本发明提出的瓶盖中,所述旋钮旋转330-350度时,所述尖锐机构能刺破并切割部分所述隔离层,切割后的所述隔离层不与所述内圈完全分离。这样设计使得隔离层不会掉落瓶体的液体中并在饮用时被瓶中饮料冲入口中。
本发明提出的瓶盖中,所述内圈与外圈通过连接部连接;所述连接部顶部设置有密封机构;所述密封机构可与所述螺纹圈接触并形成过盈配合,从而达到防止瓶内液体在隔离层被刺破后依然保持密封不漏水。
本发明提出的瓶盖中,进一步包括外壳,其与所述外圈的顶部连接。
本发明提出的瓶盖中,进一步包括垫圈;所述垫圈设置在所述内圈和所述外圈连接处的下方。
本发明提出的瓶盖中,所述垫圈为硅胶圈。
本发明提出的瓶盖中,所述压圈的外壁与所述内圈过盈配合。
本发明提出的瓶盖中,所述旋钮上进一步设置有密封圈;所述密封圈与所述内圈过盈配合。
本发明提出的瓶盖中,所述压圈螺纹顶部设置有用于限制所述旋钮上移的限位机构。
基于以上提供的瓶盖,本发明还提出了一种饮料瓶,其包括瓶体和本发明瓶盖;其中,所述瓶体的瓶口可插入至内圈与外圈形成的空隙中;所述瓶口的外螺纹与外圈螺纹匹配。
本发明饮料瓶可以实现在饮用前将物料与液体溶液相互隔离、在饮用时即时可将两者混合相溶的目的。在一具体实施方式中,瓶盖和瓶体可分别灌装一相饮品,通过隔离层(如,封口膜)隔离,可以在饮用前通过尖锐机构(破膜箭)戳破隔离层,将瓶盖中的物料释放入瓶体,混合后作为饮料即可饮用。
本发明中,封口膜可以采用铝箔、锡箔、塑料薄膜制成。采用铝箔作为封口膜时,铝箔面进一步涂覆一层环氧树脂或有机溶胶。封口膜将存放物料的空腔密封,既防止物料受潮变质,同时又可以将其与液体溶剂相隔开。
本发明瓶盖通过设置容纳物料的中空腔,使得其中的物料在饮用前与液体溶剂相隔离,可以防止盛装于其中的待泡饮料用物料变质或受潮,其保险程度明显优于直接调配成的灌装饮料;在饮用时再将其中的物料释放入液体中,配制成混合饮料,不仅可以保证饮料中各组分的营养成分,避免各组分之间的反应,尤其适合两相不同分别贮存保质效果好,混合物贮存时间短且影响饮料口感、风味的饮料包装使用,使混合后的饮料保持良好的口感,避免滥用防腐剂,且配制过程简单,操作方便,阻断细菌的繁殖,不易造成污染,确保饮料的卫生,迎合人们对饮料健康、环保、无污染的需求。本发明可用于泡制果汁、茶水、咖啡等饮料,功能多样,大幅降低饮料配置和消毒杀菌成本,携带方便,满足不同消费者的需求。

结合以下具体实施例和附图,对本发明作进一步的详细说明。实施本发明的过程、条件、实验方法等,除以下专门提及的内容之外,均为本领域的普遍知识和公知常识,本发明没有特别限制内容。

实施例
如图1所示,本发明瓶盖,包括本体1、压圈2和旋钮3。
其中,本体1包括外圈11、内圈12以及隔离层13。
内圈12的顶部连接在外圈11的内壁上。内圈11与内圈12之间在连接处形成一个空隙,可供瓶口81插入。
外圈11的内侧壁上设有外圈螺纹14,该螺纹与瓶口81的外螺纹可匹配连接。
内圈12的底部设有隔离层,即封口膜13。封口膜13可以采用粘连或其他连接方式固定连接在内圈12的底部。封口膜13为铝箔,铝箔面涂覆一层环氧树脂。
其中,内圈12的下端可以与外圈11的下端平齐设置,也可以或高于或低于与外圈11的下端,依具体瓶体的结构不同而有变化。
优选地,内圈12的下端呈略倾斜,从而使封口膜13具有一定倾斜角度,在封口膜13封住内圈12的末端后,内含物料在重力的作用下,位于更靠近倾斜的一侧。同时,与尖锐机构33相连的内盖3的末端也具有一定的倾斜角度(如图5截面图以及图6侧视图所示,该倾斜 角度使得旋钮31的末端形成明显楔形形状)。如此,在尖锐机构33刺破封口膜13后,内腔5中的物料立即从较低一侧处落入至瓶体中。随着旋钮31的转动,内盖3的末端与尖锐机构33的配合会迅速撑开封口膜13,最终使得全部物料迅速落入瓶体中,并且封口膜13依然与内圈12的末端相连而不掉落。
其中,压圈2为一中空的圈状结构,压圈2的内侧壁上设有压圈螺纹21,其于旋钮3的螺纹圈32上的外螺纹321匹配设置。
压圈2可以采用PP塑料、HDPE塑料等各种材质制成。
压圈2的作用是降低瓶盖生产的复杂程度和成本。若将压圈与外圈11一体化,则旋钮3的制作与装配难度大为增加。
旋钮3的顶部设置有旋转机构31,本实施例中为把手。旋钮3上设置有螺纹圈32,其外表面上设置有外螺纹321,该螺纹与压圈2的压圈螺纹21匹配设置。旋钮3的下端设置有尖锐机构33,本实施例中为尖刺。旋钮3的内部形成一空腔34。
其中,旋钮3通过其螺纹圈32上的外螺纹321与压圈2内侧上设置的压圈螺纹21匹配连接。
压圈2与本体1之间通过旋钮31与压圈2之间的旋转挤压而产生的过盈配合而紧密连接,从而达到密封效果。
旋钮3上进一步设置有密封螺纹36;密封螺纹36与内圈12过盈配合。
内圈12、封口膜13构成一个中空的空腔34。在该空腔,可以事先放置用于调制饮品的物料,物料包括但不限于适宜放置在其中的固体、颗粒、粉剂、片状、液体、胶体等各种形态的物料。优选地,可放置宜于速溶的微粒状的物料。在加工过程中,可以先在空腔中放入物料,然后,再在内圈12的底部固定连接上封口膜13。
其中,为保证封口膜13的完整及有效密封,尖锐机构33的下端应当设置为高于封口膜。
使用时,旋转把手,将整个旋钮3往下螺旋式推进,尖锐机构33的下端首先会触及到封口膜13,继而插入戳破封口膜13,使放置在空腔中的物料通过封口膜的裂开处掉落至瓶体中,混溶于瓶体中的液体(如,水)中。
其中,尖刺的形状、数量、材质、角度、位置、等等均不限,可以采用适宜的能破坏封口膜的结构。优选地,尖刺的形状为半叶形、刀尖形;数量为1个;材质为PP塑料。
进一步地,瓶盖可以设置外壳4,外壳4的顶部与外圈11的顶部连接。外壳4的形状设计不限于图示,可以是任何适宜的可能的形状。外壳既可用于对瓶盖的加固,增加牢固度,也可以是出于产品整体的美感设计。外壳的下端与瓶体瓶身设计匹配。
进一步地,瓶盖中还可以设置垫圈5。垫圈5设置在内圈11和内圈12之间所形成的空 隙中,垫圈5可有效防止饮料瓶中的液体从内圈12与瓶口81内侧壁之间的缝隙中的渗漏。
垫圈5的形状、材料、厚度、大小均不限,可采用任何适宜的能起到有效防渗漏作用的材质、厚薄或大小。优选的,垫圈5为硅胶圈。
进一步地,旋钮3的外壁与本体1的内圈11过盈配合,可有效防止饮料瓶中的液体从旋钮3的外侧壁与内圈12的内侧壁之间的缝隙中的渗漏。
优选地,内圈12与外圈11通过连接部121连接;连接部121顶部设置有密封机构35;密封机构35可与螺纹圈21接触并形成过盈配合,从而实现密封膜刺破后依然可以整体瓶盖不渗漏的效果。
在一实施例中,一种饮料瓶包括瓶体8和瓶盖。其中,瓶口81可插入至内圈12与外圈11形成的空隙中;瓶口81处的外螺纹与外圈11的内侧壁上的外圈螺纹14匹配设置。
在另一实施例中,在瓶口81的内侧设置有内螺纹,则相应地,在瓶盖中的本体1的内圈12的侧壁上设置与瓶口81的内螺纹相应匹配的螺纹,也可以将瓶口81通过螺旋式插入固定连接至内圈12与外圈11之间的空隙中。
在使用时,瓶口81螺旋插入至内圈12与外圈11之间的空隙中,垫圈5进一步加强密封。
在使用中,用户顺时针旋转瓶盖顶部旋钮到底,约300-350度,储存在空腔中的物料掉落瓶中后,再逆时针以正常方式旋转外盖正常饮用。由于压圈螺纹21顶部设置有用于限制旋钮3继续上移的限位机构211,因此旋钮3不会脱离瓶盖。
在实际中,玻璃瓶在加工过程中由于玻璃的特性,其瓶口与瓶颈内壁不可避免的存在厚度误差,如下图12所示瓶口与瓶颈内壁直径误差为1.25mm。该误差的形成会导致在旋紧瓶盖时12外壁紧触到瓶颈内壁而不能正常旋紧瓶盖,本发明在这一实际生产中的误差问题做了如下优化:1.调整玻璃瓶磨具的精密度,使得瓶口与瓶颈的厚度更加均匀;2.密封螺纹36的下圈螺纹较上圈螺纹略微凸出,该凸出将使得旋钮顺时针向下旋转产生过盈配合时向内挤压旋钮3,从而使得瓶口与瓶颈内壁的误差不影响瓶盖的操作与开启。
在使用中,本发明瓶盖及饮料瓶的使用及组装方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将旋钮通过螺纹旋入压圈中;
(2)将装配好的旋钮及压圈,一并压进到瓶盖的本体中。还可以把硅胶圈装进瓶盖本体中的内圈与外圈之间;
(3)在旋钮及内圈共同形成的空腔中装进物料(如,粉末),在内圈的下端处进行封口,装上封口膜;
(4)流水线对瓶体中进行灌装溶液(如,水),将瓶体的瓶口插入至瓶盖的本体中,旋紧,使瓶体与瓶盖紧密连接固定。
本发明瓶盖可单独作为盛装物料(如粉剂)的储物器皿,也可以与同其具有相同标准的瓶体形成结构新型的一体化饮料瓶。更换饮料瓶盖即可实现配制不同饮品的目的。瓶盖的更换方便快捷,实现产品的多样化研发和高效率进行。
本发明的保护内容不局限于以上实施例。在不背离本发明构思的精神和范围下,本领域技术人员能够想到的变化和优点都被包括在本发明中,并且以所附的权利要求书为保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种瓶盖,其特征在于,包括:本体(1)、旋钮(3);其中,
    所述本体(1)包括:外圈(11)、内圈(12)和隔离层(13);所述内圈(12)固定在所述外圈(11)的内壁上;所述内圈(12)设有隔离层(13);所述外圈(11)的内壁上设有外圈螺纹(14);
    所述旋钮(3)可在所述外圈(11)内旋转;所述旋钮(3)内部具有空腔(34),所述空腔(34)通过所述隔离层(13)密封,所述旋钮(3)底部设置有尖锐机构(33);所述旋钮(3)旋转前,所述尖锐机构(33)不与所述隔离层(13)接触;所述旋钮(3)旋转后,所述尖锐机构(33)能破坏所述隔离层(13)对所述空腔(34)的密封。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,进一步包括:压圈(2);所述压圈(2)固定在所述外圈(11)的内壁上;所述压圈(2)的内壁上设有压圈螺纹(21);所述旋钮(3)通过所述螺纹圈(21)与所述压圈(2)连接,并可在所述压圈(2)内旋转;所述旋钮(3)设有螺纹圈(32),所述螺纹圈(32)外表面设有与所述压圈螺纹(21)匹配的外螺纹(321)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述内圈(12)与外圈(11)通过连接部(121)连接;所述连接部(121)顶部设置有密封机构(35);所述密封机构(35)可与所述螺纹圈(21)接触并形成过盈配合。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述压圈(2)的外壁与所述内圈(12)过盈配合。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述旋钮(3)的顶部设置有可使所述旋钮(3)旋转的旋转机构(31);和/或,所述旋钮(3)旋转330-350度时,所述尖锐机构(33)能刺破并切割部分所述隔离层(13),切割后的所述隔离层(13)不与所述内圈(12)完全分离。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,进一步包括外壳(4),其与所述外圈(11)的顶部连接;和/或,进一步包括垫圈(5);所述垫圈(5)设置在所述内圈(12)和所述外圈(11)连接处的下方。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述垫圈(5)为硅胶圈。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述压圈螺纹(21)顶部设置有用于限制所述旋钮(3)上移的限位机构(211)。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的瓶盖,其特征在于,所述旋钮(3)上进一步设置有密封螺纹(36);所述密封螺纹(36)与所述内圈(12)过盈配合;和/或,所述密封螺纹(36)的下圈螺纹比上圈螺纹凸出。
  10. 一种饮料瓶,其特征在于,其包括瓶体(8)和如权利要求1-9之任一项所述的瓶盖; 其中,所述瓶体(8)的瓶口(81)可插入至内圈(12)与外圈(11)形成的空隙中;所述瓶口(81)的外螺纹与外圈螺纹(14)匹配。
