  • This utility model allows the realization of a TIG coid wire welding process, with mechanized wire feeding, with torch displacement speeds equal to or greater than 30 cm / min through the use of a wire guide device that is coupled to a commercial TIG torch for automated or robotic processes.

  • Figure 2 shows the TIG torch with the present wire guide device, installed in a translation system (linear movement of the gun) with one degree of freedom, in addition to an arc current and voltage data acquisition equipment, cooling system with water for the torch and shielding gas for the weld bead, the welding speed of 30 cm / min is programmed to perform tests on a welding machine with a capacity of 200 (A), where the arc was kept accessible by 3 minutes and temperature measurements were made with a thermal imaging camera, seconds after the arc was turned off.

  • Figure 4 shows the surface appearance of the weld bead achieved on a sheet of SAE 1015 carbon steel of dimensions 200 x 63 x 6 mm.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de guidage adaptable à différents diamètres de fil pour le procédé de soudage TIG avec fil froid usiné à haute productivité, permettant une augmentation de la productivité du procédé de soudage et améliorant la qualité des jonctions soudées ainsi que le confort d'utilisation pour les soudeurs.
