Definitions
- the present invention relates to a block assembly, and more particularly, to a pixel art-type block assembly assembled by inserting a dumbbell-shaped block into an assembly plate.
- Bead toys attach weldable parts made of water-soluble resin to a wide assembling plate, so that the parts can be gathered to obtain a picture of the shape desired by the user.
- spherical weldable beads formed of a water-soluble resin are disclosed.
- the conventional bead toy is difficult to reassemble because the parts are fixed using an adhesive, and a separate adhesive is required, so there is a problem with high risk for young children to use.
- the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and an object of the present invention is to enable pixel art to be implemented by inserting blocks in a separable form on an assembly plate without a separate adhesive.
- Another object of the present invention is to prevent the blocks from being easily separated while being inserted into the assembly plate.
- the present invention provides an assembling plate in which assembling holes are passed through in the thickness direction at a distance from each other, and is fitted and fixed in the assembling hole, and is inserted into the assembling hole and a pixel block, at least a portion of which is exposed to upper and lower portions of the assembly hole.
- the pixel block includes a coupling body positioned inside the assembly hole, and a pair of shape bodies each protruding from both sides of the coupling body and having a shape symmetrical to each other; the assembly plate and the pixel block is made of a flexible material, the hardness of the pixel block is higher than that of the assembly plate.
- the width of the assembly hole is equal to or narrower than the width of the coupling body, and the width of the shape body is formed to be larger than the width of the shape body, so that the shape body is seated on the edge of the assembly hole.
- the height of the assembly hole is formed to be longer than the length of the coupling body positioned between the pair of shaped bodies.
- a distance between the two adjacent assembling holes is smaller than a width of the assembling holes.
- the distance between two adjacent assembly holes is smaller than the difference between the width of the shape body and the width of the coupling body.
- the assembly hole is circular, and the pixel block has a circular cross section,
- a pair of shape bodies of the pixel block have different shapes or different colors
- a ratio (N/M) of the hardness (M) of the assembly plate to the hardness (N) of the pixel block is 1.2 to 2.3.
- a non-coupling section in which the assembling hole is omitted is formed along an edge of the assembling plate in the assembling plate.
- the pixel art block assembly according to the present invention has the following effects.
- the pixel block is inserted into the assembly hole of the assembly plate in such a way that it is forcibly assembled. Since the pixel block has a structure that can be inserted into the assembly plate and separated from the assembly hole again, the user can implement various pixel art while changing the assembly position of the pixel block. Accordingly, the usability of the block assembly and the degree of freedom of assembly are increased, and there is an advantage that the block assembly can be used semi-permanently.
- the building plate and the pixel block are made of a flexible material so that children can safely use it, and the hardness of the pixel block is higher than that of the building plate. Accordingly, even if the parts are made of flexible materials, the user can easily insert the pixel block into the assembly hole of the assembly plate without a separate tool, and as a result, the convenience of use is improved.
- the block assembly of the present invention has the effect of improving product stability.
- the present invention can be applied to various fields such as toys and interior products. can be used
- the assembly hole of the assembly plate is made narrower than the width of the assembly body of the pixel block, and the height of the assembly hole is formed higher than the height of the assembly body of the pixel block. Accordingly, when the pixel block is inserted into the assembly hole, the pixel block can be firmly fixed to the assembly plate not only in the vertical direction but also in the left and right directions, and the shape of the implemented pixel art is maintained even if the assembly plate is shaken. .
- the width between the two assembly holes is made smaller than the diameter of the pixel block, so that a plurality of pixel blocks can be densely filled in the assembly plate. In this way, it is possible to implement pixel art without any margins, and thus it is possible to increase the completeness of the product.
- the pixel block has a pair of symmetrical bodies on both sides, and they are exposed on both sides of the assembly plate. Therefore, the user can implement the pixel art on both sides of the building plate. In this case, if a pair of shape bodies are made in different shapes or colors, pixel art of different shapes can be implemented on both sides of the building plate.
