本发明涉及电子领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子设备及集成杀菌功能的电子设备保护套。
在日常的工作生活当中,人们每天不可避免地会接触大量的细菌微生物。其中的病原微生物侵入人体,将引起感染甚至传染病,严重侵害人体健康。
随着人们对健康问题关注意识的提高,消毒杀菌产品的市场蓬勃发展,各类产品种类繁多,主要采取的方式有:高温消毒、化学消毒、紫外线消毒。
经科学研究证明,UVLED灯的杀菌力较强,其对病原微生物灭杀非常有效。
紫外线消毒杀菌有以下优势:
(1)高效率:足剂量的紫外线对细菌、病毒的杀菌作用,一般可达到99.9%的杀菌率。
(2)广谱性:在所有消毒杀菌方式中,紫外线的广谱性是最高的。它几乎对所有细菌、病毒都能高效率杀灭。
(3)无二次污染:紫外线杀菌不需添加任何化学药剂。
(4)运行安全、可靠:传统消毒技术,比如采用氯化物和臭氧,其消毒剂本身就属剧毒、易燃物质,而紫外线消毒系统不存在这样的安全隐患。
因此UVLED光源在消毒杀菌领域得到了广泛的应用,其与传统的冷阴极管UV光源相比,在体积和驱动方面有着无可比拟的优势。当前市场上有着各种各样的医疗和非医疗产品,多数仅具备单一的消毒杀菌功能,且不易携带。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种电子设备及集成杀菌功能的电子设备保护套。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种集成杀菌功能的电子设备保护套,包括用于套设到电子设备上的套体、以及设置在所述保护套上的消毒装置;

如图1所示,本发明一个优选实施例中的集成杀菌功能的电子设备2保护套1包括用于套设到电子设备2上的套体11、以及设置在保护套1上的消毒装置12,消毒装置12包括用于从套体11向外照射进行消毒的消毒灯121,优选地,消毒灯121从套体11的背面向外照射,也可从套体11的侧面等其他外表面位置向外照射。

有了各种传感器根据获取的信号对消毒灯121的控制,如消毒灯121UV照射面正对的环境处于非安全消杀环境,比如正对的是人体、动物或对UV敏感的物体,并且其处于高辐射距离范围内,则系统自动禁止消毒灯121UV功能,以避免消毒灯121UV照射对其产生伤害。如为正常消杀环境,则系统按定义的消毒杀菌程序运行,启动消毒灯121UV照射,对环境进行消毒杀菌。
有了各种传感器根据获取的信号对消毒灯121的控制,可以防止消毒灯121对着人、动物等时打开,避免消毒灯121对人、动物造成伤害,提升了消毒灯121的安全性。
进一步地,在其他实施例中,也可在电子设备2上设置控制消毒灯121通电点亮的控制模块,控制模块可以是电子设备2上的物理按键14,也可是电子设备2内的程序,通过软件控制,操作图标按钮等,在电子设备的系统中设置开关选项,以设定消毒灯21的开关、定时、辐射强度等功能。在套体11的转接口15连接到电子设备2后,在套体11上的按键14导通,以及控制模块打开,让消毒灯121通电点亮。同时,内置传感器可以判断是否能点亮消毒灯121。
可以理解地,上述各技术特征可以任意组合使用而不受限制。

Claims (10)
- 一种集成杀菌功能的电子设备保护套,其特征在于,包括用于套设到电子设备(2)上的套体(11)、以及设置在所述保护套(1)上的消毒装置(12);所述消毒装置(12)包括用于从所述套体(11)向外照射进行消毒的消毒灯(121)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的集成杀菌功能的电子设备保护套,其特征在于,所述消毒装置(12)还包括电路板(122),所述消毒灯(121)电性连接所述电路板(122),所述套体(11)上设有供所述消毒灯(121)的光向外照射的出光孔(111)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的集成杀菌功能的电子设备保护套,其特征在于,所述出光孔(111)上设有罩设密封所述消毒灯(121)的光源罩(13)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的集成杀菌功能的电子设备保护套,其特征在于,所述电路板(122)上设有用于控制所述消毒灯(121)的开关的控制键(123),所述套体(11)上设有与所述控制键(123)位置对应的安装孔(112),以及设置在所述安装孔(112)上的按键(14)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的集成杀菌功能的电子设备保护套,其特征在于,所述电路板(122)为贴合在所述套体(11)内侧的柔性线路板,所述消毒装置(12)还包括设置在所述电路板(122)上、为所述消毒灯(121)提供恒定电流的驱动控制电路。
- 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的集成杀菌功能的电子设备保护套,其特征在于,所述套体(11)上设有与所述电子设备(2)的电源接口(21)适配的转接口(15),所述转接口(15)与所述消毒灯(121)电性连接,以让所述转接口(15)与所述电子设备(2)的电源接口(21)连接后,所述电子设备(2)为所述消毒灯(121)供电。
- 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的集成杀菌功能的电子设备保护套,其特征在于,所述套体(11)上设有电源(16),以能向所述消毒灯(121)供电。
- 根据权利要求7所述的集成杀菌功能的电子设备保护套,其特征在 于,所述套体(11)上设有与所述电子设备(2)的电源接口(21)适配的转接口(15),所述转接口(15)与所述消毒灯(121)电性连接,以在所述转接口(15)与所述电子设备(2)的电源接口(21)连接后,让所述电源(16)为所述电子设备(2)充电。
- 一种电子设备(2),其特征在于,与权利要求1至8任一项所述的保护套(1)配套,所述套体(11)上设有与所述电子设备(2)的电源接口(21)适配的转接口(15),以让所述转接口(15)与所述电子设备(2)的电源接口(21)连接,所述电子设备(2)还设有用于在所述消毒灯(121)导通后,判断是否能启动所述消毒灯(121)的内置传感器。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备(2),其特征在于,所述传感器包括用于判断所述消毒灯(121)的朝向的角速度传感器、用于识别所述消毒灯(121)正对的图像的摄像头、以及用于判断所述消毒灯(121)是否正对人的红外传感器中的至少一种。
