Abstract

A material deployment system includes: a deployable material; and a user-wearable material pouch configured to removably contain the deployable material. The deployable material may be impregnated with a medium, wherein the medium may comprise a cleaning medium, a disinfecting medium, a cooling medium, a heating medium, or a medicating medium. The user-wearable material pouch may be configured to be multi-use / launderable and worn by a user.

Technical Field

[002] This disclosure relates to material deployment systems and, more particularly, to user-wearable material deployment systems.

Background

[003] Various pieces of material are utilized by individuals to accomplish various tasks. For example, a waiter / waitress may utilize a cloth to clean tables, a tennis player may utilize a towel to wipe their brow, and a medical professional may utilize a wipe to sanitize an examination table.

[004] Unfortunately and to utilize such pieces of material, the material needs to carried by the user in some fashion, be it stored in a pocket, draped over a shoulder, or looped through a belt; often creating an unsightly appearance.

Summary of Disclosure

[005] In one implementation, a material deployment system includes: a deployable material; and a user-wearable material pouch configured to removably contain the deployable material.

[006] One or more of the following features may be included. The user-wearable material pouch may be configured to be worn around a wrist of a user. The user-wearable material pouch may be configured to be worn around a waist of a user. The user- wearable material pouch may be configured to be worn around a neck of a user. The user-wearable material pouch may be configured to be worn on a head of a user. The user-wearable material pouch may be configured to be worn on a hand of a user. The user-wearable material pouch may be configured to be multi-use / launderable. The userwearable material pouch may be configured to wholly encapsulate the deployable material when not deployed. The user-wearable material pouch may be configured to partially encapsulate the deployable material when not deployed. The user-wearable material pouch may be configured to be sealable. The deployable material may be a deployable organic material. The deployable material may be a deployable synthetic material. The deployable material may be a deployable multilayer material. The deployable material may be configured to be single-use / disposable. The deployable material may be configured to be impregnated with a medium. The medium may be a cleaning medium. The medium may be a disinfecting medium. The medium may be a cooling medium. The medium may be a heating medium. The medium may be a topical medicating medium.

[007] In another implementation, a material deployment system includes: a deployable material; and a user-wearable material pouch configured to removably contain the deployable material; wherein the user-wearable material pouch is configured to be: multi-use / launderable and worn around a wrist of a user.

The deployable material may be a deployable multilayer material. The deployable material may be configured to be single-use / disposable. Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments

[0016] Referring to FIGS. 1-2, there is shown material deployment system 10.

Material deployment system 10 may include deployable material 12 and user- wearable material pouch 14 configured to removably contain deployable material 12. [0017] User-wearable material pouch 14 may be configured to be worn by a user (e.g., user 16) in various fashions, as discussed below. For example, user- wearable material pouch 14 may be coupled to loop 18 to allow user-wearable material pouch 14 to be cinched to a portion of the user (e.g., user 16). Examples of loop 18 may include an elastic loop that automatically cinches around a portion of the user (e.g., user 16) or a manually-cinching type loop (e.g., a drawstring or a belt) that is manually cinched around a portion of the user (e.g., user 16).

• Wrist: User-wearable material pouch 14 may be configured to be worn around a wrist (e.g., wrist 20) of a user (e.g., user 16). Specifically, loop 18 of user-wearable material pouch 14 may be sized to cinch around wrist 20 of user 16 in a fashion similar to a wristband (e.g., wristband 22).

• Waist: User-wearable material pouch 14 may be configured to be worn around a waist (e.g., waist 24) of a user (e.g., user 16). Specifically, loop 18 of user- wearable material pouch 14 may be sized to cinch around waist 24 of user 16 in a fashion similar to a waistband / belt (e.g., waistband / belt 26).

• Choker: User-wearable material pouch 14 may be configured to be worn around a neck (e.g., neck 28) of a user (e.g., user 16). Specifically, loop 18 of user- wearable material pouch 14 may be sized to cinch around neck 28 of user 16 in a fashion similar to a choker (e.g., choker 30).

• Headband: User-wearable material pouch 14 may be configured to be worn on a head (e.g., head 32) of a user (e.g., user 16). Specifically, loop 18 of userwearable material pouch 14 may be sized to cinch around head 32 of user 16 in a fashion similar to a headband (e.g., headband 34).

• Anklet: User-wearable material pouch 14 may be configured to be worn on a ankle (e.g., ankle 36) of a user (e.g., user 16). Specifically, loop 18 of userwearable material pouch 14 may be sized to cinch around ankle 36 of user 16 in a fashion similar to an anklet (e.g., anklet 38). [0018] Additionally and referring also to FIG. 3, user-wearable material pouch 14 may be configured to be worn on a hand (e.g., hand 40) of a user (e.g., user 16). For example, user-wearable material pouch 14 may be coupled to glove 42 that is worn on hand 40 of user 16.

[0019] User-wearable material pouch 14 may be configured to wholly encapsulate the deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) when not deployed. For example, deployable material 12 may be contained within user- wearable material pouch 14 to enable the storing / hiding / securing of deployable material 12 within user- wearable material pouch 14. Specifically, user-wearable material pouch 14 may be configured to be sealable (e.g., via hook-n-loop fasteners, a zipper, or a zip-locking strip; not shown), thus enabling deployable material 12 to be inserted into user-wearable material pouch 14 through opening 44. When configured in such a manner, deployable material 12 may be protected from damage, contamination, drying out, etc. when not in use.

[0020] User-wearable material pouch 14 may be configured to partially encapsulate the deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) when not deployed. For example, user-wearable material pouch 14 may be configured to allow deployable material 12 to be wrapped around user-wearable material pouch 14.

[0021] As it is foreseeable that user-wearable material pouch 14 may get dirty / soiled, user- wearable material pouch 14 may be configured to be multi-use / launderable. Accordingly, user- wearable material pouch 14 may be reusable and configured to be laundered. For example, the deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) may be removably detachable from user- wearable material pouch 14 (e.g., via snap 46). Therefore and when user-wearable material pouch 14 needs to be cleaned, the user (e.g., user 16) may detach the deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) from the userwearable material pouch 14 so that user- wearable material pouch 14 may be laundered.

[0022] The deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) may be a deployable organic material. For example, the deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) may be a cotton fabric or a wool fabric. Such an organic material may be useful when a high level of absorbency is desired.

[0023] The deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) may be a deployable synthetic material. For example, the deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) may be a polyester fabric or a spandex fabric. Such a synthetic material may be useful when a high level of durability is desired.

[0024] The deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) may be a deployable multilayer material. For example, the deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) may be a deployable organic / synthetic material that e.g., includes a polyester layer interwoven with a cotton layer. Such a polyester / cotton blend fabric may be useful when a high level of absorbency and durability are desired.

[0025] The deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) may be configured to be impregnated with a medium (e.g., medium 48). Examples of such mediums may include cleaning mediums and/or disinfecting mediums.

• Cleaning: The medium (e.g., medium 48) may be a cleaning medium. Examples of such a cleaning medium may include: natural cleaners (e.g., an oregano oil; a peppermint oil; a lemon oil; a tea tree oil; a lavender oil; an orange oil; a eucalyptus oil; a citronella oil; a thyme oil; a chamomile oil; a marjoram oil; a witch hazel oil; a frankincense oil; a thieves oil; an aloe oil; a cinnamon oil; and a clove oil) and inorganic cleaners (e.g., e.g., sulphates (SLS, SLES, SCS), triclosan, sodium coco sulphate, coco betaine, parabens, phosphates, formaldehyde, MEA, DEA, TEA, synthetic fragrance, chlorine, bleach, petrochemicals, solvents, animal by-products, allergens, perfumes, dyes and/or caustic substances).

• Disinfecting: The medium (e.g., medium 48) may be a disinfecting medium. Examples of such a cleaning medium may include: natural disinfectants (e.g., an oregano oil; a peppermint oil; a lemon oil; a tea tree oil; a lavender oil; an orange oil; a eucalyptus oil; a citronella oil; a thyme oil; a chamomile oil; a marjoram oil; a witch hazel oil; a frankincense oil; a thieves oil; an aloe oil; a cinnamon oil; and a clove oil) and inorganic disinfectants (e.g., e.g., sulphates (SLS, SLES, SCS), triclosan, sodium coco sulphate, coco betaine, parabens, phosphates, formaldehyde, MEA, DEA, TEA, synthetic fragrance, chlorine, bleach, petrochemicals, solvents, animal by-products, allergens, perfumes, dyes and/or caustic substances).

[0026] These natural cleaning / disinfecting mediums may have different qualities with respect to e.g., antibacterial qualities, antiviral qualities, antibiotic qualities and/or disinfectant qualities.

[0027] As is known in the art,

• A disinfecting medium is generally a substance used to inactivate or destroy microorganisms on inert surfaces.

• An antimicrobial medium is generally a substance that is active against bacteria, is used to fight bacterial infections, and may kill or inhibit the growth of bacteria.

• An antibiotic medium is generally a substance applied to living tissue / skin to reduce the possibility of infection, sepsis, or putrefaction.

• A cleansing medium is generally a substance that cleans or removes dirt or other substances (e.g., such as a detergent). Example may include but are not limited to general purposes cleansers, household cleansers, kitchen cleansers, automotive cleansers, cosmetology cleansers, dermatology cleansers and/or skin cleansers.

[0028] Other examples of such mediums may include cooling, heating and medicating mediums.

• Cooling: The medium (e.g., medium 48) may be a cooling medium.

Examples of such a cooling medium may include creams / ointments that contain menthol and/or cooling packs including the same (e.g., cooling pack 48) that are containable within user-wearable material pouch 14. As is known in the art, menthol may be used to relieve minor aches and pains (e.g., muscle cramps, sprains, headaches and similar conditions), alone or combined with chemicals such as camphor, eucalyptus oil or capsaicin. The above-described cooling pack (e.g., cooling pack 48) may be configured to be positionable proximate one or more pulse points on the body (e.g., wrists, temples, back of neck) to assist in cooling down the wearer (e.g., user 16) of material deployment system 10.

• Heating: The medium (e.g., medium 48) may be a heating medium. Examples of such a heating medium may include creams / ointments that contain methyl salicylate and/or heating packs including the same (e.g., heating pack 50) that are containable within user-wearable material pouch 14. As is known in the art, methyl salicylate is used in high concentrations as a rubefacient and analgesic in deep heating liniments (such as Bengay) to treat joint and muscular pain. The above-described heating pack (e.g., heating pack 50) may be configured to be positionable proximate one or more pulse points on the body (e.g., wrists, temples, back of neck) to assist in warming up the wearer (e.g., user 16) of material deployment system 10.

• Medicating: The medium (e.g., medium 48) may be a medicating medium. Examples of such a medicating medium may include decongestant creams / ointments, examples of which may include but are not limited to: Axe Brand, Vicks VapoRub, Mentholatum, VapoRem and Mentisan.

[0029] The deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) may be configured to be single-use / disposable. As it is foreseeable that deployable material 12 may get dirty / soiled / worn out, deployable material 12 may be configured to be single-use / disposable. For example and as discussed above, the deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) may be removably detachable from user-wearable material pouch 14 (e.g., via snap 46). Therefore and when deployable material 12 is dirty / soiled / worn out, the user (e.g., user 16) may detach the deployable material (e.g., deployable material 12) from the user-wearable material pouch 14 and replace deployable material 12.

1. A material deployment system comprising: a deployable material; and a user-wearable material pouch configured to removably contain the deployable material.

2. The material deployment system of claim 1 wherein the user-wearable material pouch is configured to be worn around a wrist of a user.

3. The material deployment system of claim 1 wherein the user-wearable material pouch is configured to be worn around a waist of a user.

4. The material deployment system of claim 1 wherein the user-wearable material pouch is configured to be worn around a neck of a user.

5. The material deployment system of claim 1 wherein the user-wearable material pouch is configured to be worn on a head of a user.

6. The material deployment system of claim 1 wherein the user-wearable material pouch is configured to be worn on a hand of a user.

7. The material deployment system of claim 1 wherein the user-wearable material pouch is configured to be multi-use / launderable.

8. The material deployment system of claim 1 wherein the user-wearable material pouch is configured to wholly encapsulate the deployable material when not deployed.

A material deployment system comprising: a deployable material; and a user-wearable material pouch configured to removably contain the deployable material; wherein the user-wearable material pouch is configured to be multi-use / launderable and the deployable material is configured to be single-use / disposable.

29. The material deployment system of claim 28 wherein the deployable material is configured to be impregnated with a medium.

30. The material deployment system of claim 29 wherein the medium includes one or more of a cleaning medium; a disinfecting medium; a cooling medium; a heating medium; and a topical medicating medium.
