Abstract
一种带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构,除具有用于空气过滤的风机(1)、除尘器(12)外,还安装有回吹除尘管和排污管(35),开机后,过滤后的洁净空气的绝大部分由洁净风出口(23)进入室内,小部分洁净空气经由回吹除尘管回吹除尘器(12)里的污物,将污物吹入排污管(35)排出室外。

本发明应用于空气过滤领域,具体为一种带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构。
目前所用的空气过滤器,污浊空气由过滤器单向通过,过滤后的洁净空气从过滤器排出,而过滤出的污物积留在过滤器内部。这种结构的缺点是:随着使用时间的增加,污物附着在过滤器上会越来越多,很快就会堵塞过滤器,造成过滤器使用寿命短,必须要频繁清洗或更换过滤器才能保证过滤效果,从而使维护及使用成本增高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种结构简单,提高过滤器使用寿命的节约成本的带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构。
本发明的技术方案
本发明的技术方案是:一种带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构,设备主要部件包括电机和风机叶轮组成的风机、室外进风管、室内进风管、室外进风管与室内进风管混合器、除尘器、过滤后的洁净风出口、回吹除尘管和排污管。除尘器上部开口作为进风口与进风管连接,除尘器里面按顺序设置进风腔、初滤器、初滤器与精滤器之间空腔、精滤器与异味吸附装置及出口,初滤器、精滤器与异味吸附装置的过滤入口方向均朝向室内,且均与除尘器出口反向倾斜放置,优选倾斜角度为与水平面夹角85度;初滤器、精滤器与异味吸附装置由固定插销固定在除尘器内部;除尘器出口设置在除尘器背部靠上位置并与风机舱连接,风机舱与洁净风出口、回吹除尘管连接;除尘器里面的进风腔、初滤器与精滤器之间空腔两侧开口,开口处放置风刀与回吹除尘管连接;除尘器下部开口与集尘箱联通,集尘箱底部有排污口与排污管连接通向室外;进风管放置在除尘器的后部,室外进风管与排污管共用一个大的穿墙管穿过墙体。当本发明所述设备开机后,风机转动向洁净风出口排风,因此与风机舱连接的除尘器内形成负压由室外进风口吸入空气,污浊空气进入本发明所述设备后,通过进风通道由除尘器后部绕开风机引至除尘器上部开口,首先由除尘器进风口进入除尘器的进风腔,经初滤器初滤过 滤出的污物存留在进风腔,初滤后的空气进入初滤器与精滤器之间空腔,由精滤器过滤出的污物存留在初滤器与精滤器之间空腔,精滤器与异味吸附装置过滤后的洁净空气由除尘器出口流经风机,其中的绝大部分由洁净风出口流出本发明所述设备进入室内,小部分洁净空气经V形导风板引导,经由回吹除尘管回吹,回吹部分的洁净风占总的洁净风的优选比例为20%,由除尘器侧部开口进入除尘器进风腔及初滤器与精滤器之间空腔,通过风刀对两个空腔中过滤后留下的污物向除尘器下部开口方向吹拂,带动污物由除尘器下部开口进入集尘箱,再由集尘箱底部排污口排出进入排污管排出室外。为加大除污力度,也可在回吹管道中另外加入小型风机以增大回吹风力。因为绝大部分污物会排出,不会大量堆积在过滤器里造成堵塞,从而提高过滤器的使用寿命,降低维护和使用成本。本发明所述设备内置有室外进风与室内进风混合器,与室外进风管和室内进风管分别连接,室外进风管与室内进风管内分别安装有控制阀门,通过对两个阀门的开合度控制,可实现纯室外进风过滤的新风机模式、纯室内进风过滤的空气净化器模式及室外室内混合进风过滤等不同工作模式。室内进风与室外进风混合过滤可实现热回收功能,室外进风管与排污管共用同一个穿墙管,室外进风管与排污管紧靠在一起,室外进风管进风时也可由排污管回收部分热量。
本方案具有的优点
上述方案具有以下优点:(1)过滤器寿命大为延长;(2)结构简单;(3)节约能源,首先是减少污物堆积在过滤器表面,提高空气通过率,减少电机负载节约能源;其次可通过室外进风管与室内进风管混合进风回收热能,室外进风管进风时也可由排污管回收部分热量。
本发明的有益效果
本发明的有益效果:一方面能有效过滤空气;另一方面,因为过滤出的污物由过滤器排污通道及时排出从而大大延长过滤器使用寿命,且结构简单,无需人为或电力控制,减少电机负载节约能源,省力省钱。

请参阅图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6,一种带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构,设备主要部件包括电机和风机叶轮组成的风机1、室外进风管3、室内进风管8、室外进风管与室内进风管混合器6、除尘器12、过滤后的洁净风出口23、回吹除尘管左管26、回吹除尘管右管27和排污管35。除尘器12上部左右各开一口,形成除尘器左进风口14、除尘器右进风口15向后与进风管左支管10、进风管右支管11连接;进风管左支管10、进风管右支管11与室外进风与室内进风混合器6连接,室外进风与室内进风混合器6与室外进风管3与室内进风管8连接;除尘器里面按顺序设置由除尘器上盖13和初滤器17之间形成的进风腔16、初滤器17、初滤器与精滤器之间空腔18、精滤器19与异味吸附装置20及出口22,初滤器17、精滤器19与异味吸附装置20过滤入口方向均朝向室内,且均与除尘器出口22反向倾斜放置,优选倾斜角度为与水平面夹角85度;初滤器17、精滤器19与异味吸附装置20由固定插销21固定在除尘器12内部;除尘器出口22设置在除尘器12背部靠上位置并与风机舱2连接,风机舱2与洁净风出口23、回吹除尘管左管26、回吹除尘管右管27连接;除尘器12里面的进风腔16、初滤器与精滤器之间空腔18两侧开口,左侧开口处放置左风刀30通过除尘器左侧回吹管接口28与回吹除尘管左管26连接,右侧开口处放置右风刀31通过除尘器右侧回吹管接口29与回吹除尘管右管27连接;除尘器12下部开口与集尘箱32联通,集尘箱32底部有排污口33通过排污连接管34与排污管35连接通向室外;排污管35与室外进风管3共用一个大的穿墙管穿过墙体,室外进风管3通过室外进风管固定板38固定在外壳后盖39上。当本发明所述设备开机后,风机1转动向洁净风出口23排风,因此与风机舱2连接的除尘器12内形成负压由室外进风口4吸入空气,污浊空气进入本发明所述设备后,通过室外进风管弯接头5、室外进风与室内进风混合器6,沿进风管左支管10和进风管右支管11,首先由除尘器左进风口14、除尘器右进风口15进入除尘器的进风腔 16,经初滤器17初滤过滤出的污物存留在进风腔16,初滤后的空气进入初滤器与精滤器之间空腔18,由精滤器19过滤出的污物存留在初滤与精滤器之间空腔18,经精滤器19与异味吸附装置20过滤后的洁净空气由除尘器出口22流经风机1,其中的绝大部分由洁净风出口23流出本发明所述设备进入室内,小部分洁净空气通过回吹管左管接口24、回吹管右管接口25经由回吹除尘管左管26、回吹除尘管右管27回吹,回吹部分的洁净风占总的洁净风的优选比例为20%,由除尘器12侧部开口通过除尘器左侧回吹管接口28、除尘器右侧回吹管接口29进入除尘器进风腔16及初滤器与精滤器之间空腔18,通过左风刀30、右风刀31对两个空腔中过滤后留下的污物向除尘器12下部开口方向吹拂,带动污物由除尘器12下部开口进入集尘箱32,再由集尘箱32底部排污口33排出通过排污连接管34进入排污管35由室外排污口36排出室外。本发明所述设备内置有室外进风与室内进风混合器6,与室外进风管3和室内进风管8分别连接,室外进风管3与室内进风管8内分别安装有控制阀门,通过控制电路主板37对室外进风管阀门控制电机7和室内进风管阀门控制电机9控制阀门的开合,可实现纯室外进风过滤的新风机模式、纯室内进风过滤的空气净化器模式及室外室内混合进风过滤等不同工作模式。
实施例2
请参阅图7,一种带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构,设备主要部件包括电机和风机叶轮组成的风机1、室外进风管3、室内进风管8、室外进风管与室内进风管混合器6、除尘器12、过滤后的洁净风出口23、回吹除尘管左管26、回吹除尘管右管27、排污管35和回吹管风机40。除尘器12上部左右各开一口,形成除尘器左进风口14、除尘器右进风口15向后与进风管左支管10、进风管右支管11连接;进风管左支管10、进风管右支管11与室外进风与室内进风混合器6连接,室外进风与室内进风混合器6与室外进风管3与室内进风管8连接;除尘器里面按顺序设置由除尘器上盖13和初滤器17之间形成的进风腔16、初滤器17、初滤器与精滤器之间空腔18、精滤器19与异味吸附装置20及出口22,初滤器17、精滤器19与异味吸附装置20过滤入口方向均朝向室内,且均与除尘器出口22反向倾斜放置,优选倾斜角度为与水平面夹角85度;初滤器17、精滤器19与异味吸附装置20由固定插销21固定在除尘器12内部;除尘器出口 22设置在除尘器12背部靠上位置并与风机舱2连接,风机舱2与洁净风出口23、回吹管风机40连接;回吹管风机40与回吹除尘管左管26、回吹除尘管右管27连接;除尘器12里面的进风腔16、初滤器与精滤器之间空腔18两侧开口,左侧开口处放置左风刀30通过除尘器左侧回吹管接口28与回吹除尘管左管26连接,右侧开口处放置右风刀31通过除尘器右侧回吹管接口29与回吹除尘管右管27连接;除尘器12下部开口与集尘箱32联通,集尘箱32底部有排污口33通过排污连接管34与排污管35连接通向室外;排污管35与室外进风管3共用一个大的穿墙管穿过墙体,室外进风管3通过室外进风管固定板38固定在外壳后盖39上。当本发明所述设备开机后,风机1转动向洁净风出口23排风,因此与风机舱2连接的除尘器12内形成负压由室外进风口4吸入空气,污浊空气进入本发明所述设备后,通过室外进风管弯接头5、室外进风与室内进风混合器6,沿进风管左支管10和进风管右支管11,首先由除尘器左进风口14、除尘器右进风口15进入除尘器的进风腔16,经初滤器17初滤过滤出的污物存留在进风腔16,初滤后的空气进入初滤器与精滤器之间空腔18,由精滤器19过滤出的污物存留在初滤与精滤器之间空腔18,经精滤器19与异味吸附装置20过滤后的洁净空气由除尘器出口22流经风机1,其中的绝大部分由洁净风出口23流出本发明所述设备进入室内,小部分洁净空气通过回吹管风机40加压后经由回吹除尘管左管26、回吹除尘管右管27回吹,回吹部分的洁净风占总的洁净风的优选比例为20%,由除尘器12侧部开口通过除尘器左侧回吹管接口28、除尘器右侧回吹管接口29进入除尘器进风腔16及初滤器与精滤器之间空腔18,通过左风刀30、右风刀31对两个空腔中过滤后留下的污物向除尘器12下部开口方向吹拂,带动污物由除尘器12下部开口进入集尘箱32,再由集尘箱32底部排污口33排出通过排污连接管34进入排污管35由室外排污口36排出室外。本发明所述设备内置有室外进风与室内进风混合器6,与室外进风管3和室内进风管8分别连接,室外进风管3与室内进风管8内分别安装有控制阀门,通过控制电路主板37对室外进风管阀门控制电机7和室内进风管阀门控制电机9控制阀门的开合,可实现纯室外进风过滤的新风机模式、纯室内进风过滤的空气净化器模式及室外室内混合进风过滤等不同工作模式。
Claims (8)
- 一种带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构,本发明所述设备具有用于空气过滤的电机、除尘过滤器等部件外,其特征在于还安装有回吹除尘管道和排污管道,除尘器上部开口作为进风口与进风管连接,除尘器里面按顺序设置进风腔、初滤器、初滤器与精滤器之间空腔、精滤器与异味吸附装置及出口,除尘器出口设置在除尘器背部靠上位置并与风机舱连接,风机舱与洁净风出口、回吹除尘管连接;除尘器里面的进风腔、初滤器与精滤器之间空腔两侧开口,开口处放置风刀与回吹除尘管连接;除尘器下部开口与集尘箱联通,集尘箱底部有排污口与排污管连接通向室外。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构,除尘器面向室内,初滤器、精滤器与异味吸附装置的过滤入口方向均朝向室内,进风管放置在除尘器的后部,进风通道由除尘器后绕至除尘器上部接入。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构,洁净风分为三路输出,中路流入室内,左路和右路分别通过回吹管接入除尘箱两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构,室外进风管与排污管共用一个大的穿墙管穿过墙体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构,在回吹管中加入风机,加大回吹除尘风力。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构,回吹风通过V形导风板控制进行回吹,V形导风板结构示意图见附图8.
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构,室外进风管通过室外进风管固定板固定在本发明所述设备外壳后盖上,室外进风管固定板结构示意图见附图9。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种带除尘排污装置的空气过滤器结构,通过固定插销将初滤器等部件固定在除尘器内部,固定插销结构示意图见附图10。
