Patent Document 1 discloses an absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin. In the absorbent article of Patent Document 1, a plurality of surface sheets are provided on the skin facing surface side of the absorbent core.
A surface sheet has a 1st surface sheet (surface sheet of patent document 1), and a 2nd surface sheet (heat-fusion fiber sheet of patent document 1) which overlaps with a 1st surface sheet in thickness direction. The first surface sheet is composed of a non-woven fabric (specifically, a cotton non-woven fabric) containing non-heat-fusion fibers. The first top sheet is joined to the second top sheet by a number of embossments. Thereby, since the non-heat-fusion fiber is bonded to the second surface sheet, the non-heat-fusion fiber can be made difficult to be removed.

(1) Outline of Embodiment At least the following matters will become clear by the description of the present specification and the attached drawings.

An absorbent article according to one aspect has a front-rear direction, a width direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction, a surface sheet, and an absorbent core disposed on the non-skin facing surface side of the surface sheet, the surface The sheet is an absorbent article having a first surface sheet containing non-heat-fusion fibers, and a second surface sheet located on the non-skin-facing surface side of the first surface sheet, and the first surface sheet The outer edge in the width direction of the second surface sheet is disposed on the skin-facing surface side of the second surface sheet, and a bonding area in which the first surface sheet and the second surface sheet are bonded is provided. The outer edge of the first surface sheet is provided with a free end not joined to the second surface sheet.

According to this aspect, since the non-heat-fusion fiber contained in the first surface sheet is joined to the second surface sheet in the bonding area, it is possible to make the non-heat-fusion fiber difficult to slip off. Since the free end portion is provided at the outer edge of the first surface sheet, the rigidity of the outer edge of the first surface sheet does not increase, and deterioration of the feel of the wearer can be suppressed.

According to a preferred embodiment, the distance in the width direction between the bonding area and the outer edge of the first surface sheet is shorter than the fiber length of the non-heat-fused fiber.

In the absorbent article of JP-A-10-118118, the top sheet is folded in the width direction. The folded portion of the top sheet is not joined to the sheet positioned on the non-skin facing surface side of the top sheet, and is configured to be able to stand on the wearer side. The tip of the folded portion is disposed outward in the width direction. The folded back portion is configured to be able to stand on the wearer side, and is disposed between the legs when worn. Therefore, when a wearer walks etc., the tip of the return part of a surface sheet may be rubbed by a wearer's leg. There was a possibility that the fiber which comprises a surface sheet will be missing because a surface sheet is repeatedly dripped by a leg. In particular, in the case of a sheet containing non-heat-fusion fibers, as in JP-A-10-118118, the fibers do not have heat-fusion properties, and the fibers tend to be more easily detached. Therefore, an absorbent article capable of suppressing the release of non-heat-fusion fibers at the outer edge in the width direction of the topsheet is desired.

According to a preferred embodiment described above, the distance in the width direction between the bonding area and the outer edge of the first surface sheet is shorter than the fiber length of the non-heat-fusion fiber, so at least a part of the non-heat-fusion fiber is , It is easy to be joined in a junction area. Therefore, the non-heat-fusion fiber can be held by the bonding area, and the non-heat-fusion fiber can be suppressed from being detached when the outer edge of the first surface sheet is rubbed.

According to a preferred aspect, the bonding area is provided with a squeezed portion obtained by compressing the first front sheet and the second front sheet.

According to the squeezing portion, not only the non-skin facing surface side of the first surface sheet and the skin facing surface side of the second surface sheet are joined, but also the first range extending in the thickness direction of the first surface sheet is The surface sheet is easy to be joined. Therefore, in the joining area, the non-heat-fused fiber is more easily joined to the second surface sheet.

According to a preferred aspect, the squeezing portions are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction or the width direction.

The rigidity of the outer edge of the first top sheet is reduced as compared with the configuration in which the squeezing portions are continuously arranged, and the outer edge of the first top sheet can easily follow the movement of the leg. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the friction between the outer edge of the first top sheet and the legs, and to prevent the non-heat-fusion fibers of the first top sheet from coming off.

According to a preferred aspect, the bonding area is provided with an adhesive for bonding the first front sheet and the second front sheet.

In the configuration in which the first front sheet and the second front sheet are joined by the adhesive, heat and pressure are less likely to be applied to the first front sheet at the time of joining. Therefore, the fracture | rupture of the non-heat-fusion fiber by the heat | fever etc. at the time of joining can be suppressed, and the drop-off | omission of the fiber of a 1st surface sheet can be suppressed more.

According to a preferred embodiment, the first top sheet comprises heat fusible fibers.

Since the first surface sheet contains the heat-fusion fibers, the fusion of the heat-fusion fibers forms a fusion portion between the fibers, making it difficult for the non-heat-fusion fibers to come off.

According to a preferred embodiment, the second top sheet comprises heat fusible fibers.

Since the second surface sheet contains the heat-fusion fibers, the fusion of the heat-fusion fibers forms a fusion-bonded portion between the fibers, and the non-heat-fusion fibers of the first surface sheet are caught by the fusion-bonding portions Become.

According to a preferred aspect, a side sheet covering the outer edge of the absorbent article is disposed on the non-skin-facing side of the second top sheet, and the outer edge of the second top sheet is the second surface sheet. (1) It has a side non-joining area located outside the outer edge of the top sheet in the width direction and in which the outer edge of the second top sheet and the side sheet are not joined.

The outer edge of the second top sheet is located on the outer side in the width direction than the first top sheet, and stands against the side sheet in the side non-joining area. Therefore, when pinched by the wearer's leg, the outer edge of the second surface sheet strikes the leg earlier than the outer edge of the first surface sheet. It is possible to further prevent the removal of the non-heat-fused fiber due to the outer edge of the first front sheet rubbing against the leg.

According to a preferred aspect, the second surface sheet is folded at a base point along a fold along the front-rear direction, and the fold is provided at an outer edge of the second surface sheet.

Because the second surface sheet is folded, it is easy to deform the fold to the base point when hitting the wearer's leg. By deforming the second surface sheet, the contact with the first surface sheet can be softened, and the removal of the non-heat-fusion fibers of the first surface sheet can be suppressed.

According to a preferred aspect, the outer edge of the first surface sheet is positioned inward in the width direction than the outer edge of the absorbent core.

When pinched by the wearer's leg, the outer edge of the absorbent core tends to hit the leg earlier than the outer edge of the first top sheet. It is possible to further prevent the removal of the non-heat-fused fiber due to the outer edge of the first front sheet rubbing against the leg.

According to a preferred embodiment, a squeezed portion obtained by compressing at least the first front sheet and the second front sheet in the thickness direction is provided.

The free end portion of the first front sheet is easy to move in the planar direction, and can move to the pressing portion side when compressed in the thickness direction when forming the pressing portion. Therefore, the force of the tension direction concerning the 1st surface sheet at the time of formation of a pressing part can be reduced, and it can control that a 1st surface sheet tears.

According to a preferred aspect, in the squeezing portion, the first surface sheet, the second surface sheet, and the absorbent core are compressed.

In the configuration in which the first surface sheet, the second surface sheet, and the absorbent core are compressed, the degree of compression is stronger than in the configuration in which only the first surface sheet and the second surface sheet are compressed. 1The front sheet is easier to tear. Therefore, it is preferable to suppress the tearing of the first surface sheet by the free end.

According to a preferred aspect, the free end overlaps the absorbent core in the thickness direction.

The squeezed portion is formed in the absorbent core, and the free end portion is overlapped with the absorbent core, so that the squeezed portion and the free end portion are easily disposed close to each other. By disposing the free end for relieving the pulling direction force near the pressing portion, it is possible to further suppress the tear of the first surface sheet.

According to a preferred aspect, the free end portion includes the widthwise outer edge of the first surface sheet and extends in the front-rear direction.

By providing the free end at the outer edge of the first top sheet, the area of the free end can be easily secured, and the breakage of the first top sheet can be further suppressed.

According to a preferred aspect, the squeezing portion is recessed from the first surface sheet side toward the second surface sheet side.

The force compressed by the squeezing section is applied from the first front sheet to the second front sheet side. Since the free end is provided on the side where the force is applied (skin facing surface side), the force in the pulling direction can be further alleviated, and the tearing of the first surface sheet can be further suppressed.

According to a preferred embodiment, the elongation of the second top sheet is higher than the elongation of the first top sheet.

Since the second surface sheet is higher than the elongation of the first surface sheet, a sheet with low elongation is used as the first surface sheet, and even when joined, the decrease in the elongation of the entire surface sheet is suppressed, the first It is possible to reduce the breakage of the front sheet.

According to a preferred embodiment, an adhesion area having an adhesive for adhering the first front sheet and the second front sheet is provided inside the free end, and the adhesion areas are spaced apart. Multiple are provided.

The first front sheet and the second front sheet are joined in the adhesion area, and the first front sheet and the second front sheet are not joined in the area between the adhesion areas. Therefore, there are a portion that is easy to move when a pulling force is applied (a region between the bonding regions) and a portion that is hard to move (a bonding region). When a pulling force is applied, the easy-to-move portion moves from the hard-to-move portion to the base point. By providing a plurality of the regions, the force in the pulling direction can be further alleviated in a wide range of the first surface sheet 11, and tearing of the first surface sheet can be further suppressed.

According to a preferred aspect, the squeezing portion has a first squeezing portion disposed at the free end.

When forming a 1st pressing part in a free end part, the area | region where the 1st top sheet and the 2nd top sheet are not joined is compressed, and a 1st pressing part is formed. Since the first surface sheet and the second surface sheet are not joined at least around the first squeezing portion, the force in the tension direction acting on the first surface sheet can be relaxed. Therefore, it can suppress more that a 1st surface sheet tears.

According to a preferred aspect, the first squeezing portion straddles the free end portion and a region outside the first surface sheet.

As compared with the configuration in which the entire first pressing portion is formed in the first front sheet, the force in the tension direction acting on the first front sheet at the time of forming the first pressing portion is alleviated. Therefore, it can suppress more that a 1st surface sheet tears.

According to a preferred aspect, the pressing portions are arranged in a pair at intervals in plan view, and the distance between the pair of pressing portions is not constant.

In the part where the distance between the pressing parts is wide, the length of the first surface sheet in the part is long, so the force in the pulling direction at the time of forming the pressing parts acts weakly. On the other hand, since the length of the 1st surface sheet in the part concerned is short in the part where the interval of pressing parts is narrow, the power of the tension direction at the time of formation of a pressing part acts strongly. Since the portion where the tensile force acts strongly and the portion that acts weakly coexist, the force is not concentrated as compared with the case where the force is uniformly applied, and it is possible to further suppress the tearing of the first surface sheet.

The surface sheet 10 is a liquid-permeable sheet that transmits liquid such as body fluid. The surface sheet 10 may cover the central portion of the absorbent core 20 in the width direction W. The surface sheet 10 may extend in the front-rear direction L from the front side region R1 to the rear side region R2. The top sheet 10 may have a first top sheet 11 and a second top sheet 12 located on the non-skin facing side of the first top sheet 11.

The first surface sheet 11 contains non-heat-fusion fibers. Non-heat-fusion fibers can be exemplified by cotton fibers. The first surface sheet 11 is formed by entanglement of non-heat-fusion fibers. The fiber length of the cotton fiber is, for example, 10 to 80 mm. When the fiber length of the cotton fiber is less than 10 mm, the fiber length is too short, and it is difficult for the fibers to entangle, and there is a possibility that sufficient strength can not be obtained. When the fiber length of the cotton fiber exceeds 80 mm, some of such fibers extend in the width direction, and fiber crossover occurs from the edge of the thigh of the wearer to the edge of the other thigh there is a possibility. In that case, the liquid excrement adhering to the central part in the width direction W of the absorbent article 1 may diffuse to both thighs and give discomfort to the wearer due to the diffusion effect of the liquid of the water retaining fiber . The fiber length is preferably 15 to 60 mm, more preferably 20 to 40 mm. The basis weight of the non-woven cotton may be 20-150 g / m 2. The first front sheet 11 may have a two-layer structure. Heat fusible fibers may be provided in the lower layer of the first surface sheet 11. The breaking elongation of the first surface sheet 11 may have a strength of 30 to 60 N / 25 mm along the fiber orientation direction, and after setting the distance between the fibers in the direction orthogonal to the fiber orientation direction to 20 mm, the tensile speed 100 mm The strength at break may be 5 to 10 N / 25 mm, which is measured under the set conditions of 1 / min.

The second top sheet 12 contains heat fusible fibers. The second surface sheet 12 is formed by fusion of heat fusion fibers. The top sheet 10 may further include side sheets 13. The side sheets 13 may extend outward in the width direction of the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12. The side sheets 13 are disposed on the non-skin facing side of the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 and do not cover the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12.

As shown in FIG. 3, the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 are stacked in the thickness direction T. The first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 may be bonded in the bonding area RX. In a region where the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 overlap, a junction area RX where the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 are joined, and the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 are joined. A non-junction region RY is provided. At least a part of the non-bonding area RY constitutes a free end 15 described later.

The top sheet 10 may further include side sheets 13. The side sheets 13 may extend outward in the width direction of the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12. The side sheet 13 covers the outer edge of the absorbent article. The side sheets 13 are disposed on the non-skin facing side of the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 and do not cover the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12.

The back sheet 14 is a liquid impermeable sheet. The back sheet 14 may be a polyethylene sheet, a laminated non-woven fabric mainly made of polypropylene or the like, an air-permeable resin film, a sheet in which an air-permeable resin film is joined to a non-woven fabric such as spunbond or spunlace.

The absorbent core 20 is disposed at least in the central region R3 and the rear region R2. In addition, the absorbent core 20 may extend from the central region R3 to the front region R1. The absorbent core 20 comprises an absorbent material that absorbs liquid. The absorbent core 20 may be wrapped by a core wrap. The absorbent material that constitutes the absorbent core 20 can be formed of, for example, hydrophilic fibers, pulp and super absorbent polymer (SAP). The core wrap can be composed of, for example, a non-woven fabric or a tissue sheet.

As mentioned above, the absorbent article 1 has the wings 3 and the hip flaps 4. The wing 3 and the hip flap 4 extend outward in the width direction W than the outer edge of the absorbent core 20 in the central region R3. The wing 3 and the hip flap 4 may be configured by laminating the top sheet 10 and the back sheet 14. The wing 3 is configured to be foldable to the back sheet 14 side. The wing 3 is folded back to the non-skin facing side of the crotch portion of the undergarment when in use.

The hip flap 4 is located rearward of the wing 3 and is provided in the rear region R2. The hip flap 4 is not folded back at the time of use but is placed between the underwear and the buttocks of the wearer. In the present embodiment, the hip flap 4 is not provided with an absorbent material. Alternatively, the hip flap 4 may be provided with an absorbent material.

The outer edge of the first top sheet 11 is provided with a free end 15 not joined to the second top sheet. The free end portion 15 is a region where the non-skin facing surface of the first surface sheet 11 and the skin facing surface of the second surface sheet 12 are not joined, and the adhesive region RA is not provided, and the sheet pressing portion 18 It may be an area where is not provided. In addition, in the structure which does not have the sheet | seat pressing part 18, the free end part 15 may be an area | region in which the adhesion | attachment area | region RA is not provided. The outer edge is a peripheral edge of the member, and includes a front end edge and a rear edge in the front-rear direction and an outer edge in the width direction.

In the bonding area RX, since the non-heat-fusion fiber contained in the first surface sheet 11 is bonded to the second surface sheet 12, the non-heat-fusion fiber can be made difficult to be removed. Since the free end 15 is provided at the outer edge of the first surface sheet 11, the rigidity of the outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11 does not increase, and the deterioration of the wearer's touch can be suppressed.

Then, the structure which suppresses the drop-off | omission of the non-heat-fusion fiber of the surface sheet 10 of the absorbent article 1 comprised in this way is demonstrated. Since the outer edge 11E in the width direction of the first surface sheet 11 is disposed on the skin facing surface side of the second surface sheet 12, the outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11 may be rubbed by the legs of the wearer when worn is there. Non-heat-fused fibers do not fuse by heat as compared with heat-fused fibers, and the bonds between the fibers tend to be weak. Therefore, when the first surface sheet 11 including the non-heat-fusion fiber rubs on the leg of the wearer, the non-heat-fusion fiber may be detached. The absorbent article 1 is configured to suppress the removal of the non-heat-fusion fiber in the surface sheet (the first surface sheet 11 in the present embodiment) having the non-heat-fusion fiber.

In a region where the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 overlap, a joint area RX where the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 are joined is provided. The distance between the bonding area RX and the widthwise direction W of the outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11 is shorter than the fiber length of the non-heat-fused fiber. Thus, at least a portion of the non-heat-fusion fibers are bonded in the bonding area RX. The non-heat-fusion fiber can be held by the bonding area RX, and the non-heat-fusion fiber can be suppressed from being detached when the outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11 is rubbed. In addition, it is preferable that the bonding region RX extends in the front-rear direction L. The bonding area RX is provided over the entire front-rear direction of the first surface sheet 11 so that the non-heat-fusion fibers can be effectively prevented from being detached.

The bonding area RX is located inside the outer edge 11E of the first top sheet 11 in the width direction W. A non-joining area RY extending from the outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11 to the inside in the width direction W is provided. The distance in the width direction W between the bonding area RX and the outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11 is the length in the width direction W of the non-bonding area RY.

Next, the junction region RX according to the present embodiment will be described in detail. FIG. 4 shows the bonding area RA of the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 and the sheet pressing portion 18. Actually, the adhesion area RA and the sheet pressing portion 18 overlap in the thickness direction T, but for convenience of explanation, they are illustrated as being adjacent in the front-rear direction. The joint area RX is an area where the first surface sheet 11 and the second surface sheet 12 are jointed. Specifically, an area where the sheet pressing portion 18 and the adhesion area RA overlap in the thickness direction T, the sheet pressing portion 18 And the area provided with only the adhesion area RA. The non-bonding area RY is an area in which the sheet pressing portion 18 is not provided and the bonding area RA is not provided. In other embodiments, bonding area RX may be formed only by the area provided with the pressing portion, or may be formed only by the area provided with the adhesion area.

A sheet squeezed portion 18 obtained by compressing (crimping) the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 may be provided in the bonding area RX. The sheet squeezed portion 18 not only joins the non-skin facing surface of the first front sheet 11 to the skin facing surface of the second front sheet 12, but also extends over a certain range extending in the thickness direction of the first front sheet 11. The first surface sheet 11 and the second surface sheet 12 can be easily joined. Therefore, the non-heat-fusion fiber is bonded to the second surface sheet 12 in the bonding area RX, and the omission of the non-heat-fusion fiber can be further suppressed.

Moreover, the sheet | seat pressing part 18 may be multiply arranged at intervals in the front-back direction L or the width direction W. As shown in FIG. The sheet pressing portion 18 according to the present embodiment extends in the front-rear direction L, and is arranged at an interval in the width direction W. The rigidity of the outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11 is lower than that in the configuration in which the sheet pressing portions 18 are continuously disposed, and the outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11 follows the movement of the leg. It becomes easy to do. Therefore, the friction between the outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11 and the leg can be suppressed, and the non-heat-fusion fibers of the first surface sheet 11 can be suppressed from coming off.

The bonding area RA may be provided in the bonding area RX. The bonding area RA has an adhesive for bonding the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12. The sheet pressing portion 18 according to the present embodiment extends in the front-rear direction L, and is arranged at an interval in the width direction W. In the configuration in which the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 are joined by an adhesive, heat and pressure are not easily applied to the first front sheet 11 at the time of joining. Therefore, the fracture | rupture of the non-heat-fusion fiber by the heat | fever etc. at the time of joining can be suppressed, and the drop-off | omission of the fiber of the 1st surface sheet 11 can be suppressed more. In addition, non-heat-fusion fibers are difficult to be fused by squeezing, and the bonding strength may be low. The adhesive makes it easy to obtain the desired bonding strength.

In the bonding area RX, both the bonding area RA and the sheet pressing portion 18 may be provided. The bonding area RA secures the bonding strength between the first surface sheet 11 and the second surface sheet, and the sheet pressing portion 18 can bond a predetermined range in the thickness direction of the first surface sheet 11 and the second surface sheet. Further, it is possible to suppress the removal of the non-heat-fused fiber. In addition, the bonding area RX may be provided with the bonding area RA and the sheet pressing portion 18 at different pitches. Specifically, the pitch in the width direction of the bonding area RA may be shorter than the pitch in the width direction of the sheet pressing portion 18 and half the pitch in the width direction of the sheet pressing portion 18. According to such a configuration, the region in which both are overlapped and the region in which the adhesive strength is high, and the region in which only one is disposed, the region in which the adhesive strength is low are provided. It is possible to maintain the bonding state of the non-heat-fused fiber in the region of high adhesive strength while securing the flexibility of the top sheet in the region of low adhesive strength.

Also, the first facing sheet may include heat fusible fibers as well as non-heat fusible fibers. Since the first surface sheet contains the heat-fusion fibers, the fusion of the heat-fusion fibers forms a fusion portion between the fibers, making it difficult for the non-heat-fusion fibers to come off. Therefore, the heat fusible fiber can be further prevented from coming off.

The second top sheet 12 may include heat fusible fibers. Since the second surface sheet 12 contains the heat-fusion fibers, the fusion of the heat-fusion fibers forms a fusion portion between the fibers, and the non-heat-fusion fibers of the first surface sheet 11 are caught on the fusion portion It becomes difficult to escape. Therefore, the non-heat-fusion fiber can be further prevented from coming off.

As shown in FIG. 2, the side non-joining area RZ where the outer edge 12E of the second surface sheet 12 and the side sheet 13 are not joined may be provided. The outer edge 12E of the second surface sheet 12 is located on the outer side in the width direction than the first surface sheet 11, and stands up with respect to the side sheet 13 in the side non-joining region RZ. Therefore, when pinched by the wearer's leg, the outer edge 12E of the second surface sheet 12 is easier to hit the leg than the outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11. It is possible to further prevent the removal of the non-heat-fused fiber due to the outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11 rubbing against the leg.

A fold line FL extending in the front-rear direction L of the second surface sheet 12 may be formed on the outer edge 12E of the second surface sheet 12. Since the second surface sheet 12 is folded, it is easy to be deformed from the fold line FL as a base point when hitting the wearer's leg. For example, in the configuration in which the folded second surface sheets are not joined to each other, the folded second surface sheet is deformed so as to be separated in the thickness direction, and is deformed inward in the width direction. The deformation of the second surface sheet 12 makes it possible to soften the contact with the first surface sheet 11 and to suppress the removal of the non-heat-fused fiber of the first surface sheet 11.

The outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11 may be located inside the outer edge 20E of the absorbent core 20 in the width direction W. When pinched by the wearer's leg, the outer edge 20E of the absorbent core 20 is easier to hit the leg than the outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11. It is possible to further prevent the removal of the non-heat-fused fiber due to the outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11 rubbing against the leg.

(3) Configuration of Absorbent Article According to Second Embodiment Next, the absorbent article 1 according to the second embodiment will be described using FIGS. 5 to 8. The same contents as those of the first embodiment described above will not be described.

FIG. 5: is a top view of the absorbent article 1 which concerns on 2nd Embodiment seen from the skin opposing surface side. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA shown in FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of a portion B shown in FIG. FIG. 8 is a plan view showing an adhesive region and a sheet pressing portion in the absorbent article according to the second embodiment.

The first surface sheet 11 may be formed to form a convex fold on the skin facing surface side as shown in FIG. By forming the barbed portion, the elongation in the width direction of the first top sheet with low elongation can be increased by the amount of the convex shape, and thus the breakage of the first top sheet can be reduced.

The pressed portion 60 may be formed on the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12. The pressing portion 60 compresses at least the first surface sheet 11 and the second surface sheet 12 in the thickness direction. The pressing unit 60 may compress the first front sheet 11, the second front sheet 12, and the absorbent core 20 in the thickness direction. The pressing portion 60 of the present embodiment compresses the first front sheet 11, the second front sheet 12, and the absorbent core 20 in the thickness direction. Moreover, the absorbent article 1 may further be provided with the sheet | seat pressing part 18 which pressure-bonded the 1st surface sheet 11 and the 2nd surface sheet 12 separately from the pressing part 60. As shown in FIG.

Then, the structure which suppresses the tear of the surface sheet of the absorbent article 1 comprised in this way is demonstrated. The absorbent article 1 is configured to suppress breakage of a surface sheet (first surface sheet 11 in the present embodiment) having non-heat-fusion fibers.

The first surface sheet 11 and the second surface sheet 12 are compressed in the thickness direction when forming the pressing portion 60, and a pulling force acts in the planar direction. At this time, in the configuration in which the entire first surface sheet 11 is bonded to the second surface sheet 12, the first surface sheet 11 has no freedom in movement in the planar direction, and is a force that can be pulled in the planar direction. There is a risk of tearing. The free end 15 of the first surface sheet 11 can easily move in the planar direction, and can move to the side of the pressing portion 60 when compressed in the thickness direction when the pressing portion 60 is formed. Therefore, the force of the pull direction concerning the 1st surface sheet 11 can be reduced at the time of formation of pressing part 60, and a tear of the 1st surface sheet 11 which has non-heat fusion textiles, such as cotton fiber, can be controlled.

In particular, as in the present embodiment, in the configuration in which the first front sheet 11, the second front sheet 12, and the compressed portion 60 of the absorbent core 20 are compressed, the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet are provided. The degree of compression is strong as compared with the configuration in which only 12 is compressed, and the first top sheet 11 is easier to tear. Therefore, it is preferable to suppress the tearing of the first surface sheet 11 by the free end portion 15.

The free end 15 will then be described in detail. FIG. 8 shows the bonding area RA of the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 and the sheet pressing portion 18. Actually, the adhesion area RA and the sheet pressing portion 18 overlap in the thickness direction, but for convenience of explanation, they are illustrated as being adjacent in the front-rear direction. The adhesion area RA is an area to which the adhesive of the first front sheet 11 and the second front sheet 12 is applied. The bonding areas RA extend in the front-rear direction L, and may be provided in plurality in the width direction at intervals. The length in the width direction of the bonding area RA may be longer than the distance in the width direction of the bonding area RA. In another embodiment, the bonding areas RA may extend in the width direction W and may be provided in plurality in the longitudinal direction L at intervals.

The sheet pressing portions 18 extend in the front-rear direction L, and a plurality of sheet pressing portions 18 may be provided at intervals in the width direction W. The length in the width direction of the sheet pressing portion 18 may be shorter than the interval in the width direction of the sheet pressing portion 18. In another embodiment, the bonding areas RA may extend in the width direction W and may be provided in plurality in the longitudinal direction L at intervals.

There may be provided an area in which the sheet pressing portion 18 and the bonding area RA overlap in the thickness direction and an area not overlapping in the thickness direction. A region where the sheet pressing portion 18 and the bonding region RA do not overlap in the thickness direction constitutes a non-bonding region RY. A region where the sheet pressing portion 18 and the bonding region RA overlap in the thickness direction, a region where only the sheet pressing portion 18 is provided, and a region where only the bonding region RA is provided constitute a bonding region RX.

The adhesion area RA may be located inside the outer edge of the first top sheet 11. That is, the bonding area RA may be located inside the widthwise outer edge 11E of the first surface sheet 11 in the widthwise direction, or in the front-rear direction than the outer edge 11F of the first surfacesheet 11 in the front-rear direction L It may be located inside of In addition, the bonding area RA located on the outermost side in the width direction may be located on the outer side in the width direction than the sheet pressing portion 18 located on the outer side in the width direction. In such a configuration, the free end 15 is an area between the outer edge 11E of the first top sheet 11 and the bonding area RA located on the outermost side in the width direction. In addition, the bonding area RA located on the outermost side in the front-rear direction may be located on the outer side in the width direction than the sheet pressing portion 18 located on the outer side in the front-rear direction. In such a configuration, the free end 15 is a region between the outer edge 11F of the first top sheet 11 and the bonding area RA located on the outermost side in the front-rear direction.

The free end 15 may include the outer edge 11E in the width direction of the first top sheet 11, and may extend in the front-rear direction L. In general, in the absorbent article 1, the length in the front-rear direction L is longer than the length in the width direction W. Therefore, by providing the free end 15 on the outer edge 11E of the first top sheet 11, the area of the free end 15 can be easily secured, and the breakage of the first top sheet 11 can be further suppressed.

The free end 15 may overlap the absorbent core 20 in the thickness direction T. Since the pressing portion 60 is formed in the absorbent core 20 and the free end 15 overlaps the absorbent core 20, the pressing portion 60 and the free end 15 are easily disposed close to each other. By disposing the free end 15 close to the pressing portion 60 for relieving the force in the pulling direction, it is possible to further suppress the first top sheet 11 from being torn.

A plurality of adhesion areas RA may be provided at intervals. The first surface sheet 11 and the second surface sheet 12 are bonded in the bonding area RA, and the first surface sheet 11 and the second surface sheet 12 are not bonded in the area between the bonding areas RA. Therefore, there are a portion that is easy to move when a pulling force is applied (a region between the bonding regions) and a portion that is hard to move (a bonding region). When a pulling force is applied, the easy-to-move portion moves from the hard-to-move portion to the base point. By providing a plurality of the regions, the force in the pulling direction can be further alleviated in a wide range of the first surface sheet, and tearing of the first surface sheet 11 can be further suppressed.

The squeezed portion 60 may be positioned inside the outer edge of the first top sheet 11. That is, the squeezed portion 60 may be located inward in the width direction than the outer edge in the width direction of the first surface sheet 11 or inward in the front-rear direction than the outer edge of the first surface sheet 11 in the front-rear direction L May be located at The pressing unit 60 may have a first pressing unit 61 and a second pressing unit 62.

The first squeezing portion 61 may be arranged at the free end 15. When forming the 1st pressing part 61 in a free end part, the area | region where the 1st top sheet 11 and the 2nd top sheet 12 are not joined is compressed, and the 1st pressing part 61 is formed. Since the first top sheet 11 and the second top sheet 12 are not joined at least around the first squeezing portion 61, the force in the tension direction acting on the first top sheet 11 can be relaxed. Therefore, it can suppress more that a 1st surface sheet tears. Moreover, the 2nd pressing part 62 may be provided in the joining area | region RX where the 1st surface sheet and the 2nd surface sheet were joined.

The first squeezing portion 61 may straddle the free end 15 and a region outside the first surface sheet 11. At least the side sheet 13 may be disposed outside the first front sheet 11. Compared with the configuration in which the entire first squeezing portion 61 is formed on the first surface sheet, the force in the tension direction acting on the first surface sheet when forming the first squeezing portion 61 is alleviated. Therefore, it can suppress more that a 1st surface sheet tears.

The pressing part 60 may be dented toward the 2nd surface sheet 12 side from the 1st surface sheet 11 side. The force compressed by the pressing portion 60 is applied from the first surface sheet 11 side to the second surface sheet 12 side. Since the free end portion 15 is provided on the sheet positioned on the side where the force is applied (skin facing surface side), the force in the pulling direction can be further alleviated, and the tearing of the first surface sheet 11 can be further suppressed.

The pressing parts 60 may be arranged in a pair at intervals in plan view. The distance between the pair of pressing portions 60 may not be constant. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, it has a first region R11 in which the distance between the pair of compressed portions 60 is narrow, and a second region R12 in which the distance between the pair of compressed portions 60 is larger than the first region R11. You may In a portion where the distance between the pressing portions 60 is large, the length of the first surface sheet in the portion is long, so the force in the tension direction at the time of forming the pressing portions 60 acts weakly. On the other hand, since the length of the 1st surface sheet 11 in the part concerned is short in the part where the interval of pressing parts 60 comrades is short, the power of the tension direction at the time of formation of pressing parts 60 acts strongly. Since the portion where the tensile force acts strongly and the portion that acts weakly coexist, the force is not concentrated as compared with the case where the force is uniformly applied, and it is possible to further suppress the tearing of the first surface sheet.

The elongation of the second surface sheet 12 may be higher than the elongation of the first surface sheet 11. Since the second surface sheet 12 is higher than the elongation of the first surface sheet 11, a sheet having a relatively low elongation is used as the first surface sheet 11, and the first surface sheet is joined even when the first surface sheet is joined. It is possible to suppress the decrease in the overall elongation and to reduce the breakage of the first surface sheet.

The elongation can be measured using a tensile tester (Autograph manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation). Specifically, the test piece which cut out the 1st surface sheet and the 2nd surface sheet into a size of 25 mm x 40 mm is cut, and it separates by keeping a joined part in a low temperature state so that each material may not be extended. After setting the distance between the measurement terminals of the tensile tester to 20 mm, measurement is performed under the set conditions of a tensile speed of 100 mm / min to determine the elongation at break. The measurement is performed three times, and the average value is taken as the elongation of each sheet.
