Abstract

O presente relatório refere-se à disposição construtiva aplicada em dispositivo de sopro para ser utilizado em máquinas interfolhadoras de frios. Este dispositivo de sopro, é configurado para possibilitar que o plástico utilizado no interfolhamento, responsável por separar os frios, possa ser muito fino, sem que dobre ou fique mal posicionado, pois o dispositivo gera uma pressão negativa, entre a fatia de frio e o plástico.

DISPOSITIVO DE SOPRO PARA MÁQUINA INTERFOLHADORA DE FRIOS
[001 ] O presente relatório refere-se à disposição construtiva aplicada em dispositivo de sopro para ser utilizado em máquinas interfolhadoras de frios.
[002] Já é de conhecimento técnico a utilização de variados modos de cortes e de interfolhamento de frios. Para o interfolhamento destes, geralmente usa-se dispositivos pneumáticos, que de certa forma, geram vácuo, entre o plástico e o embutido.
[003] O documento MU89010248 apresenta um equipamento com um eixo pneumático que é capaz de prender a bobina de plástico que irá interfolhear os embutidos. O dito eixo pneumático, sopra o plástico em direção ao embutido, para que a junção da fatia do frio e plástico seja realizada.
[004] Um problema pertinente aos dispositivos de sopro para interfolhamento de frios, é que o plástico que realiza a separação, precisa ser de espessura e resistência adequada, visto que no momento do sopro, o mesmo pode se dobrar e não se alojar corretamente entre as fatias de frios, causando o contato direto entre uma fatia e outra.
[005] Outro problema decorrente dos dispositivos de sopro para interfolhamento, é a velocidade em que o embutido é cortado e interfolhado. A técnica atual é ineficiente no posicionamento do plástico sobre o frio recém fatiado, pois tal posicionamento não pode ser feito em altas velocidades, o que acarretaria no mal posicionamento e dobras no plástico, neste caso, mesmo que o plástico seja de espessura adequada. [006] Desta maneira, além do processo possuir baixa produtividade, o plástico utilizado no interfolhamento precisa ser bastante espesso. Estes problemas associados, aumentam significativamente o custo do processo.
[007] Afim de resolver estes problemas, o presente documento descreve uma disposição construtiva aplicada em dispositivo de sopro para ser utilizado em máquinas de interfolhamento. Tal dispositivo de sopro, é configurado para possibilitar que o plástico utilizado no interfolhamento, responsável por separar os frios, possa ser muito fino, sem que dobre ou fique mal posicionado, pois o dispositivo gera uma pressão negativa, entre a fatia de frio e o plástico. Essa pressão negativa é gerada, soprando o plástico de forma que o ar passa sob o plástico e sobre a tre a fatia de frio, ou seja o ar passa entre a fatia de frio e o plástico, de forma que o ar sobe e então o plástico é puxado contra a fatia. Este processo ocorre em alta velocidade, o que aumenta a produtividade se comparado com a técnica atual.
[008] A descrição das figuras, auxiliarão na compreensão do dispositivo(100) de sopro interfolhador.
[009] A figura 1 apresenta ilustrativamente a vista frontal do dispositivo(100) de sopro.
[010] A figura 2 apresenta ilustrativamente a vista inferior do dispositivo(100) de sopro.
[01 1 ] A figura 3 apresenta ilustrativamente um corte em vista lateral do dispositivo(100) de sopro. [012] A figura 4 apresenta ilustrativamente em vista isométrica o extrator(1 ) superior, parte integrante do dispositivo(100) de sopro.
[013] A figura 5 apresenta ilustrativamente em vista isométrica o extrator inferior, parte integrante do dispositivo(100) de sopro.
[014] Em alusão as figuras apresentas, conforme pode ser visualizado na figura 1 , o dispositivo(100) de sopro é composto por extrator(1 ) superior, extrator(2) inferior, chapa(9) de fixação do servo motor e o servo motor(10) propriamente dito. O servo motor(10) é responsável pelo movimento da engrenagem(8) ilustrada na figura 2, a qual, movimenta os rolos emborrachados (1 1 , 12), responsáveis por puxar o plástico de interfolhamento até a posição que serão soprados.
[022] A figura 3 apresenta uma vista em corte do dispositivo(100) de sopro, apresentado em vista lateral. Ilustra e simplifica todo o funcionamento do dispositivo(100) de sopro. Como ilustrado, os rolos emborrachados(1 1 , 12) são acoplados internamente ao extrator(1 ) superior e extrator(2) inferior, os quais são responsáveis por puxar e direcionar o plástico no qual será usado para interfolhar o frio após o corte. O sistema pneumático também é ilustrado nessa figura; a área(7), ilustra o caminho que o ar percorre, de forma que a conexão(6) pneumática é responsável por regular o fluxo de ar; por último, a chapa(5) que é responsável por unir e fixar o dispositivo(100) de sopro na fatiadora (não ilustrada).
[023] As figura 4 e 5 ilustram o extrator(1 ) superior e o extrator(2) inferior, os quais são parte integrante do dispositivo(100) de sopro. Os extratores(1 , 2) superior e inferior, são responsáveis especificamente por possibilitarem a qualidade do interfolhamento dos embutidos; pois a sua disposição construtiva permite, juntamente com a conexão pneumática, que o plástico que passa pelos rolos(1 1 , 12) emborrachados, sejam direcionados e controladamente assoprados, para que após o fatiamento do frio, o plástico sofra uma pressão negativa na sua face que entrará em contato com o frio, sendo assim, uma região de baixa pressão é criada entre o plástico e a fatia de frio, fazendo com que o plástico se posicione de maneira correta e rápida sobre a fatia de frio, garantindo assim a qualidade do interfolhamento, sem dobras no plástico ou mal posicionamento. Além disso, fazendo desta maneira, altas velocidades são aplicadas neste processo de interfolhamento, devido ao método utilizado e sem influenciar na qualidade do interfolhamento e mantendo espessuras finas de plástico.
[024] Desta forma, o dispositivo(100) de sopro permite ao usuário, o uso de plásticos mais finos e consequentemente mais baratos e ao mesmo tempo um interfolhamento impecável e com alta produtividade frente ao que há hoje no estado da técnica.
[025] Cumpre salientar que esta descrição apresentada não deve ser interpretada como uma limitação, mas apenas como uma base para o entendimento do objeto inventado e como base representativa para as reivindicações para o ensino de um perito na arte de empregar e colocar em prática o desenvolvimento do equipamento proposto, visto que pode, ou poderão haver outras disposições possíveis para a concepção do objeto inventado, que não descaracterize sua ideia inventiva, como por exemplo, a variação de tamanho dos extratores(1 , 2), pois dependendo do tipo da máquina em que o dispositivo será usado, tais alterações serão necessárias para viabilizar o acoplamento do dispositivo soprador descrito neste relatório, bem como outras pequenas alterações apenas com fins de adaptação à máquina que será utilizada para a realização da tarefa de fatiamento dos frios.

REIVINDICAÇÕES
1 . “DISPOSITIVO DE SOPRO PARA MÁQUINA INTERFOLHADORA DE FRIOS” caracterizado por compreender extrator(1 ) superior com formato prolongado e perfil similar à um gancho, e prevê pelo menos um canal interno de passagem de ar e pelo menos uma cavidade de escape de ar; compreende também extrator(2) inferior com formato prolongado e perfil similar à um gancho; compreende ainda motor(10) e rolos emborrachados(1 1 , 12) e o dito motor(10) está ligado aos rolos emborrachados(1 1 e 12) de forma a movimenta-los; e ditos rolos emborrachados(1 1 , 12) são acoplados internamente ao dispositivo(100) de sopro, entre o extrator(1 ) superior e o extrator(2) inferior; e dito dispositivo(100) de sopro compreende ainda, meios para fixar o dispositivo(100) de sopro na fatiadora de frios(não ilustrada).
