アルキルスルホン酸塩(例えばドデシルスルホン酸塩)、アルファオレフィンスルホン酸塩、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩(例えばデシルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、ドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、トリデシルベンゼンスルホン酸塩、ジフェニルスルホン酸塩)、アルキルナフタレンスルホン酸塩(例えばナフタレンスルホン酸塩、ジブチルナフタレンスルホン酸塩、2,2’-ジナフチルメタン-6,6’-ジスルホン酸塩、ジイソプロピルナフタレンスルホン酸塩、トリイソプロピルナフタレンスルホン酸塩)、ジアルキルスルホコハク酸塩(例えばジ(2-エチルヘキシル)スルホコハク酸ナトリウム)、N-メチル-N-アシルタウリン塩(例えばオレオイルメチルタウリン酸塩)、その他リグニンスルホン酸塩、アルキルフェノールスルホン酸塩及びその誘導体、ナフタレンスルホン酸塩-ホルムアルデヒド縮合物及びその誘導体、ベンズイミダゾールスルホン酸誘導体等のスルホン酸塩;

オクタン酸塩、デカン酸塩、ラウリン酸塩、ミリスチン酸塩、パルミチン酸塩、ステアリン酸塩、ベヘニン酸塩、オレイン酸塩などの脂肪酸塩、及びその誘導体、ラウレス-3-カルボン酸塩などのエーテルカルボン酸塩、及びその誘導体、N-ラウロイルサルコシン塩などのN-アシルサルコシン塩、及びその誘導体、N-ラウロイルグルタミン酸塩などのN-アシルグルタミン酸塩、及びその誘導体、ポリアクリル酸塩、ポリビニル酢酸塩、ポリ酸塩の櫛型ポリマーなどのポリカルボン酸塩、及びその誘導体等のカルボン酸塩;
ラウリルリン酸塩などのアルキルリン酸塩、及びその誘導体、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルリン酸塩、及びその誘導体、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルフェニルエーテルリン酸塩、及びその誘導体、ポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテルリン酸塩、及びその誘導体等のリン酸エステル塩

モノメチルアミン塩、ジメチルアミン塩、トリメチルアミン塩、ドデシルアミン塩等のアルキルアミン塩;
ステアラミドプロピルジメチルアミン、ベヘナミドプロピルジメチルアミンなどの脂肪酸アミドアミン塩;
ポリビニルアミン、ポリエチレンイミンなどのポリアミン塩;

界面活性剤の含有量は、農薬活性化合物の含有量の好ましくは0.05質量倍以上30質量倍以下であり、より好ましくは0.07質量倍以上25質量倍以下であり、さらに好ましくは0.1質量倍以上20質量倍以下であり、特に好ましくは0.1質量倍以上15質量倍以下である。
農薬組成物は、水を含有する。水としては、例えばイオン交換水、水道水及び地下水が挙げられる。水は、農薬組成物の水相を構成する。
農薬組成物は、25℃における水溶解度が10質量%以下である有機溶媒を含んでいてもよい。以下、この有機溶媒を「有機溶媒A」ともいう。有機溶媒Aは、化合物(I)を溶解してもよい。農薬組成物は、有機溶媒Aを1種又は2種以上含有していてもよい。
ブタノール、アミルアルコール、ヘキサノール、ヘプタノール、オクタノール、2-エチルヘキサノール、シクロヘキサノール及びベンジルアルコール等のアルコール;
酢酸エステル(例えば酢酸エチル、酢酸ブチル、酢酸イソアミル、酢酸イソボルニル、酢酸ヘキシル、酢酸ヘプチル、酢酸オクチル、酢酸ベンジル)、炭酸エステル(例えば炭酸ジエチル、炭酸ジブチル)、脂肪酸エステル(例えば、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、オクタン酸メチル、オレイン酸メチル、ラウリン酸メチル、アジピン酸ジメチル、アジピン酸ジブチル、アジピン酸ジデシル、クエン酸トリ-n-ブチル、フタル酸ジ-n-ブチル、カプリル酸メチル、ラウリン酸メチル、ミリスチン酸メチル、サリチル酸メチル、パルミチン酸メチル、オレイン酸メチル、パルミチン酸エチル)、フタル酸エステル(例えばフタル酸ジメチル、フタル酸ジエチル)、安息香酸エステル(例えば安息香酸メチル、安息香酸エチル)、コハク酸エステル(例えばコハク酸ジオクチル)、アセト酢酸エステル(例えばアセト酢酸tert-ブチル、アセト酢酸アリル)等のエステル;
プロピレングリコールフェニルエーテル等のエーテル;
シクロヘキサノン、2-ヘプタノン、イソホロン、メシチルオキシド、メチルイソアミルケトン、メチルイソブチルケトン、メチルシクロヘキサノン、アセトフェノン等のケトン;
脂肪酸ジメチルアミド(例えばN,N-ジメチルデカンアミド、N,N-ジメチルドデカンアミド、N,N-ジメチルテトラデカンアミド、N,N-ジメチルオクタデカンアミド)、アルキルピロリドン(例えば、N-オクチル-ピロリドン、N-ドデシル-ピロリドン、N-デシル-ピロリドン)等のアミド;
γ-オクタノラクトン、δ-オクタノラクトン等のラクトン;
n-オクチルアミン、オレイルアミン、ラウリルアミン等のアミン;
デカン、トリデカン、テトラデカン、ヘキサデカン、オクタデカン、ノルマルパラフィン、イソパラフィン、シクロパラフィン、1-ウンデセン及び1-ヘンエイコセン等の脂肪族炭化水素;
トルエン、キシレン、エチルベンゼン、オクタデシルベンゼン、ジアルキルベンゼン及びトリアルキルベンゼン等のアルキルベンゼン、メチルナフタレン、ジメチルナフタレン、ドデシルナフタレン及びトリデシルナフタレン等のアルキルナフタレン、並びにフェニルキシリルエタン及び1-フェニル-1-エチルフェニルエタン、並びにこれらの混合物等の芳香族炭化水素;
オレイン酸、カプリン酸及びエナント酸等の脂肪酸;
ココナッツ油、オリーブ油、大豆油、菜種油、ヒマシ油、亜麻仁油、綿実油、パーム油、アボカド油及びサメ肝油、イワシ油、サンマ油等の動植物油;
ナフサ、石油エーテル、灯油、ディーゼル油、パラフィン、オレフィン、マシン油等の鉱物油;
シリコーンオイル
が挙げられる。
農薬組成物は、製剤用補助剤を含有していてもよい。その他の製剤用補助剤としては、例えば、増粘剤、消泡剤、凍結防止剤、防腐剤等が挙げられる。
農薬組成物は、25℃におけるpH値が3.5超8.8未満である。pH値が該範囲内であることにより、化合物(I)の耐分解性が良好な農薬組成物を提供することができる。例えば、農薬組成物は、高温環境下で保管した後の化合物(I)の残存率が高い。
農薬組成物のpH値は、後述する方法によって測定することができる。
農薬組成物は、農薬分野において懸濁剤(SC;suspension concentrate)又は乳濁剤(EW;emulsion oil in water)と称される液体農薬製剤として好適に用いることができる。
〔1〕Dicamba DGA:ジカンバジグリコールアミン塩(農薬組成物の調製の際には、該塩の59質量%(酸として40質量%)水溶液を用いたが、表1に示される配合量は、ジカンバジグリコールアミンそれ自体の量である。)

化合物(I)原体(純度98質量%) 0.88質量部、Alkamuls OR/40 5.00質量部をSolvesso 200ND 9.15質量部に溶解して溶液を得た。該溶液を、Dicamba DGA水溶液(酸当量濃度40質量%) 22.54質量部にポリトロンホモジナイザー(KINEMATICA社製)を用いて乳化し、乳濁液を得た。Keltrol CG-LAX-T 0.11質量部、水 10.89質量部を60℃で混合して得られた増粘液、乳濁液、水 14.22質量部、Dicamba DGA水溶液(酸当量濃度40質量%) 37.21質量%を混合、攪拌し、85質量% H3PO4水溶液 1.5mLを混合して、農薬組成物2を得た。
なお、表1に示す各成分の数値の単位は、農薬組成物の全体量を100質量%としたときの質量%である。
化合物(I)原体(純度98質量%) 0.88質量部をSolvesso 200ND 9.15質量部に溶解して溶液を得た。該溶液を、Dicamba DGA水溶液(酸当量濃度40質量%) 59.75質量部にAlkamuls OR/40 5.00質量部を溶解した水溶液中でポリトロンホモジナイザー(KINEMATICA社製)を用いて乳化し、乳濁液を得た。Keltrol CG-LAX-T 0.11質量部、水 14.80質量部を60℃で混合して得られた増粘液、乳濁液、水 10.31質量部を混合、攪拌し、85質量% H3PO4水溶液 0.5mLを混合して、農薬組成物3を得た。
化合物(I)原体(純度98質量%) 0.88質量部をSolvesso 200ND 9.15質量部に溶解して溶液を得た。該溶液を、Dicamba DGA水溶液(酸当量濃度40質量%) 59.75質量部にAlkamuls OR/40 5.00質量部を溶解した水溶液中でポリトロンホモジナイザー(KINEMATICA社製)を用いて乳化し、乳濁液を得た。Keltrol CG-LAX-T 0.11質量部、水 14.80質量部を60℃で混合して得られた増粘液、乳濁液、水 10.31質量部を混合、攪拌し、1mol/L HCL水溶液 0.5mLを混合して、農薬組成物4を得た。
化合物(I)原体(純度98質量%) 0.88質量部をSolvesso 200ND 9.15質量部に溶解して溶液を得た。該溶液を、Dicamba DGA水溶液(酸当量濃度40質量%) 59.75質量部にAlkamuls OR/40 5.00質量部を溶解した水溶液中でポリトロンホモジナイザー(KINEMATICA社製)を用いて乳化し、乳濁液を得た。Keltrol CG-LAX-T 0.11質量部、水 14.80質量部を60℃で混合して得られた増粘液、乳濁液、水 10.31質量部を混合、攪拌して、農薬組成物5を得た。
化合物(I)原体(純度98質量%) 0.88質量部、Alkamuls OR/40 5.00質量部をSolvesso 200ND 9.15質量部に溶解して溶液を得た。該溶液を、Dicamba DGA水溶液(酸当量濃度40質量%) 22.54質量部にポリトロンホモジナイザー(KINEMATICA社製)を用いて乳化し、乳濁液を得た。Keltrol CG-LAX-T 0.11質量部、水 10.89質量部を60℃で混合して得られた増粘液、乳濁液、水 14.22質量部、Dicamba DGA水溶液(酸当量濃度40質量%) 37.21質量部を混合、攪拌し、50(重量/容量)% NaOH水溶液 0.4mLを混合して、農薬組成物6を得た。
化合物(I)原体(純度98質量%) 0.88質量部、Alkamuls OR/40 5.00質量部をSolvesso 200ND 9.15質量部に溶解して溶液を得た。該溶液を、Dicamba DGA水溶液(酸当量濃度40質量%) 22.54質量部にポリトロンホモジナイザー(KINEMATICA社製)を用いて乳化し、乳濁液を得た。Keltrol CG-LAX-T 0.11質量部、水 10.89質量部を60℃で混合して得られた増粘液、乳濁液、水 14.22質量部、Dicamba DGA水溶液(酸当量濃度40質量%) 37.21質量部を混合、攪拌し、85質量% H3PO4水溶液 4.3mLを混合して、農薬組成物1を得た。
化合物(I)原体(純度98質量%) 0.88質量部をSolvesso 200ND 9.15質量部に溶解して溶液を得た。該溶液を、Dicamba DGA水溶液(酸当量濃度40質量%) 59.75質量部にAlkamuls OR/40 5.00質量部を溶解した水溶液中でポリトロンホモジナイザー(KINEMATICA社製)を用いて乳化し、乳濁液を得た。Keltrol CG-LAX-T 0.11質量部、水 14.80質量部を60℃で混合して得られた増粘液、乳濁液、水 10.31質量部、50(重量/容量)% NaOH水溶液 1.0mLを混合して、農薬組成物7を得た。
調製直後の農薬組成物(温度25℃)をガラス容器に入れ手振りで振とうした。pHメータ(HORIBA製「型式F-13」)の電極を農薬組成物に浸漬し、pH値を測定した。
調製直後の農薬組成物中の化合物(I)の含有量C1をHPLC(SHIMADZU製「20シリーズ」)を用いて測定した。農薬組成物をガラス容器に入れて54℃で保管した。保管開始から2週間後に農薬組成物中の化合物(I)の含有量C2をHPLC(SHIMADZU製「20シリーズ」)を用いて測定した。
化合物(I)の残存率(%)=100×C2/C1
Claims (12)
- 前記pH値が4.2以上8.6以下である、請求項1に記載の農薬組成物。
- 前記pH値が4.2以上8.6以下である、請求項2に記載の農薬組成物。
- 前記除草活性塩が除草活性カルボン酸塩を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の農薬組成物。
- 前記除草活性塩が除草活性安息香酸塩及び除草活性フェノキシ酢酸塩からなる群より選ばれる1種以上の除草活性塩を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の農薬組成物。
- 前記除草活性塩がジカンバ塩及び2,4-D塩からなる群より選ばれる1種以上の除草活性塩を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の農薬組成物。
- 前記除草活性塩がジカンバ塩を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の農薬組成物。
- 前記除草活性塩がジカンバジグリコールアミンを含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の農薬組成物。
- 水相と、前記水相に分散されている油相の粒子とを含有し、
前記油相は、前記有機溶媒と、前記有機溶媒に溶解又は懸濁している前記式(I)で表される化合物とを含有する、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の農薬組成物。 - 前記有機溶媒が芳香族炭化水素を含む、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の農薬組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤が非イオン性界面活性剤を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の農薬組成物。
