- the present invention has been devised to solve the problems of the prior art as described above. After dental treatment, before the anesthesia is completely released, the anesthesia is completely removed by temporarily biting the maxilla and mandible in any one of the left and right sides with respect to the incisors. It is to provide an oral protection mouthpiece for dental anesthesia patients that can protect lips, tongue, and cheeks that can be bitten involuntarily in an unresolved state.
- a prevention plate may be integrally formed between the handle and the lip occlusion portion to prevent the handle from entering the mouth.
- a plurality of protrusions may be formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the occlusal part in a regular or irregular manner to help even the malocclusion teeth.
- the tooth occlusal portion may be formed to be wider at the molar position from the incisor-side position to be engaged, and to be thicker at the incisor-side position than the molar-side position.
- the tongue protection part and the cheek protection part may be formed to be convex toward the tongue and the cheek directions, respectively.
- a plurality of chambers that are formed to lead from the side of the tongue protector to the inside of the occlusal part to cushion the occlusal impact may be formed.
- a cover member that is overlapped around a hinge of one side may be further included so that the mouthpiece can be included therein.
- the oral protection mouthpiece for dental anesthesia patients has the effect of protecting the lips, tongue, and cheeks that can be bitten involuntarily in a state where the anesthesia is not completely released.

- the prevention plate 120 may be integrally formed between the handle 110 and the lip occlusion part 130 to prevent the handle 110 from entering the mouth.
- the prevention plate 120 is possible if it is in the form of a vertical plate, and may be similar to the form in the gonggal pacifier that babies wear in their mouths.
- the occlusal part 140 is formed in a curved surface similar to the arrangement of the teeth and is connected to the upper and lower teeth of either the left or right side based on the incisors. .
- the dental occlusal portion 140 is preferably formed in a curved surface along the molar side from the incisors of the teeth to engage the upper and lower portions of either the left or right side based on the incisors, which is slightly curved in the shape of the banana and may be similar.
- the tooth occlusion unit 140 forms a recessed groove along the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of protrusions 142 are formed on the upper and lower surfaces in a regular or irregular manner, so that users with malocclusion can be brought into close contact with each other during tooth occlusion.
- the shape of the protrusion 142 may be an embossed shape or a bar of a certain length.
- the tooth occlusal portion 140 is wider from the incisor-side position toward the molar position during tooth occlusion, making it comfortable to wear, and preferably, the incisor-side position may be thicker than the molar-side position.
- one side of the tooth occlusal part 140 that is, the inner surface having a smaller radius than in the overall curved shape, forms the tongue protection part 150 that prevents the tongue from being bitten by the teeth.
- the tongue protector 150 forms a wall to prevent the tongue from approaching the teeth involuntarily, but may be formed in a convex shape.
- the ball protection part 160 may also be formed to be convex toward the ball direction.
- a plurality of chambers 170 that are formed to lead to the inside of the dental occlusal part 140 on the side of the tongue protection part 150 to cushion the occlusal impact may be formed.
- the chamber 170 may also be formed from the ball protection unit 160 side.
- the lifespan of the mouthpiece 100 is usually different depending on the strength of clenching the teeth, but since the lifespan of the mouthpiece 100 itself is not permanent, it is discarded after use for a certain period of time.
- the mouthpiece 100 uses silicon, and thus, environmental contamination may be a problem during the disposal process.
- the mouthpiece 100 of the present invention contains the biodegradant in the form of microparticles, micropores can be formed in the mouthpiece according to the decomposition of the biodegradant. Thereafter, the microbiological community settles on the formed pores, so that the particulate biodegradant can serve as a starting point for promoting the biodegradation of the entire mouthpiece.
- the mouthpiece of the present invention it is preferable that at least one surface of the microparticles of the biodegradant in the form of microparticles is exposed to the outer surface of the mouthpiece. By exposing the microparticles to the outer surface, it is possible to enjoy the effect of promoting biodegradation of the mouthpiece of the present invention.
- the biodegradable agent is polylactic acid (PLA), polyglycolic acid (PGA), polycaprolactone (PCL), polybutylene succinate (PBS), poly(butylenes adipate- co-terephthalate), PBAT), or a copolymer thereof may be used alone or as a mixture of two.
