Abstract

L'invention concerne une presse pour le forgeage à chaud d'objets typiquement métalliques et, en particulier, d'objets en laiton, qui comprend un corps principal ; une première partie de matrice contrainte sur le corps principal ; une glissière équipée d'une seconde partie de matrice, qui est mobile en utilisation par rapport au corps principal le long d'une première direction entre une première position de désengagement de la première partie de matrice et une seconde position de mise en prise avec la première partie de matrice ; au moins un chariot, qui est mobile en utilisation par rapport au corps principal le long d'une deuxième direction sensiblement orthogonale à la première direction, comprenant au moins un poinçon ; un coulisseau, qui est mobile en utilisation par rapport au corps principal le long d'une troisième direction, sensiblement parallèle à la première direction et transversale, de préférence orthogonale à la deuxième direction ; un mécanisme cinématique comprenant une bielle articulée au niveau d'un premier point au chariot et au niveau d'un second point au coulisseau, une manivelle articulée au niveau du second point au coulisseau et à la bielle et au niveau d'un troisième point à un élément de support contraint sur le corps principal. La glissière comprend une partie d'actionnement et la presse est configurée de telle sorte que, dans la position de désengagement, la partie d'actionnement de la glissière est libérée du coulisseau et, pendant le mouvement de la glissière le long de la première direction entre la position de désengagement et la position de mise en prise, la partie d'actionnement vient en contact avec ledit coulisseau, de manière à provoquer son déplacement le long de la troisième direction et, en conséquence, à déplacer le chariot mobile le long de la deuxième direction au moyen du mécanisme cinématique, en amenant le poinçon plus près des première et seconde parties de matrice. L'invention concerne également un procédé de forgeage à chaud d'un objet au moyen d'une telle presse.
