　上記のようなマッチングサービスでは、当該サービスによって注文を受け得る受注者として予め登録された企業の数が少ないと、マッチングが不成立となり、あるいは発注者が受注者を選択する際の選択肢が限定的になってしまう場合がある。マッチングの不成立や選択肢の限定は、特にサービスの開始当初に生じやすい。発注者が当該サービスを利用しても満足な結果が得られなかった場合には、その後のリピートの逸失に繋がるおそれがある。
　本発明の実施形態は、発注者の発注条件に合致する受注者の数を増大させ、マッチングの成立率を高めるマッチングシステム及びマッチングサイトの運営方法に関する。
　本発明の実施形態によれば、注文を発する発注者と注文を受ける受注者とをマッチングするマッチングシステムは、前記発注者側の通信端末及び前記受注者側の通信端末との通信が可能なマッチングサーバを備え、前記マッチングサーバは、前記受注者の登録を受け付けて当該受注者の情報を受注者データベースに記憶する受注者登録受付部と、前記発注者からの発注条件を受け付ける発注条件受付部と、前記発注条件に合致する受注者の情報を前記受注者データベースから抽出する抽出部と、前記抽出の結果情報を前記発注者に提示する提示部とを有する。前記受注者データベースが記憶する情報は、前記受注者登録受付部で登録を受け付けた登録済の受注者の情報と、前記受注者登録受付部で登録を受け付けていない未登録の潜在的な受注者の情報とを含む。
　また、本発明の他の実施形態によれば、マッチングサイトの運営方法は、上記のマッチングシステムを用い、前記未登録の受注者の情報が前記抽出部で抽出された場合、当該未登録の受注者に対して前記受注者登録受付部による登録を促す。

［実施の形態］
　本発明の実施の形態について、図１乃至図５を参照して説明する。なお、以下に説明する実施の形態は、本発明を実施する上での好適な具体例として示すものであり、技術的に好ましい種々の技術的事項を具体的に例示している部分もあるが、本発明の技術的範囲は、この具体的態様に限定されるものではない。
　図１は、本発明の実施の形態に係るマッチングシステムの概略の構成例を示す構成図である。このマッチングシステム１は、注文を発する発注者と注文を受ける受注者とをマッチングするシステムであり、発注者側の通信端末２と、受注者側の通信端末３と、マッチングサイトの運営者４０が所有するマッチングサーバ４とを有している。ここで、受注者とは、発注者からの注文に応じた物やサービス（役務）を提供し得る者であり、換言すれば受注候補者である。発注者側の通信端末２、受注者側の通信端末３、及びマッチングサーバ４は、電気通信回線１０を介して双方向に通信可能である。
　電気通信回線１０は、インターネット等の公衆通信網１１やＬＡＮ（Local Area Network）１２を含む。本実施の形態では、マッチングサイトの運営者４０がマッチングサーバ４を用いてウェブサイトの一種であるマッチングサイトをインターネット上で運営する。運営者４０は、例えばオペレータ４００を含む複数の従業員を有する企業である。
　なお、以下は、発注者が発注する注文の内容が工作物の製造であり、注文を受けた受注者が工作物を製造して納品する場合について説明するが、注文の内容は工作物の製造に限らず、本発明の実施形態に係るマッチングシステムは、様々な物やサービスの発注者と受注者とをマッチングすることを可能にする。また、以下は、発注者が法人としての発注企業２０であり、受注者が法人としての受注企業３０である場合について説明するが、発注者及び受注者は個人であってもよいし、法人格のない団体等であってもよい。
　発注者側の通信端末２は、表示装置２１と、コンピュータ本体２２と、キーボードやマウス等の入力装置２３とを有している。発注者側の通信端末２は、発注者である発注企業２０のオペレータ２００により操作される。発注企業２０は、事前の登録等を行うことなく、通信端末２を介してマッチングサーバ４にアクセス可能である。
　受注者側の通信端末３は、表示装置３１と、コンピュータ本体３２と、キーボードやマウス等の入力装置３３とを有している。受注者側の通信端末３は、受注者である受注企業３０のオペレータ３００により操作される。受注企業３０は、マッチングサイトの会員としての登録を行うことにより、後述する見積書の作成依頼等をマッチングサーバ４から受けることができる。マッチングサーバ４には、複数の受注企業３０が会員として登録されている。
　マッチングサーバ４は、表示装置４１と、キーボードやマウス等の入力装置４２とが接続されている。運営者４０のオペレータ４００は、表示装置４１及び入力装置４２を用いてマッチングサーバ４を操作することが可能である。
　なお、発注者側の通信端末２や受注者側の通信端末３は、据え置き型のコンピュータに限らず、例えばタッチ操作が可能なタッチパネルと通信機能とを備えたスマートフォン等の携帯情報端末であってもよい。携帯情報端末のタッチパネルが表示装置及び入力装置に相当する。
　図２は、発注企業２０と受注企業３０との取り引きの流れの一例を示す説明図である。この取り引きは、発注企業２０が複数の受注企業３０の中から見積もりを依頼する受注企業３０を絞り込んで見積もりを依頼する見積もり依頼工程と、マッチングサーバ４が見積もり依頼の内容を受注企業３０に送信し、この送信を受けた受注企業３０がマッチングサーバ４を介して見積書を発注企業２０に提示する見積もり提示工程と、発注企業２０が受注企業３０を選定して発注を行い、受注企業３０が発注された対象物（ここでは工作物）を発注企業２０に納品する発注・納品工程と、納品後に費用を決済する決済工程とを経て成立する。
　見積もり依頼工程は、発注企業２０が発注者側の通信端末２に発注条件を入力してマッチングサーバ４に送信する発注条件送信ステップＳ１１と、マッチングサーバ４が発注条件に合致する受注企業３０の数をヒット件数として発注企業２０に送信するヒット件数送信ステップＳ１２と、発注企業２０が発注条件によって絞り込んだ一つ又は複数の受注企業３０を対象に見積もりを依頼する見積もり依頼ステップＳ１３とを有する。
　この見積もり依頼工程では、発注条件送信ステップＳ１１及びヒット件数送信ステップＳ１２が複数回にわたって繰り返される場合がある。見積もり依頼ステップＳ１３では、発注企業２０が発注の対象物である工作物の図面や各種の情報をマッチングサーバ４に送信する。発注条件送信ステップＳ１１及びヒット件数送信ステップＳ１２の詳細については後述する。
　見積もり提示工程は、見積もり依頼ステップＳ１３において発注企業２０から送信された情報をマッチングサーバ４が対象となる受注企業３０に送信して見積書の作成を依頼する見積書作成依頼ステップＳ２１と、見積書の作成依頼を受けた受注企業３０が見積書を作成し、作成した見積書をマッチングサーバ４に送信する第１の見積書送信ステップＳ２２と、マッチングサーバ４が見積書送信ステップＳ２２で受信した見積書を発注企業２０に送信する第２の見積書送信ステップＳ２３とを有する。
　見積書の作成依頼を受けた受注企業３０は、マッチングサーバ４から送信された内容に基づいて見積もりにエントリー（参加）するか否かを判断し、エントリーすると判断した場合には見積書を作成してマッチングサーバ４に送信する。マッチングサーバ４が第１の見積書送信ステップＳ２２において複数の受注企業３０から見積書を受信した場合には、マッチングサーバ４がこれらの見積書を取りまとめて一括して発注企業２０に送信してもよいし、見積書を受信するごとに発注企業２０に送信してもよい。
　見積書を作成してマッチングサーバ４に送信（第１の見積書送信ステップＳ２２）した受注企業３０は、発注企業２０にとっての発注先候補者となる。発注企業２０は、第２の見積書送信ステップＳ２３で受信した見積書の内容を検討し、発注先候補者となった受注企業３０の中から一つの受注企業３０を発注先として決定する。以下、発注先として決定された受注企業３０を受注確定企業３０Ａという。
　発注・納品工程は、発注企業２０が受注確定企業３０Ａに発注を行う発注ステップＳ３１と、受注確定企業３０Ａが対象製品である工作物を製造して発注企業２０に納品する納品ステップＳ３２と、受注確定企業３０Ａがマッチングサーバ４に納品が完了したことを通知する納品完了通知ステップＳ３３とを有する。なお、図２では、発注企業２０が直接的に受注確定企業３０Ａに発注を行う場合について図示しているが、発注企業２０がマッチングサーバ４を介して受注確定企業３０Ａに発注を行ってもよい。
　決済工程は、マッチングサーバ４が決済サービスを行う決済代行業者１００に発注企業２０への費用請求を依頼する請求依頼ステップＳ４１と、この依頼を受けた決済代行業者１００が発注企業２０に請求書を発行する請求書発行ステップＳ４２と、発注企業２０が請求された費用を決済代行業者１００に支払う第１の支払ステップＳ４３と、第１の支払ステップＳ４３で支払われた費用を、決済代行業者１００が手数料を差し引いてマッチングサイトの運営者４０に支払う第２の支払ステップＳ４４と、第２の支払ステップＳ４４で支払われた費用をマッチングサイトの運営者４０が手数料を差し引いて受注確定企業３０Ａに支払う第３の支払いステップＳ４５とを有する。なお、第１乃至第３の支払ステップＳ４３～Ｓ４５における支払いは、現金あるいは小切手の受け渡しによって行われてもよく、銀行間の振り込みによって行われてもよい。
　図３は、マッチングサーバ４の機能構成例を示すブロック図である。マッチングサーバ４は、マイクロプロセッサがプログラムを実行することにより実現される受注者登録受付部５１、未登録者情報取込部５２、発注条件受付部５３、抽出部５４、及び提示部５５と、ハードディスク等の記憶媒体に記憶された複数の受注者の情報を含む受注者データベース６とを備える。受注者データベース６は、後述するホットリスト６１及びコールドリスト６２を含む。また、マッチングサーバ４は、表示装置４１とのインタフェース４０１、入力装置４２とのインタフェース４０２、及びＬＡＮ接続のための通信ボード４０３を有している。
　受注者登録受付部５１は、受注者からの登録を受け付け、登録を受け付けた受注者の情報を受注者データベース６のホットリスト６１に記憶する。受注者登録受付部５１がこの登録を受け付けるにあたり、マッチングサーバ４は、受注企業３０のオペレータ３００によって受注者側の通信端末３に入力された受注者の情報を、電気通信回線１０を介して受信する。
　受注者の情報は、例えば受注企業３０の所在地や連絡先、従業員数、資本金、受注可能な技術分野の情報、及び試作あるいは量産を受付可能か否かの情報を含む。受注可能な技術分野とは、例えば工作物の加工種別であり、より具体的にはプレス加工や熱処理あるいは研削等である。ホットリスト６１には、受注者登録受付部５１によって登録を受け付けた複数の受注者の情報が記憶されている。
　未登録者情報取込部５２は、受注者登録受付部５１で登録を受け付けていない未登録の潜在的な受注者の情報を取り込み、取り込んだ未登録の受注者の情報を受注者データベース６のコールドリスト６２に記憶する。ここで、潜在的とは、受注者自身からの登録を受け付けてはいないものの、運営者４０から登録を促せば、会員としての登録を行う可能性があることをいい、実体のないダミーの企業等はここでいう未登録の潜在的な受注者に含まない。
　未登録者情報取込部５２は、インターネットを巡回し、インターネット上に公開されているウェブサイトから受注者となり得る企業等の情報を自動的に収集し、収集した情報を受注者データベース６のコールドリスト６２に記憶する。また、運営者４０が、例えば地方自治体の各種資料やインターネットのホームページ等の公衆に利用可能な情報源から取得した情報や、第三者の紹介により取得した情報から受注者となり得る企業等を探し出してもよく、探し出した企業等の情報をオペレータ４００が表示装置４１及び入力装置４２を用いて入力し、未登録者情報取込部５２は、入力された情報を受注者データベース６のコールドリスト６２に記憶してもよい。この情報は、受注者登録受付部５１によって登録を受け付ける際の情報と同様の項目からなり、例えばインターネット上に公開されている情報から収集されたものである。入力項目のうち不明な項目については空白のままでもよく、もしくは上記の情報源等から取得した情報に基づいて推測可能であれば推測された情報が入力されてもよい。
　発注条件受付部５３は、発注者からの発注条件を受け付ける。この発注条件を受け付けるにあたり、マッチングサーバ４は、発注企業２０のオペレータ２００によって発注者側の通信端末２に入力された発注条件の情報を、電気通信回線１０を介して受信する。この発注条件は、例えば受注可能な技術分野、試作あるいは量産を受付可能か否か、及び受注者の所在地等を含むものである。発注企業２０が発注条件の情報を送信する工程は、上記の発注条件送信ステップＳ１１に相当する。
　抽出部５４は、発注条件受付部５３によって受け付けた発注条件に合致する受注者の情報を、受注者データベース６のホットリスト６１及びコールドリスト６２から抽出する。ホットリスト６１には、受注者登録受付部５１によって受け付けた登録済の受注者の情報が記憶されている。コールドリスト６２には、未登録者情報取込部５２によって取り込んだ未登録の受注者の情報が記憶されている。抽出部５４は、発注条件に合致する受注者の情報の件数、すなわちホットリスト６１及びコールドリスト６２からの抽出件数を算出する。
　提示部５５は、抽出部５４による抽出結果を示す結果情報を、発注者である発注企業２０に提示する。本実施の形態では、抽出部５４が算出した抽出件数を、提示部５５がヒット件数として発注企業２０に送信し、発注者側の通信端末２の表示装置２１に表示させる。この工程は、上記のヒット件数送信ステップＳ１２に相当する。
　本実施の形態では、発注条件受付部５３が、複数の選択肢をそれぞれ含む複数の選択項目によって発注企業２０から発注条件を受け付ける。抽出部５４は、各選択項目の選択肢が選択されるごとに、発注条件に合致する受注者の情報を受注者データベース６から抽出する。提示部５５は、抽出部５４により抽出された受注者の情報の件数を結果情報として発注企業２０に提示する。
　図４は、発注企業２０のオペレータ２００が発注条件を発注者側の通信端末２に入力する際に表示装置２１に表示される入力画面の一例である。この入力画面７は、加工種別を選択する第１の選択欄７１と、試作又は量産を選択する第２の選択欄７２と、発注先の地域を選択する第３の選択欄７３とを有している。加工種別、試作又は量産、及び発注先の地域は、発注条件における選択項目の具体例である。
　入力画面７における第１の選択欄７１には、プレス加工の選択ボタン７１１、熱処理の選択ボタン７１２、及び研削の選択ボタン７１３がアイコン形式で表示される。これらの選択ボタン７１１～７１３は、加工種別の選択項目における選択肢の具体例である。発注企業２０のオペレータ２００は、これらの選択ボタン７１１～７１３のうちの一つ又は複数を選択可能である。図４には、プレス加工の選択ボタン７１１が選択された状態が図示されている。
　第２の選択欄７２には、試作の選択ボタン７２１、及び量産の選択ボタン７２２がアイコン形式で表示される。これらの選択ボタン７２１，７２２は、試作又は量産の選択項目における選択肢の具体例である。発注企業２０のオペレータ２００は、これらの選択ボタン７２１，７２２のうちの何れかを選択可能である。図４では、試作の選択ボタン７２１が選択された状態が図示されている。
　第３の選択欄７３には、発注先の地域を選択するための複数のチェックボックスが表示される。図４には、複数のチェックボックスのうち一部のチェックボックス７３０～７３９が示されており、このうち関東の全てのチェックボックス７３１と、愛知及び大阪のチェックボックス７３５，７３８とが選択された状態が図示されている。これらのチェックボックス７３０～７３９は、発注先の地域の選択項目における選択肢の具体例である。発注企業２０のオペレータ２００は、これらのチェックボックス７３０～７３９にチェックマークを入れることにより、当該地域を選択することが可能である。
　図５は、表示装置２１に表示される結果表示画面の一例である。この、結果表示画面８は、発注条件に合致する受注者の情報の一部を表示する発注先候補者表示欄８１と、ヒット件数を表示するヒット件数表示欄８２とを有している。結果表示画面８に表示される結果情報は、抽出部５４及び提示部５５によって生成される。
　抽出部５４は、発注企業２０のオペレータ２００によって第１の選択欄７１の選択ボタン７１１～７１３の何れか、例えばプレス加工の選択ボタン７１１が選択されたとき、ホットリスト６１及びコールドリスト６２における受注者の情報のうち、プレス加工が可能な受注者の情報を抽出する。提示部５５は、抽出された受注者の情報の一部、及びヒット件数を結果情報として送信する。ここで、送信される受注者の情報の一部は、企業名や住所等の相手方を特定可能な情報を含まない範囲での情報であり、例えば都道府県別の所在地やコード番号などである。
　発注者側の通信端末２の表示装置２１の発注先候補者表示欄８１には、抽出された受注者の情報の一部が表示され、ヒット件数表示欄８２には、ヒット件数が表示される。なお、発注先候補者表示欄８１は、図５に示すように、モザイク等の不可視化処理を施され、相手方を特定可能な企業名等の情報は、不可視化処理によって隠されてもよい。
　発注企業２０のオペレータ２００は、適切なヒット件数に絞り込みを行うことができたと判断した場合には、結果表示画面８の見積もり依頼ボタン８３を操作（クリック）する。これにより、結果表示画面８が消え、発注企業２０自身の所在地や連絡先の情報、ならびに希望納期や発注内容等を入力する見積もり依頼画面に切り替わり、オペレータ２００が必要な情報を入力する。また、オペレータ２００は必要に応じて図面や要求仕様書等の資料を添付する。この工程は、上記の見積もり依頼ステップＳ１３に相当する。
　本実施の形態では、未登録者情報取込部５２が、未登録の受注者の情報をその情報品質に関するランクと共に受け付けて受注者データベース６のコールドリスト６２に記憶する。このランクは、情報の情報量、正確性、及び鮮度の少なくとも一つを用い、未登録者情報取込部５２が決定する。また、未登録の受注者の情報をオペレータが入力する場合には、ランクは、オペレータ４００が決定して入力してもよい。すなわち、情報品質とは、受注者登録受付部５１によって登録希望者である受注者から登録を受け付ける場合に得ることができる情報を先行してどれだけ得られているかを示す指標値であり、情報量、正確性、及び鮮度の少なくとも一つを用いて評価される。ここで、情報量とは、対象の企業等の事業内容や取引先、あるいは従業員数や売上高等について得られる情報の量をいう。正確性は、例えば情報源の信頼性に基づいて評価される。鮮度とは、対象の企業等の事業内容や取引先、あるいは従業員数や売上高等について得られた情報の更新時期から経過した時間を意味し、この経過時間が短いほど鮮度が高い。
　提示部５５は、未登録の受注者の情報が抽出部５４により抽出された際、当該未登録の受注者のランクが所定の条件を満たす場合に、当該抽出された未登録の受注者の情報をヒット件数に含めて発注企業２０に提示する。このランクは、例えばＡ～Ｃの３段階であり、Ａランク又はＢランクの未登録の受注者についてはヒット件数にカウントし、Ａランクの未登録の受注者についてはさらに発注先候補者表示欄８１に表示されるように提示部５５が受注者の情報の一部を送信する。
　ランクは定期的あるいは非定期的に見直され、例えば当初Ｃランクで受注者データベースに記憶された未登録の受注者であっても、その後に取得された情報によってはＢランク又はＡランクに再設定される。また、運営者４０は、発注条件に合致したもののＣランクであることによりヒット件数にカウントされなかった未登録の受注者があれば、そのときにランクの見直しを行ってもよい。
　マッチングサーバ４は、発注企業２０の発注条件によって絞り込まれた受注者のうち、ホットリスト６１に記憶された登録済の受注者に対して見積書の作成を依頼する。この処理は、上記の見積書作成依頼ステップＳ２１の処理である。なお、運営者４０は、発注条件によって絞り込まれた登録済の受注者の数が多い場合には、適宜見積書の作成を依頼する際の依頼先を絞り込んでもよい。
　また、マッチングサイトの運営者４０は、コールドリスト６２に記憶された未登録の受注者の情報が発注条件によって絞り込まれ、抽出部５４で抽出された場合、その未登録の受注者に対して受注者登録受付部５１による登録を促す。具体的には、該当する企業等に対して電話や電子メール等で連絡し、あるいは訪問して、発注者からの具体的な見積もり依頼案件があることを示して会員としての登録を促す。運営者４０は、例えば発注先候補者表示欄８１に表示されたＡランクの未登録の受注者に対して登録を促すようにしてもよい。また、マッチングサーバ４が、登録を促す電子メールを自動的に生成し、生成した電子メールを該当する企業等に対して送信してもよい。
　なお、会員への登録の手続きは、登録することに同意した企業等が自ら電気通信回線１０を介してマッチングサーバ４にアクセスして行ってもよく、運営者４０のオペレータ４００が代行して行ってもよい。この登録により、当該企業等についての受注者の情報がコールドリスト６２からホットリスト６１に移行する。
（実施の形態の効果）
　以上説明した本実施の形態によれば、受注者データベース６が、登録済の受注者の情報を記憶したホットリスト６１のみならず、未登録の受注者の情報を記憶したコールドリスト６２を含み、これら両リスト６１，６２の中から受注者の情報を抽出し、未登録の受注者の情報が抽出された場合には当該者に登録を促す。これにより、発注者の発注条件に合致する受注者の数が増大し、マッチングの成立率が高まる。
　また、抽出部５４は、発注条件の選択肢が選択されるごとに発注条件に合致する受注者の情報を受注者データベース６から抽出し、提示部５５が抽出された受注者の情報の件数を結果情報として発注企業２０に提示する。これにより、発注企業２０が受注者の情報の件数を適切な件数に絞り込むことが容易になる。
　また、未登録者情報取込部５２は、未登録の受注者の情報をそのランクと共に受注者データベース６のコールドリスト６２に記憶し、提示部５５は、未登録の受注者の情報が抽出部５４により抽出された際、当該未登録の受注者のランクが所定の条件を満たす場合に、抽出された未登録の受注者の情報をヒット件数に含めて発注企業２０に提示するので、低ランクの未登録の受注者によってヒット件数が大きくなりすぎてしまうことが防がれるとともに、会員として登録することが期待される高ランクの未登録の受注者がヒット件数にカウントされる。これにより、発注企業２０の見積もりを依頼する動機付けが向上する。

　以上、本発明を実施の形態に基づいて説明したが、これらの実施の形態は請求の範囲に係る発明を限定するものではない。また、実施の形態の中で説明した特徴の組合せの全てが発明の課題を解決するための手段に必須であるとは限らない点に留意すべきである。また、本発明は、その趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で適宜変形して実施することが可能である。
　本発明は、マッチングサーバ４（コンピュータ）を、受注者登録受付部５１、未登録者情報取込部５２、発注条件受付部５３、抽出部５４、及び提示部５５として機能させるためのプログラムとして実施されてもよい。このようなプログラムは、コンピュータが読取可能な一時的でない（non-transitory）記録媒体に記録されて提供可能であり、コンピュータが読取可能な記録媒体は、たとえば、Compact Disc-ROM(ＣＤ－ＲＯＭ）等の光学記憶媒体や、Hard Disk Drive（ＨＤＤ）等の磁気記録媒体や、フラッシュメモリ等の半導体記憶媒体を含む。また、このようなプログラムは、ネットワークを介したダウンロードによっても提供可能である。

  1. 　注文を発する発注者と注文を受ける受注者とをマッチングするマッチングシステムであって、
    　前記発注者の通信端末及び前記受注者の通信端末との通信が可能なマッチングサーバを備え、
    　前記マッチングサーバは、
    　前記受注者の登録を受け付けて当該受注者の情報を受注者データベースに記憶する受注者登録受付部と、
    　前記発注者からの発注条件を受け付ける発注条件受付部と、
    　前記発注条件に合致する受注者の情報を前記受注者データベースから抽出する抽出部と、
    　抽出された前記受注者の情報に基づく結果情報を前記発注者に提示する提示部と、
    　を有し、

  2. 　前記発注条件受付部は、複数の選択肢をそれぞれ含む複数の選択項目によって前記発注条件を受け付け、
    　前記抽出部は、前記選択肢が選択されるごとに前記発注条件に合致する受注者の情報を前記受注者データベースから抽出し、
    　前記提示部は、前記抽出部により抽出された受注者の情報の件数を前記結果情報として前記発注者に提示する、
    　請求項１に記載のマッチングシステム。
  3. 　前記未登録の受注者の情報をその情報品質に関するランクと共に前記受注者データベースに記憶する未登録者情報取込部を備え、
    　前記提示部は、前記未登録の受注者の情報が前記抽出部により抽出された際、当該未登録の受注者の情報のランクが所定の条件を満たす場合に当該未登録の受注者の情報を前記件数に含めて前記発注者に提示する、
    　請求項２に記載のマッチングシステム。
  4. 　前記未登録者情報取込部は、インターネット上に公開されている情報から、前記未登録の受注者の情報を収集し、前記受注者データベースに記憶する、
    　請求項３に記載のマッチングシステム。
  5. 　前記ランクは、前記未登録の受注者の情報の情報量、正確性、及び鮮度の少なくとも一つを用いて決定される、
    　請求項３又は４に記載のマッチングシステム。
  6. 　請求項１乃至５の何れか１項に記載のマッチングシステムを用い、
    　前記未登録の受注者の情報が前記抽出部で抽出された場合、当該未登録の受注者に対して前記受注者登録受付部による登録を促す、
    　マッチングサイトの運営方法。
