优选地,所述第二折叠装置包括有锁定装置和叉管,锁定装置内开设有弧形滑道,所述叉管内安装有滑块,滑块的下端穿设有固定轴,固定轴可滑动设置在所述弧形滑道内;所述车踏板的前部安装有所述锁定装置,所述扶管的下端通过叉管与所述锁定装置可转动连接从而进行旋转折叠;所述弧形滑道的两端向内侧成型有锁定卡槽,旋转所述折叠扶手可通过钢丝绳组带动所述滑块与叉管之间发生相对位移,进而带动所述固定轴在所述弧形滑道内移动;所述滑块的上端形成有供所述滑动头挤压的倾斜面,通过旋转所述折叠扶手可使所述滑动头在扶管内移动,从而挤压所述倾斜面,进而带动所述滑块在叉管内移动;所述滑动头的上端安装有固定头,固定头位于所述倾斜面的上端并固定在所述扶管上,所述固定头与滑动头之间抵接有第二弹簧;所述联动机构为钢丝绳组,所述折叠扶手通过钢丝绳组连接并带动所述第二折叠装置;所述滑块的中部开设有腔体,腔体的一侧开设有用于使紧固件穿过的半圆孔,所述紧固件与腔体的之间抵接有第三弹簧;所述扶管内穿设有内管,内管的上端伸出所述扶管内并连接所述折叠扶手,所述扶管的上端开口与内管之间安装有护套,所述扶管的上端开口处开设有弹性开口,弹性开口的外周安装有快拆件;所述内管内弹性卡接有弹销件,弹销件的另一端伸出所述内管并形成有凸块,所述扶管上开设有若干个供所述凸块穿过的定位孔;所述锁定装置上开设有旋转孔,所述叉管的一端通过紧固件可旋转固定在所述旋转孔内,所述叉管可相对所述车踏板 进行旋转折叠。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
1、本发明在按压解锁按钮之后,即可对滑板车的扶手进行折叠操作,并且在折叠滑板车扶手的同时,设置的联动机构将会带动滑动头移动,从而调节固定轴的位置,使固定轴进入弧形滑道内,此时便可对车身进行折叠操作,本设计将两个装置的折叠机构通过联动机构连接在一起,通过按压一个按钮即可实现对两个装置进行折叠操作,不需要再通过操作多个折叠开关,进行折叠,使用起来十分方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1-15对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
一种折叠滑板车。
如图1所示,包括车踏板1,车踏板1的前部连接有可转动的扶管2,扶管2通过第二折叠装置可转动设置在车踏板1的前端,扶管2的上端安装有折叠扶手3,所述扶管2的下端设置有前轮37,所述车踏板1的后部设置有后轮38。
结合图1和图2,通过按压解锁按钮5之后,折叠扶手3即可向下旋转进行折叠操作,同时扶管2也可向车踏板1的一侧进行旋转折叠操作。
结合图8和图9,所述第一折叠装置4包括右传动轮4a和左传动轮4b,在左扶手3a的右端连接有右传动轮4a,在右扶手3b的左端连接有左传动轮4b,所述右传动轮4a与左传动轮4b互相抵靠在一起,并且右传动轮4a和左传动轮4b分别以各自的圆心为轴,共同向内侧旋转,达到折叠的功能,并且在右传动 轮4a和左传动轮4b上均成型有轮齿12,所述右传动轮4a与左传动轮4b之间通过轮齿12可进行相互啮合,同时在右传动轮4a和/或左传动轮4b的端面至少成型有一与所述卡接部6相适配的卡接槽13a,当卡接部6卡接在卡接槽13a内时,能够限制右传动轮4a与左传动轮4b之间的转动。
结合图10和图11,在右传动轮4a与左传动轮4b的外侧安装有扶手盖7,所述右传动轮4a与左传动轮4b之间设置有可前后移动的解锁按钮5,解锁按钮5的一端成型有卡接部6,卡接部6卡接在所述右传动轮4a与左传动轮4b之间,并限制其转动。
结合图11和图13,所述解锁按钮5的另一端伸出所述扶手盖7并形成按压部8,所述卡接部6与扶手盖7之间设置有第一弹簧9,因此当除去按压部8上按压的外力后,解锁按钮5由于第一弹簧9的弹性形变,将会弹回原位,在右传动轮4a、左传动轮4b与扶手盖7之间还安装有支架10,支架10的左右两侧均开设有孔位11,所述右传动轮4a、左传动轮4b以各自的圆心为轴,可转动设置在所述孔位11上。
结合图5和图6,为了更好的实现,在车踏板1的前部安装有锁定装置14,所述扶管2的下端通过叉管15与所述锁定装置14可转动连接,所述锁定装置14上开设有旋转孔16,所述叉管15的一端通过紧固件17可旋转固定在所述旋转孔16内,所述叉管15可相对所述车踏板1进行旋转折叠,具体的,在锁定装置14上开设有弧形滑道18,所述弧形滑道18的两端设置有凹陷的锁定卡槽21,所述叉管15内安装有滑块19,滑块19的下端穿设有固定轴20,固定轴20可在所述弧形滑道18内滑动,通过旋转所述折叠扶手3可直接或间接的使所述滑块19与叉管15发生相对位移,进而带动所述固定轴20在所述弧形滑道18 内移动,所述滑块19的中部开设有腔体27,腔体27的一侧开设有用于使所述紧固件17穿过的半圆孔28,所述紧固件17与腔体27的之间抵接有第三弹簧29。
具体看图7,所述扶管2的下部可滑动设置有滑动头22,在折叠扶手3上固定有钢丝绳组24,钢丝绳组24的另一端与所述滑动头22固定连接,所述滑块19的上端形成有供所述滑动头22挤压的倾斜面23,所述折叠扶手3通过联动机构连接并带动所述滑动头22,通过旋转所述折叠扶手3可使所述滑动头22在扶管2内移动,从而挤压所述倾斜面23,进而带动所述滑块19在叉管15内移动,所述滑动头22的上端安装有固定头25,固定头25位于所述倾斜面23的上端并固定在所述扶管2上,所述固定头25与滑动头22之间抵接有第二弹簧26,在按压解锁按钮5后,就能够对折叠扶手3进行折叠操作,而本装置通过设置的联动机构即钢丝绳组24,在折叠扶手3时,能够同时对扶管2进行旋转折叠,无需按压其它的折叠开关,操作方便。
结合图14和图15,所述扶管2内穿设有内管30,所述内管30内弹性卡接有弹销件34,弹销件34的另一端伸出所述内管30并形成有凸块35,由于弹销件34具有弹性,通过按压凸块35后,弹销件34将会被压缩,从而凸块35会缩入扶管2内,此时的扶管2和内管30之间可以相对移动,从而调节高度,所述扶管2上开设有若干个供所述凸块35穿过的定位孔36。内管30的上端伸出所述扶管2内并连接所述折叠扶手3,所述扶管2的上端开口与内管30之间安装有护套31,所述扶管2的上端开口处开设有弹性开口32,弹性开口32的外周安装有快拆件33。
本产品折叠的具体工作过程如下:
首先,按压扶手盖7内的解锁按钮5,即施力按压按压部8,此时解锁按钮5的卡接部6将会离开右传动轮4a与左传动轮4b上的卡接槽13a,同时压缩第一弹簧9,此时右传动轮4a与左传动轮4b可相对进行转动,并且可以不再按压按压部8,此时的卡接部6将会由于第一弹簧9的弹性形变,被迫恢复原位,因此当右传动轮4a与左传动轮4b在转动的时候,卡接部6是贴合在右传动轮4a与左传动轮4b的表面上的,然后轮齿12之间进行相互啮合,即可以对左右的扶手进行旋转折叠操作,由于折叠扶手3上固定有钢丝绳组24,然后当折叠扶手3向下旋转时,右传动轮4a与左传动轮4b同时向内侧旋转,将会拉动钢丝绳28,使钢丝绳28的长度变短,因此钢丝绳28下方连接的滑动头22,将会被带动并向上移动,当折叠扶手3折到45°时,卡接部6会自动卡入第二解锁槽13b,方便进行折叠操作,同时在折叠扶手3转动的过程中,滑动头22将会向上移动,同时压缩第二弹簧26,此时的滑动头22正好上移到滑块19的倾斜面23的位置,然后滑动头22会将滑块19向下顶,从而滑块19会向下移动,当滑块19向下移动时,将会压缩第三压簧29,同时滑块19上安装的固定轴20将会从锁定卡槽21中移动到弧形滑道18内,此时的叉管15可以进行向左旋转折叠,同时固定轴20在弧形滑道18内向左滑动,直到销轴滑到最左边,无法再向左滑动,此时的直管13已处于完全收叠状态,当滑板车处于完全收叠状态之后,此时再将折叠扶手3由45°折到90°,将会继续拉动钢丝绳组24,进一步缩短钢丝绳组24的长度,滑动头22将会继续向上移动,同时进一步压缩第二弹簧26,此时滑动头22将会移动到倾斜面23的上端,离开倾斜面23,此时的滑动头22不会再将滑块19向下顶,并且因为倾斜面22失去了滑动头22施加的压力,所以滑块19另一端被压缩的第三压簧29将会释放压力,第三压簧29由伸 缩到张开的状态,从而会将滑块19向上顶开,滑块19向上移动时,固定轴20从弧形滑道18再次进入到锁定卡槽21内,并且当折叠扶手3折到90°时,卡接部6会自动卡入第三卡槽13c,此时的折叠结构处于锁死状态,折叠后的滑板车处于锁死状态,不会松动,方便拿取。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种折叠滑板车,其特征在于,包括车踏板(1),车踏板(1)的前部连接有扶管(2),扶管(2)通过第二折叠装置可转动设置在车踏板(1)上;所述扶管(2)的上端安装有折叠扶手(3),所述扶管(2)的下端设置有前轮(37),所述车踏板(1)的后部设置有后轮(38);所述折叠扶手(3)通过联动机构连接所述第二折叠装置,所述折叠扶手(3)内设置有解锁按钮(5),按压解锁按钮(5),即可对折叠扶手(3)和扶管(2)同时进行折叠。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠滑板车,其特征在于:所述扶管(2)的下部可滑动设置有滑动头(22),所述折叠扶手(3)通过所述联动机构连接并带动所述滑动头(22),通过旋转所述折叠扶手(3)可使所述滑动头(22)在扶管(2)内移动,从而打开第二折叠装置,对扶管(2)进行折叠。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种折叠滑板车,其特征在于:所述折叠扶手(3)包括左扶手(3a)和右扶手(3b),所述左扶手(3a)和右扶手(3b)之间设置有第一折叠装置(4),所述左扶手(3a)和右扶手(3b)可相对于所述第一折叠装置(4)进行旋转折叠。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种折叠滑板车,其特征在于:所述第一折叠装置(4)包括右传动轮(4a)和左传动轮(4b),所述左扶手(3a)的右端连接有所述右传动轮(4a),所述右扶手(3b)的左端连接有所述左传动轮(4b);所述右传动轮(4a)与左传动轮(4b)抵靠在一起,并且所述右传动轮(4a)和左传动轮(4b)以各自的圆心为轴,进行旋转折叠。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种折叠滑板车,其特征在于:所述右传动轮(4a)和左传动轮(4b)上均成型有轮齿(12),所述右传动轮(4a)与左传动轮(4b)之间通过轮齿(12)可进行相互啮合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种折叠滑板车,其特征在于:所述右传动轮(4a) 与左传动轮(4b)之间设置有可前后移动的解锁按钮(5),解锁按钮(5)的一端成型有卡接部(6),卡接部(6)卡接在所述右传动轮(4a)与左传动轮(4b)之间,并限制其转动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种折叠滑板车,其特征在于:所述右传动轮(4a)和/或左传动轮(4b)的端面成型有与所述卡接部(6)相适配的卡接槽(13a)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种折叠滑板车,其特征在于:还包括有第二解锁槽(13b)和第三卡槽(13c),所述卡接槽(13a)、第二解锁槽(13b)和第三卡槽(13c)分别依次设置在所述右传动轮(4a)和/或左传动轮(4b)的外缘部上,用于与卡接部(6)在不同的折叠阶段适配;所述卡接部(6)与扶手盖(7)之间设置有第一弹簧(9)。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种折叠滑板车,其特征在于:所述右传动轮(4a)与左传动轮(4b)的外侧安装有扶手盖(7),所述解锁按钮(5)的另一端伸出所述扶手盖(7)并形成按压部(8);所述右传动轮(4a)、左传动轮(4b)与扶手盖(7)之间还安装有支架(10),支架(10)的左右两侧均开设有孔位(11),所述右传动轮(4a)、左传动轮(4b)以各自的圆心为轴,可转动设置在所述孔位(11)上。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的一种折叠滑板车,其特征在于:所述第二折叠装置包括有锁定装置(14)和叉管(15),锁定装置(14)内开设有弧形滑道(18),所述叉管(15)内安装有滑块(19),滑块(19)的下端穿设有固定轴(20),固定轴(20)可滑动设置在所述弧形滑道(18)内;所述车踏板(1)的前部安装有所述锁定装置(14),所述扶管(2)的下端通过叉管(15)与所述锁定装置(14)可转动连接从而进行旋转折叠;所述弧形滑道(18)的两端向内侧成型有锁定卡槽(21),旋转所述折叠扶手(3)可通过所述联动机构带动所述滑 块(19)与叉管(15)之间发生相对位移,进而带动所述固定轴(20)在所述弧形滑道(18)内移动;所述滑块(19)的上端形成有供所述滑动头(22)挤压的倾斜面(23),通过旋转所述折叠扶手(3)可使所述滑动头(22)在扶管(2)内移动,从而挤压所述倾斜面(23),进而带动所述滑块(19)在叉管(15)内移动;所述滑动头(22)的上端安装有固定头(25),固定头(25)位于所述倾斜面(23)的上端并固定在所述扶管(2)上,所述固定头(25)与滑动头(22)之间抵接有第二弹簧(26);所述联动机构为钢丝绳组(24),所述折叠扶手(3)通过钢丝绳组(24)连接并带动所述第二折叠装置;所述滑块(19)的中部开设有腔体(27),腔体(27)的一侧开设有用于使紧固件(17)穿过的半圆孔(28),所述紧固件(17)与腔体(27)的之间抵接有第三弹簧(29);所述扶管(2)内穿设有内管(30),内管(30)的上端伸出所述扶管(2)内并连接所述折叠扶手(3),所述扶管(2)的上端开口与内管(30)之间安装有护套(31),所述扶管(2)的上端开口处开设有弹性开口(32),弹性开口(32)的外周安装有快拆件(33);所述内管(30)内弹性卡接有弹销件(34),弹销件(34)的另一端伸出所述内管(30)并形成有凸块(35),所述扶管(2)上开设有若干个供所述凸块(35)穿过的定位孔(36);所述锁定装置(14)上开设有旋转孔(16),所述叉管(15)的一端通过紧固件(17)可旋转固定在所述旋转孔(16)内,所述叉管(15)可相对所述车踏板(1)进行旋转折叠。
