by four hydraulic cylinders 5 which ensure its alignment and stability during operation. After that, the operator turns on a diesel generator 2 and starts the manufacturing process of a polymeric pipe 8 in the production module 4. The location of the production module 4 at an angle of 90 degrees is due to the need for a predefined direction of manufacture of the pipe 9 to the direction of the trench where it will be placed. The manufactured pipe 9 is held by the lifting device 8 along its entire length until it is placed in the trench.

Claims
1. A mobile production unit comprising a wheeled or crawler mobile platform, a power source and an operator’s seat, characterized in that a production module, placed on the platform, is rotatable and contains sliding supports.
2. The mobile production unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the ability of the production module to rotate is provided by a rotary support device connected to an engine.
3. The mobile production unit according to any one of claims 1 -2, characterized in that there are at least two sliding supports to ensure stability and alignment of the production module.
4. The mobile production unit according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the power source may be placed on or outside the platform having the production module.
5. The mobile production unit according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the operator’s seat can be placed inside or outside of the production module.
