FIELD OF THE INVENTION

It is a Tech system made of a platform of modem technology which connects the service providers, suppliers of public or private products or any other parties involved in producing or manufacturing products or providing services, and the consumers on other hand from individuals to wholesalers and distributors.

This Platform has many benefits, for example, Inventory control to determine its quantity and value, moreover it provides calculation of taxes and costs for sales and distributions operations, In addition to periodic reports generation and data analysis and other benefits.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

All previous inventory control systems were internal systems controlling single inventory of individual user only It were not able to provide inventory control and monitoring to the whole distributions of all the participants in hundred or thousands of numbers of distributors or producers for many vendors of products or services and show the data in detail to all the points of sale or users of individuals or companies or other parties

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is a new network that works through a platform that connects all users of the products through an internal system. There is a part of these parties that is part of the invention or that the link between the subsystems that exist with these agencies is with the platform or the connection is dual. Through this connection, the process of dealing with products can be controlled in all operations, no matter how many.

Where the producer, distributer, or the wholesaler has an internal system, which can be part of the new system. The present invention is linked technically with the platform directly or indirectly or it may have a special internal system (sub systems) for products and inventory that can be directly or indirectly linked to the platform.

These internal systems define the products and classify them according to specific lists with multiple classifications of specific product classifications. Thus, each product for any defined supplier can be classified in many ways including for example the type of product or service, its price, its quantity available quantity, the taxes on each product and other classifications. So, in that way once a producer, importer, or wholesaler manufactures or receives the products (goods, services or others) and registers them in the internal system of the invention or their own internal system to sell or distribute to in any meaning of sales channel, this items or products will be imported and registered based on the classification of the legal authorities into the invention platform and the owner legacy system with all data like the items number, type, specific taxes for each type, and other classification information automatically

Through this platform we will be able to identify the Raw materials used in each manufacturing process, based on the input the platform received from the importer or the buyer of those raw materials. or by identifying on what been purchased from manufacturing raw materials through the permissions granted by the customer or the legal Disclosures related to those raw materials or any other source of information provided by the connected to the system such as the raw materials sellers etc. once those Raw materials used in the manufacturing process has been identified, sorted, and categorized by the platform and the system we will be able to identify the nature of produced/manufactured items from all perspectives like quantity quality expiration date and etc.

The above mechanism will allow us through the system to know the inventory amount ready to be sold and what is being manufactured or treated as damaged goods and other related information in real time.

Through this system we will be able to know the consumption of materials used in this procedure done by the sellers or the services provided in this way the system will give us the information related to Periodic consumption of goods, raw materials used or will be used by wholesalers or sellers which will give us the ease of tracking and traceability of the products and the services.
