In addition, the disclosed system and method is useful to project the real time UPC data pricing in every 30 seconds for 20 years. A time cube would be projecting the trending products on the internet in order to state the value of particular products. Specifically, this includes visualizing the time cube in different dimensions such as volume, time, and capacity of their usefulness. In addition, the Artificial Intelligence based algorithm is used to calculate the average consumption of a UPC in multiple dimensions such as volume, time, and capacity of their usefulness.

PATENT APPLICATION
SPECIFICATION
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS For purposes of the USPTO extra- statutory requirements, the present application constitutes a nonprovisional patent application of U.S. provisional patent application Ser. No. 63047195, naming Michael Jude Stephan as inventor, filed July. 01, 2020. TITLE OF THE INVENTION A system and method for establishing consumer driven contract manufacturing FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a system and method for establishing consumer driven contract manufacturing. Particularly, the present invention provides a novel system and method for developing cubic consumer calendars also termed as time cubes.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Traditionally, electronic commerce (E-Commerce) refers to transactions conducted via the internet. Specifically, the buying and selling of goods or services using the internet, and the transfer of money and data to execute these transactions. The traditional E-Commerce has been evolving continuously based on the recent advancements in the internet world. However, the use of Universal Product Code (UPC) information in developing novel E-Commerce business methods is still disregarded. These and many other problems have been long identified. Different solutions to the problems have been tried. However there exists no comprehensive solution to all the above problems.
Therefore, the object of the invention overcomes the limitations and drawbacks from the prior art. To achieve above and other objects, the present invention anticipates a new and entirely different method that resolves the limitations and drawbacks.
To achieve above and other objects, the present invention provides a system and method for identifying the number of UPC’s in one single period of 20 years encapsulating trending products for sale on the internet. In addition, the disclosed system and method is useful to project the real time UPC data pricing in every 30 seconds for 20 years. A time cube would be proj ecting the trending products on the internet in order to state the value of particular products. Specifically, this includes visualizing the time cube in different dimensions such as volume, time, and capacity of their usefulness. In addition, the Artificial Intelligence based algorithm is used to calculate the average consumption of a UPC in multiple dimensions such as volume, time, and capacity of their usefulness.
Another objective of the present system and method is to select best 100,000 UPC, count consumer interests in every 24 hours and doing this in one year establishes (multiply 100,000 items (365 days) 36M "cubes" of UPC worth watching for daily volume to grow. Specifically, the provided system and method enables to collect 4% of the savings on the transactions. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is to provide a system and method to identify the most purchased UPC’s in specific time frame and the whole system is considered as a time cube having different dimensions such as volume, time, and capacity.
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the disclosed invention provides a system and method for identifying the number of UPC’s in one single period of 20 years encapsulating trending products for sale on the internet. In addition, the disclosed system and method is useful to project the real time UPC data pricing in every 30 seconds for 20 years. A time cube would be projecting the trending products on the internet in order to state the value of particular products. Specifically, this includes visualizing the time cube in different dimensions such as volume, time, and capacity of their usefulness. In addition, the Artificial Intelligence based algorithm is used to calculate the average consumption of a UPC in multiple dimensions such as volume, time, and capacity of their usefulness.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the disclosed invention provides a system and method for identifying the number of UPC’ s in one single period of 20 years encapsulating trending products for sale on the internet. In addition, the disclosed system and method is useful to project the real time UPC data pricing in every 30 seconds for 20 years. A time cube would be projecting the trending products on the internet in order to state the value of particular products. Specifically, this includes visualizing the time cube in different dimensions such as volume, time, and capacity of their usefulness. Referring to FIG. 1, the time cube complex is visualized in a perspective view further illustrating 1.46 billion time cubes as a separate UPC, over 20 years. Specifically, each cube represents space reserved for 20 years for UPC’s. In addition, the stack height is the number of UPC’s per day. The horizontal dimension visualizes the place of UPC’s for seven days in a week.
Now turning to FIG.2, the contract sphere for time cube position leases provides a visualization of positions developed for leases around UPC’s and are interconnected. Specifically, contacts net-lease value is determined as 50% of service fee revenue of time cubes and the contract out positions for capital. Additionally, in a separate embodiment, the present invention enables investors to get returns not only for product fulfillment, but also when the products are delivered by a vendor offering up to 20% or more rebate due to competition.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the wholesale/bundle money is packaged by the present invention that price is not relevant to the product. In this regard, the present invention acts as a hedge fund and can fill in uneven terrain for the prosperity of its platform and profits and further can underwrite sales. Moreover, the teams of management and AI of the present system and method are particularly trained to merge money and spending.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the system and method provides a “UPC Genome”. Specifically, the UPC Genome provides a structure and novel combination of what consumers can purchase and push it into time.
In another embodiment each single UPC in relation to others in variation and relative to nearly converging data points across the platform. Specifically, these UPC genome variables are protected economic containers. In the same embodiment, the economic containers are products which gets filled with market share activity.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, a UPC pixel in a scene before the eye of a consumer: e-seamless commerce scenery. The present system and method is capable to create living UPC scenery fingerprints.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the consumer ratings ratio describes the quality or financial condition of the volume which is being reversed auctioned.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, condominiums, or timeshares that investors buy which is similar to the old days of taxi medallions.
In one embodiment, the proposed system and method can be visualized as a wholesale club store centralizing approximately 2,000 consumers; $50 a sale going off in 300 US cities daily; 600K shoppers, $30M worth of transactions in 1 year would lead to $1 IB brokered annually. In another embodiment, the present invention uses AI based algorithms and programs to analyze the data provided using web scraping. Specifically, the data provided using web scrapping is related to the online products, vendors or sellers and the price of products. The price data would be further analyzed using the AI tools to develop a median price for the particular products with UPC.
In one embodiment of the present invention, each contract sphere is a monetizable factor of 60 set points (Sub-industries) comprised of 200K self-arranged UPC. In the same embodiment, the contract sphere is incrementally denominated in 10's for market trading of UPC: one, ten, a hundred, a hundred thousand, 1 million, 10 million, 100 million, 1 billion, 10 billion, 100 billion and 1 trillion packs of UPC per point that represents a sector. Specifically, one contract sphere will always have the same increment and data value will be on 60 sector/points with value scaling on the schedule above (one to a quadrillion UPC of a sector).

In the same embodiment of the present invention, buyers are required to provide the details of items or products that they are expected to purchase frequently at least once a month or at least 12 per annum. The buyers would agree to owe average price of 12 times for each item or product on the buyer’s list and arrange fulfillments for all 12 in a year and enable the said system to resell the buyer’s unfulfilled quantities and the buyers will receive at least 97% of average price for that portion of their order.
In the case if the buyer may not want to use the complete 12 items or products, they have an option to sell the other half for a profit with seller’s partner program. A program which seller or buyer are excessively buying merchandise in order to get credit; buyer do not have to keep, want, use or even ever receive the actual merchandise: buyer may retain the 100% cash back offer-claim; 5 -years out, and receive 97% of the merchandise value immediately when the seller sells the items at average price.
The system of the present invention offers buyers 20% cash back on buyers (minimum) purchase of 12 (of 1 item) at 1 year and 20% more each year is offered until its free, year 5. Additionally, the buyers have an option to take 20% cash back the first year, consign investee in the first year to auction your 5-year benefit for greater than 20%; pay a 3% broker fee.
In another embodiment of the present invention, Consumers' Pension Fund provides if the buyer’s 5-year cash-back sums remain untouched in trust, the said system credits buyers spending for the same 12 items.
The present invention is described above with reference to a preferred embodiment. However, those skilled in the art will recognize that changes and modifications may be made in the described embodiment without departing from the nature and scope of the present invention. To the extent that such modifications and variations do not depart from the spirit of the invention, they are intended to be included within the scope thereof.

Claims

CLAIMS Having fully and clearly described the invention so as to enable one having skill in the art to understand and practice the same, the invention claimed is:
1. A system for for establishing consumer driven contract manufacturing, comprising: a storage device; and a processor connected to the storage device, wherein the storage device storing a program for controlling the processor; and the processor operative with the program to: identify number of UPC’s in one single period of 20 years; encapsulate trending products for sale on internet; project real time UPC data pricing in every 30 seconds for 20 years; project trending products on the internet in order to state the value of particular products; visualize at least one time cube in different dimensions such as volume, time, and capacity of their usefulness; use Artificial Intelligence based algorithm to calculate average consumption of a UPC in multiple dimensions such as volume, time, and capacity of their usefulness; and develop at least one contract sphere, wherein each contract sphere is a monetizable factor of at least 60 set points comprised of at least 200,000 self-arranged UPC, wherein the said contract sphere is incrementally denominated in 10's for market trading of UPC, wherein one, ten, a hundred, a hundred thousand, 1 million, 10 million, 100 million, 1 billion, 10 billion, 100 billion and 1 trillion packs of UPC per point represents a sector and one contract sphere always have the same increment and data value and be on 60 sector/points with value scaling on the schedule of one to a quadrillion UPC of a sector.
2. The system of claim 1, in which the processor is further operative with the program to rapidly self-finance production or float inventory ensuring a supply stream of particular staple commodities.
3. The system of claim 1, in which the processor is further operative with the program to enable investors to get returns for product fulfillment and when the products are delivered by a vendor offering at least 20% rebate due to competition.
4. The system of claim 1, in which the processor is further operative with the program to act as a hedge fund and can fill in uneven terrain for the prosperity of its platform and profits and further underwrites sales.
5. The system of claim 1, in which the processor is further operative with the program to provide at least one UPC Genome, wherein the said UPC Genome includes variables that are protected economic containers that are products which gets filled with market share activity and provides a structure and novel combination of what consumers can purchase.
6. The system of claim 1, in which the processor is further operative with the program to create living UPC scenery fingerprints.

The system of claim 1, in which the processor is further operative with the program to use AI based algorithms and programs to analyze the data provided using web scraping wherein, the said data provided using web scrapping is related to the online products, vendors or sellers and the price of products wherein, the said price data would be further analyzed using the AI tools to develop a median price for the products with UPC.
8. The system of claim 1, in which the processor is further operative with the program to request buyers to provide the details of products that they are expected to purchase frequently at least once a month or at least 12 per annum wherein the buyers agree to owe average price of 12 times for each product on the buyer’s list and arrange fulfillments for all 12 in a year and enable the said system to resell the buyer’s unfulfilled quantities wherein the buyers receive at least 97% of average price for that portion of their order.
9. The system of claim 1, in which the processor is further operative with the program to offer buyers 20% cash back on buyers (minimum) purchase of 12 (of 1 item) at 1 year and 20% more each year is offered until the product is free, until year 5 wherein, the buyers have an option to take 20% cash back the first year, consign the said system in the first year to auction the buyer’s 5-year benefit for greater than 20% wherein the buyer pays a 3% broker fee to the said system.
10. The system of claim 1, in which the processor is further operative with the program to provide Consumers' Pension Fund wherein, if the buyer’s 5-year cash-back sums remain untouched in trust, the said system credits buyers spending for the same 12 items.
11. The system of claim 1, wherein the said contract sphere is a capable to provide equal monetized value to a structure representing daily global activity.
12. A method for establishing consumer driven contract manufacturing, the method comprising steps of: identifying number of UPC’s in one single period of 20 years; encapsulating trending products for sale on internet; projecting real time UPC data pricing in every 30 seconds for 20 years; projecting trending products on the internet in order to state the value of particular products; visualizing at least one time cube in different dimensions such as volume, time, and capacity of their usefulness; using Artificial Intelligence based algorithm to calculate average consumption of a UPC in multiple dimensions such as volume, time, and capacity of their usefulness; and developing at least one contract sphere, wherein each contract sphere is a monetizable factor of at least 60 set points comprised of at least 200,000 self-arranged UPC, wherein the said contract sphere is incrementally denominated in 10's for market trading of UPC, wherein one, ten, a hundred, a hundred thousand, 1 million, 10 million, 100 million, 1 billion, 10 billion, 100 billion and 1 trillion packs of UPC per point represents a sector and one contract sphere always have the same increment and data value and be on 60 sector/points with value scaling on the schedule of one to a quadrillion UPC of a sector.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the said contract sphere is a capable to provide equal monetized value to a structure representing daily global activity.
