本发明涉及金属加工技术领域,具体而言涉及一种环保型焊烟净化器。
背景技术
随着经济的快速提高及制造工业的迅速发展,各形各式的加工工厂纷纷迅速建立起来,工厂在生产制造过程中会产生大量的悬浮烟雾、颗粒粉尘以及有异味的恶臭气体,尤其是在具有大量焊接任务的车间厂房内尤为明显,这些烟尘不但影响工作人员的身体健康,而且当产生的烟尘直接流散至大气中还会破坏自然生态平衡,造成环境污染的情况发生,其中,焊烟净化设备作为工厂内用于过滤焊接过程中产生的烟尘和异味等废气的设备,近年来,焊烟净化设备在加工业中越来越受到欢迎。
现有的焊烟净化设备虽然具有上述优点,但是,经由焊烟净化设备过滤的焊接废气中往往会夹杂的灰尘,倘若直至排放至大气仍然会在一定程度上造成环境污染,存在实用性差且容易引起周边环境二次扬尘的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种环保型焊烟净化器。本发明具体采用如下技术方案。
为实现上述目的,提出一种环保型焊烟净化器,包括吸烟臂,吸烟臂连接净化箱内部,净化箱上开有方便吸烟臂上下升降的竖槽,竖槽内设有活动夹片夹紧吸烟臂,吸烟臂包括吸烟头和吸烟头后部的软管,软管内设置抽风机,抽风机前部设有若干层纤维滤芯,软管的另一端连接静电除尘装置,静电除尘装置设在除尘管内,除尘管为一多重金属弯管,每一重弯管内的顶部均设有旋转吹风机构、底部设有集尘装置,除尘管的另一端通过弯管连接水箱,水箱另一侧开口连有排风管,排风管贴合净化箱内壁设置,排风管的两端分别设有过滤网,排风管底端为大孔目过滤网、顶端为小孔目过滤网,过滤网活动设置在排风管上并连接净化箱外侧的把手,排风管内部设有清洗装置,清洗装置具体包括一旋转轴,旋转轴顶部连接一升降机构,旋转轴通过旋转臂连接一圆环,圆环表面贴有清洁海绵,旋转轴与旋转臂内部相通连接水泵,圆环与旋转臂连接处开有喷水孔,排风管的排风口处设有烟气质量检测装置和排气阀,排风管的侧面通过一回流管连接吸烟臂的软管,回流管上设有回流阀,回流阀连接烟气质量检测装置。
作为优选,除尘管内的旋转吹风机构包括固定在除尘管顶部的旋转套,旋转套向外连接多个旋转臂。
作为优选,旋转套与旋转臂内部中空并连通,旋转臂上开有多个出风口。

本发明设计的环保型焊烟净化器,包括吸烟臂,吸烟臂连接净化箱内部,净化箱上开有方便吸烟臂上下升降的竖槽,竖槽内设有活动夹片夹紧吸烟臂,吸烟臂包括吸烟头和吸烟头后部的软管,通过升降槽使得吸烟臂能够处于不同的高度进行吸烟,同时净化箱底部设置滚轮,配合滚轮处的刹车装置至各处吸焊烟,能够照顾到生产的各个方面,软管内设置抽风机,抽风机前部设有若干层纤维滤芯,限位滤芯能够进行简单的除尘、滤毒工作,软管的另一端连接静电除尘装置,静电除尘装置设在除尘管内,除尘管为一多重金属弯管,每一重弯管内的顶部均设有旋转吹风机构、底部设有集尘装置,静电除尘装置在完成除尘工作后难免会沉积大量烟尘,在净化器不吸焊烟时,启动集尘装置及吹风机构,吹风机构主要是吹起除尘管内的灰尘方便集尘机构进行清理,除尘管的另一端通过弯管连接水箱,水箱另一侧开口连有排风管,水箱设置在除尘管之后是因为焊烟内部的颗粒粉尘在高温下更活跃更方便除尘,焊烟经水箱后降温防止排烟时烫伤工人,排风管贴合净化箱内壁设置,排风管的两端分别设有过滤网,排风管底端为大孔目过滤网、顶端为小孔目过滤网,过滤网活动设置在排风管上并连接净化箱外侧的把手,过滤网需要经常性的更换,每次拆开净化箱都比较麻烦,本发明的设计可通过把手将过滤网抽出进行更换清洗,排风管内部设有清洗装置,清洗装置具体包括一旋转轴,旋转轴顶部连接一升降机构,旋转轴通过旋转臂连接一圆环,圆环表面贴有清洁海绵,旋转轴与旋转臂内部相通连接水泵,圆环与旋转臂连接处开有喷水孔,排烟管内壁时间久了就会残留一些烟尘残渣,本发明的清洗装置可旋转升降对排烟管内壁进行清洗,排风管的排风口处设有烟气质量检测装置和排气阀,排风管的侧面通过一回流管连接吸烟臂的软管,回流管上设有回流阀,回流阀连接烟气质量检测装置,排气管将经过处理的焊烟排到外部环境之前,质量检测装置先对焊烟进行检测,烟气质量若无问题,则打开排气阀,将烟气排出,若烟气未能处理至合格,则关闭排气阀,打开回流阀,经回流管至吸烟臂处循环处理烟气直至处理合格。

下面参照图1描述根据本发明实施例的一种环保型焊烟净化器,包括吸烟臂,吸烟臂连接净化箱1内部,净化箱1上开有方便吸烟臂上下升降的竖槽,竖槽内设有活动夹片夹紧吸烟臂,吸烟臂包括吸烟头2和吸烟头2后部的软管3,软管3内设置抽风机4,抽风机4前部设有若干层纤维滤芯5,软管3的另一端连接静电除尘装置6,静电除尘装置6设在除尘管7内,除 尘管7为一多重金属弯管,每一重弯管内的顶部均设有旋转吹风机构、底部设有集尘装置,除尘管7的另一端通过弯管连接水箱8,水箱8另一侧开口连有排风管9,排风管9贴合净化箱1内壁设置,排风管9的两端分别设有过滤网10,排风管9底端为大孔目过滤网、顶端为小孔目过滤网,过滤网10活动设置在排风管9上并连接净化箱1外侧的把手11,排风管9内部设有清洗装置,清洗装置具体包括一旋转轴12,旋转轴12顶部连接一升降机构13,旋转轴12通过旋转臂14连接一圆环15,圆环15表面贴有清洁海绵16,旋转轴12与旋转臂14内部相通连接水泵,圆环15与旋转臂14连接处开有喷水孔,排风管9的排风口处设有烟气质量检测装置17和排气阀18,排风管9的侧面通过一回流管19连接吸烟臂的软管3,回流管19上设有回流阀20,回流阀20连接烟气质量检测装置17。
作为优选,除尘管7内的旋转吹风机构包括固定在除尘管顶部的旋转套,旋转套向外连接多个旋转臂。
作为优选,旋转套与旋转臂内部中空并连通,旋转臂上开有多个出风口。
作为优选,集尘装置包括吸风机,吸风机一段连接集尘袋,另一端连接除尘管多重弯管底部的集尘孔。
作为优选,旋转轴12顶部的升降机构12包括气缸,气缸连接一活塞杆,活塞杆通过一万向节连接旋转轴。
作为优选,净化箱1底部设有滚轮,滚轮处设置刹车装置。
本发明设计的环保型焊烟净化器,包括吸烟臂,吸烟臂连接净化箱内部,净化箱上开有方便吸烟臂上下升降的竖槽,竖槽内设有活动夹片夹紧吸烟臂,吸烟臂包括吸烟头和吸烟头后部的软管,通过升降槽使得吸烟臂能够处于不同的高度进行吸烟,同时净化箱底部设置滚轮,配合滚轮处的刹车装置至各处吸焊烟,能够照顾到生产的各个方面,软管内设置抽风机,抽风机前部设有若干层纤维滤芯,限位滤芯能够进行简单的除尘、滤毒工作,软管的另一端连接静电除尘装置,静电除尘装置设在除尘管内,除尘管为一多重金属弯管,每一重弯管内的顶部均设有旋转吹风机构、底部设有集尘装置,静电除尘装置在完成除尘工作后难免会沉积大量烟尘,在净化器不吸焊烟时,启动集尘装置及吹风机构,吹风机构主要是吹起除尘管内的灰尘方便集尘机构进行清理,除尘管的另一端通过弯管连接水箱,水箱另一侧开口连有排风管,水箱设置在除尘管之后是因为焊烟内部的颗粒粉尘在高温下更活跃更方便除尘,焊烟经水箱后降温防止排烟时烫伤工人,排风管贴合净化箱内壁设置,排风管的两端分别设有过滤网,排风管底端为大孔目过滤网、顶端为小孔目过滤网,过滤网活动设置在排风管上并连接净化箱外侧的把手, 过滤网需要经常性的更换,每次拆开净化箱都比较麻烦,本发明的设计可通过把手将过滤网抽出进行更换清洗,排风管内部设有清洗装置,清洗装置具体包括一旋转轴,旋转轴顶部连接一升降机构,旋转轴通过旋转臂连接一圆环,圆环表面贴有清洁海绵,旋转轴与旋转臂内部相通连接水泵,圆环与旋转臂连接处开有喷水孔,排烟管内壁时间久了就会残留一些烟尘残渣,本发明的清洗装置可旋转升降对排烟管内壁进行清洗,排风管的排风口处设有烟气质量检测装置和排气阀,排风管的侧面通过一回流管连接吸烟臂的软管,回流管上设有回流阀,回流阀连接烟气质量检测装置,排气管将经过处理的焊烟排到外部环境之前,质量检测装置先对焊烟进行检测,烟气质量若无问题,则打开排气阀,将烟气排出,若烟气未能处理至合格,则关闭排气阀,打开回流阀,经回流管至吸烟臂处循环处理烟气直至处理合格。
以上仅为本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种环保型焊烟净化器,其特征在于,包括吸烟臂,吸烟臂连接净化箱内部,净化箱上开有方便吸烟臂上下升降的竖槽,竖槽内设有活动夹片夹紧吸烟臂,吸烟臂包括吸烟头和吸烟头后部的软管,软管内设置抽风机,抽风机前部设有若干层纤维滤芯,软管的另一端连接静电除尘装置,静电除尘装置设在除尘管内,除尘管为一多重金属弯管,每一重弯管内的顶部均设有旋转吹风机构、底部设有集尘装置,除尘管的另一端通过弯管连接水箱,水箱另一侧开口连有排风管,排风管贴合净化箱内壁设置,排风管的两端分别设有过滤网,排风管底端为大孔目过滤网、顶端为小孔目过滤网,过滤网活动设置在排风管上并连接净化箱外侧的把手,排风管内部设有清洗装置,清洗装置具体包括一旋转轴,旋转轴顶部连接一升降机构,旋转轴通过旋转臂连接一圆环,圆环表面贴有清洁海绵,旋转轴与旋转臂内部相通连接水泵,圆环与旋转臂连接处开有喷水孔,排风管的排风口处设有烟气质量检测装置和排气阀,排风管的侧面通过一回流管连接吸烟臂的软管,回流管上设有回流阀,回流阀连接烟气质量检测装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的环保型焊烟净化器,其特征在于:除尘管内的旋转吹风机构包括固定在除尘管顶部的旋转套,旋转套向外连接多个旋转臂。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的环保型焊烟净化器,其特征在于:旋转套与旋转臂内部中空并连通,旋转臂上开有多个出风口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的环保型焊烟净化器,其特征在于:集尘装置包括吸风机,吸风机一段连接集尘袋,另一端连接除尘管多重弯管底部的集尘孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的环保型焊烟净化器,其特征在于:旋转轴顶部的升降机构包括气缸,气缸连接一活塞杆,活塞杆通过一万向节连接旋转轴。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的环保型焊烟净化器,其特征在于:净化箱底部设有滚轮,滚轮处设置刹车装置。
