Abstract
Description
生産スケジュールに、ワークの加工の優先順位を予め記憶しておき、生産スケジュールに従うワークの加工ができなかった場合に、次に高い優先順位のワークから加工を行うこととしている。
トラッキングファイル内のデータの移動、削除および追加等の編集を可能として、トラッキングファイル内の加工順序を入れ替えたり、途中の工程にワークを割り込ませたりしている。
したがって、加工開始後に発生した加工順序の入替を簡易かつ短時間に実施することが望まれている。
本実施形態に係る工作機械システム1は、図1および図2に示されるように、ワークWを加工する工作機械2と、工作機械2に対しワークWのロードおよびアンロードを行うロボット3と、工作機械2およびロボット3を制御する制御装置4とを備えている。図1中、符号5は、工作機械2に供給する複数のワークWを収容するワークストッカである。
優先順位設定部9は、モニタ10と、キーボード(入力装置)11とを備えている。
加工スケジュール情報は、例えば、図3に示されるように、ワークWの番号と、ワークストッカ5上におけるワークWの有無と、ワークWの状態と、優先順位とを含んでいる。本実施形態においては、ワークWの番号がそのままワークWの加工順序を意味している。
ワークWの有無は、例えば、ワークストッカ5上にワークWをセットしたときに、ユーザが加工スケジュール情報に入力する。ワークストッカ5上にワークWがある場合には、加工スケジュール情報のワークWの有無は「有」と設定される。そして、ワークWの有無は、ワークWが加工中である場合および加工が終了した後には加工スケジュール情報のワークWの有無は「無」となる。
N番のワークWがある場合には、ワークWの加工処理を実施する(ステップS5)。
図4の初期状態では、優先順位が設定されておらず、ワークストッカ5上に全てのワークWが存在するので、N番目のワークWの加工処理が実施される(ステップS5)。
ワークWがロードされた状態で、制御装置4は、工作機械2を制御してワークWの加工を実施する(ステップS52)。
例えば、図8の場合には、番号Npとして、優先順位1位の「4番」が検索されるので、ワーク番号N(=2)を一時的にNtempに退避し(ステップS8)、ワーク番号Nを、検索された番号Np(=4)に置き換える(ステップS9)。この状態で、図6のワークWの加工処理を実施する(ステップS5)。
なお、本実施形態においては、ワークストッカ5上に3×3=9個のワークWが配列されている場合を例示したが、ワークWの数および配列は任意でよい。

Claims (3)
- 複数のワークの加工順序を含む加工スケジュール情報を記憶するスケジュール記憶部と、
該スケジュール記憶部に記憶されている前記加工スケジュール情報内のいずれかのワークをユーザに指定させ、指定された前記ワークの優先順位を設定させる優先順位設定部とを備え、
該優先順位設定部により前記優先順位が設定された前記ワークについては前記優先順位に従って加工し、前記優先順位が設定されていない前記ワークについては、前記優先順位が設定されている前記ワークの加工の後に、前記加工順序に従って加工する工作機械システム。 - 前記優先順位設定部が、前記スケジュール記憶部に記憶されている前記ワークの識別情報および前記加工順序を表示するモニタと、該モニタ上に表示されたいずれかの前記ワークの前記識別情報を前記ユーザに選択させて前記優先順位を入力させる入力装置とを備え、
入力された前記優先順位を前記識別情報に対応付けた新たな前記加工スケジュール情報を前記スケジュール記憶部に記憶させる請求項1に記載の工作機械システム。 - 少なくとも1つのプロセッサを備え、
該プロセッサが、各前記ワークの加工を開始する時点において、前記スケジュール記憶部に記憶されている前記加工スケジュール情報のいずれかの前記ワークに前記優先順位が設定されているか否かを確認する請求項1または請求項2に記載の工作機械システム
