前記止具(10)の前記脚部(12)の厚み(E)に対する前記凹部(20)の深さ(D)の割合が、3.8%以上でかつ18.9%以下であることを特徴とするスライドファスナー用止具。 - 前記止具(10)の長手方向の長さ(L1)に対する前記凹部(20)の長手方向の長さ(L2)の割合が、13.5%以上でかつ23.5%以下である請求項1に記載のスライドファスナー用止具。
- 前記凹部(20)は、前記止具(10)の長手方向に沿う断面において、前記内側面(12b)から最も深い底部(21)と、前記底部(21)から前記内側面(12b)へと浅くなる凹湾面状の2つの角部(22)とを含み、前記角部(22)の曲率半径は0.6mm以上である請求項1又は2に記載のスライドファスナー用止具。
- 前記凹部(20)は、前記止具(10)の短手方向に沿う断面において、前記内側面(12b)から最も深い底部(21)と、前記底部(21)から前記内側面(12b)へと浅くなる凹湾面状の2つの角部(22)とを含み、前記角部(22)の曲率半径は0.6mm以上である請求項3に記載のスライドファスナー用止具。
- 前記凹部(20)の深さ(D)が、0.02mm以上でかつ0.1mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のスライドファスナー用止具。
- 前記凹部(20)の長手方向の長さ(L2)が、0.512mm以上でかつ1.294mm以下である請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のスライドファスナー用止具。
- 頭部(11)と、前記頭部(11)から二股状に延びる一対の脚部(12)とを備える金属製の止具(10)における前記脚部(12)それぞれの内側面(12b)の中央に凹部(20)を設ける工程Aと、
