Further, in the second valve mechanism 53, when the pressure of the second storage chamber 52 rises to a predetermined value (pressure Pa during operation), the pressure causes the second valve body 54 to fall against the urging force of the spring 57. It sits on the second valve seat 55. As a result, the second discharge hole 56 is closed.
- a predetermined value pressure Pb at the start of operation
- the pressure on the upstream side of the second discharge hole 56 rises to the operating pressure Pa as well as the first discharge hole 45. That is, a pressure difference (difference between the pressure of the second storage chamber 52 on the upstream side and the atmospheric pressure outside the housing 1 on the downstream side) occurs upstream and downstream of the second discharge hole 56.
- the pressure on the upstream side of the second discharge hole 56 is the pressure Pb at the start of operation, which is lower than the pressure Pa at the time of operation, as in the case of the first discharge hole 45. That is, the pressure difference in the second discharge hole 56 at the start of operation is smaller than that at the time of operation.
- valve closing force acts on the second valve body 54 by the pressure Pa at the time of operation and the pressure Pb at the start of operation.
- a valve closing force acts on the second valve body 54 due to the pressure difference generated in the second discharge hole 56.
- the valve closing force of the second valve body 54 due to the pressure Pa at the time of operation is larger than the valve closing force due to the pressure Pb at the start of operation.
- the urging force of the spring 57 is set to be larger than the valve closing force of the second valve body 54 due to the pressure Pb at the start of operation. Further, the urging force of the spring 57 is set to be smaller than the valve closing force of the second valve body 54 due to the pressure Pa during operation. Therefore, the second valve mechanism 53 opens because the pressure in the second storage chamber 52 drops to the pressure Pb at the start of operation at the start of operation, and the pressure in the second storage chamber 52 during subsequent operation is reduced during operation. The pressure rises to Pa, so the valve is closed.
- the first valve mechanism 42 when there is no drain in the first storage chamber 41 or the drain water level is lower than a predetermined position, the first valve body 43 is seated on the first valve seat 44, and the first discharge hole 45 is opened. It is closed (see Figure 2).
- the second valve mechanism 53 since the urging force of the spring 57 is larger than the valve closing force of the second valve body 54 due to the pressure Pb at the start of operation, the second valve body 54 is separated from the second valve seat 55. , The second discharge hole 56 is open (see FIGS. 2 and 3). That is, the first valve mechanism 42 is closed and the second valve mechanism 53 is open.
- the second valve mechanism 53 is open, and the residual drain of the steam system flows into the pressure reducing valve 100.
- the drain flowing from the inflow port 6 flows into the first storage chamber 41 through the annular space 13 of the separation mechanism 10.
- the drain flows from the first storage chamber 41 to the second storage chamber 52 through the communication hole 51a, and flows out (discharged) from the second discharge hole 56 to the outside of the housing 1. Since the second discharge hole 56 has a larger hole diameter than the first discharge hole 45, a large amount of drainage is quickly discharged.
- the drainage mechanism 40 of the pressure reducing valve 100 promptly drains the low-temperature drain remaining in the steam system at the start of operation.
- the baffle plate 58 can prevent the drain from hitting the upper surface of the second valve body 54. Therefore, the shaking of the second valve body 54 that may occur when the drain hits the upper surface of the second valve body 54 is prevented. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, since the second valve body 54 is pressed against the baffle plate 58 by the urging force of the spring 57, the second valve body 54 also shakes due to the drain hitting. Is prevented.
- the operation of the drainage mechanism 40 described above during the operation of the steam system will be described.
- the pressure and temperature on the upstream side of the first discharge hole 45 and the second discharge hole 56 are in a high state, and high-temperature and high-pressure steam (including drain) flows into the pressure reducing valve 100. That is, the pressures of the first storage chamber 41 and the second storage chamber 52 rise to the pressure Pa during operation.
- the steam that has flowed into the pressure reducing valve 100 is drained by the separation mechanism 10.
- the second valve mechanism 53 since the urging force of the spring 57 is smaller than the valve closing force of the second valve body 54 due to the pressure Pa during operation, the second valve body 54 becomes the second valve seat due to the pressure Pa during operation. Seated at 55, the second discharge hole 56 is closed (see FIG. 4). That is, the second valve mechanism 53 closes. Therefore, the drain separated by the separation mechanism 10 flows from the first storage chamber 41 to the second storage chamber 52 and is stored.
- the drain in the second storage chamber 52 When the drain in the second storage chamber 52 is full, the drain starts to accumulate in the first storage chamber 41.
- the first valve mechanism 42 when the drain water level of the first storage chamber 41 rises to a predetermined position, the first valve body 43 rises and separates from the first valve seat 44, and the first discharge hole 45 is opened. .. That is, the first valve mechanism 42 opens. Then, the drain of the first storage chamber 41 flows into the discharge path 46 via the first valve mechanism 42 and is discharged to the outside of the housing 1 (atmosphere).
- the drainage mechanism 40 of the pressure reducing valve 100 discharges the drain separated by the separation mechanism 10 to the outside of the housing 1 during operation, while preventing the outflow of steam to the outside of the housing 1. Further, during operation, the second valve mechanism 53 is maintained in the closed state, and the drain is still fully accumulated in the second storage chamber 52. On the other hand, the steam separated from the drain by the separation mechanism 10 is decompressed to a constant pressure by the decompression mechanism 20, and is supplied from the outlet 7 to the utilization point on the downstream side.
- the discharge valve unit 50 of the above embodiment has a housing 1 provided with a first storage chamber 41 for drains flowing in from the inflow port 6 and the inflow port 6, and a drain provided in the first storage chamber 41.
- a fluid device that is housed in the first discharge hole 45 and the first storage chamber 41 and has a first valve mechanism 42 having a first valve body 43 (float) that opens and closes the first discharge hole 45. Is.
- the discharge valve unit 50 includes a valve case 51 and a second valve mechanism 53.
- the valve case 51 is detachably attached to the housing 1 and is provided with a second storage chamber 52 for drain that communicates with the first storage chamber 41 when the valve case 51 is attached to the housing 1.
- the second valve mechanism 53 is provided in the second storage chamber 52, is housed in the second discharge hole 56 and the second storage chamber 52 of the drain having a hole diameter larger than that of the first discharge hole 45, and opens and closes the second discharge hole 56. It has a second valve body 54 (valve body). Then, the second valve mechanism 53 has a spring 57 that urges the second valve body 54 in the valve opening direction, and when the pressure of the second storage chamber 52 rises to a predetermined value, the pressure causes the second valve body 54. Is configured to close the second discharge hole 56 against the urging force of the spring 57.
- the second discharge hole 56 of the drain can be reliably opened at the start of operation and closed at the time of subsequent operation, and the discharge valve unit 50 and the pressure reducing valve provided with such a second discharge hole 56. 100 (fluid equipment) can be provided. Therefore, at the start of operation, a large amount of low-temperature drain remaining in the steam system can be quickly discharged. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the water hammer that may occur due to the mixing of steam with the low temperature drain.

It has a baffle plate 58 that prevents it from hitting the upper surface of the 54.
- the second valve mechanism 53 when the second valve mechanism 53 is in the valve open state, it is possible to prevent the second valve body 54 from shaking that may occur when the drain flowing down from the first storage chamber 41 hits the upper surface of the second valve body 54. can do. If the second valve body 54 sways irregularly, the flow of drain toward the second discharge hole 56 is disturbed, which may impair the drainage efficiency. However, in the present embodiment, this is prevented. Can be done. In particular, since the second valve body 54 is supported by the spring 57 connected to the lower surface, the occurrence of shaking may become remarkable, which can be effectively prevented.
