Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cap device, and more particularly, to a cap device that can be used for an object that needs to be opened depending on circumstances while maintaining a sealed environment, and a mask using the cap device.
- a disposable cap device that can be opened only when necessary while maintaining an airtight environment for products such as wet tissue containers and beverage containers is provided, so that if the device is damaged before all the contents of the product are used, the device is sealed. There was a problem that the environment was difficult to maintain. Accordingly, there is a need for a detachable and reusable cap device to solve these problems.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a cap device that can be easily attached and detached while maintaining a sealed environment and can be used for a target that needs to be opened according to circumstances.
- the present invention provides a cap device that enables the intake operation without taking off the mask individually when using a tool with a sharp end such as a straw or eating food with a sharp end, and at the same time maintains the function of the mask. want to do
- the present invention for achieving the above object is a cap device that can be used for a target that needs to be opened according to circumstances while maintaining a closed environment, comprising: an external coupling member having an external through hole; an internal coupling member assembled with the external coupling member and having an internal through hole communicating with the external through hole; a guide member assembled with the external coupling member; and a cover member assembled to slide left and right on the guide member and opening and closing the external through hole of the external coupling member.
- the inner through hole has a smaller diameter than the outer through hole.
- the internal coupling member has an internal coupling portion in the form of a protruding cylinder communicating with the internal through hole
- the external coupling member has a cylindrical shape communicating with the external through hole and protruding and is inserted into the internal coupling portion for fastening. It has an external coupling part to be.
- the inner coupling part has a coupling groove on an inner surface
- the external coupling portion has a coupling protrusion on an outer surface.
- the inner coupling portion and the outer coupling portion have a polygonal cylindrical shape.
- the guide member has at least one fixing protrusion on an inner surface thereof, and the fixing protrusion can prevent the cover member from moving while being fixed to one side of the guide member.
- the cover member has a wing part around the circumference
- the guide member has a first chin part on which the wing part of the cover part is seated, and a second chin part on an inner surface of which the external coupling member is seated.
- Another aspect of the present invention is a filter unit having a mask through hole; an external coupling member installed on the front surface of the filter unit and having an external through-hole communicating with the mask through-hole; an internal coupling member installed on a rear surface of the filter unit, assembled with the external coupling member, and having an internal through-hole communicating with the external through-hole; a guide member assembled with the external coupling member; and a cover member assembled to slide left and right on the guide member and opening and closing the external through hole of the external coupling member.
- the present invention has the advantage of being easy to reuse because it is easily assembled and disassembled to the target to be applied.
- beverages can be consumed safely and conveniently using a straw without taking off the mask. Since the straw is forcibly fitted into the cap device of the present invention, exposure to the external environment is minimized even when drinking water is consumed through the straw, and thus it is safe for virus infection.
