邻区添加模块,用于根据所述邻区关系维护模块更新后的邻区配置列表进行邻区添加。
其中,所述邻区关系维护模块包括:
排序单元,用于将上报次数大于预设阈值的待添加邻区按照上报次数进行排序,得到待添加邻区列表;
第一选取单元,用于按照从高到低的顺序依次从所述待添加邻区列表中选取第一预设数量的待添加邻区;
第一更新单元,用于将选取出的待添加邻区的小区标识添加到所述邻区配置列表,更新所述邻区配置列表。
其中,所述邻区关系维护模块还包括:
第二选取单元,用于根据切换KPI指标从低到高的顺序从所述邻区配置列表中选取第二预设数量的邻区;
第二更新单元,用于将所述第二选取单元选取出的邻区的小区标识从所述邻区配置列表中删除,更新所述邻区配置列表。
其中,所述邻区关系维护模块还包括:
第三选取单元,用于在所述第一选取单元按照从高到低的顺序依次从所述待添加邻区列表中选取第一预设数量的待添加邻区之后,根据切换KPI指标从高到底的顺序从所述邻区配置列表中选取第三预设数量的邻区;
第三更新单元,用于根据所述第一选取单元选取出的待添加邻区和所述第三选取单元选取出的邻区的小区标识生成新的邻区配置列表。
其中,所述邻区关系维护模块还包括:
KPI统计单元,用于对更新后的邻区配置列表中各邻区的切换KPI指标进行统计和更新。
其中,所述设备还包括:
发送模块,用于向所述用户设备下发测量配置文件,以供所述用户设备在检测到满足指定信道质量门限的邻区时上报邻区测量报告。
本发明实施例提供的邻区自动添加方法与设备,通过对用户设备上报的邻区测量报告的上报次数进行统计对测量的待添加邻区进行筛选,及时有效的实现新邻区配置,而且不需要额外增加其他的测量就可以自动的添加新邻区,减少了人工配置引起的漏配和错配的问题,提高了切换成功率。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
本技术领域技术人员可以理解,除非另外定义,这里使用的所有术语(包括技术术语和科学术语),具有与本发明所属领域中的普通技术人员的一般理解相同的意义。还应该理解的是,诸如通用字典中定义的那些术语,应该被理解为具有与现有技术的上下文中的意义一致的意义,并且除非被特定定义,否则不会用理想化或过于正式的含义来解释。
图1示出了本发明实施例的一种邻区自动添加方法的流程图。如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的邻区自动添加方法具体包括以下步骤:
S11、接收用户设备上报的邻区测量报告,所述邻区测量报告中包括待添加邻区的小区标识。
本实施例中,用户设备在移动过程中,因网络覆盖,或因网络负荷等原因,导致其在连接的小区下信道质量发生变化,影响业务速率,为了保证用户业务的质量,UE会搜索周边的邻区,并向基站上报的邻区测量报告,邻区测量报告中包括待添加邻区的小区标识。其中,小区标识为待添加邻区的唯一标识。
S12、将所述待添加邻区的小区标识与预设的邻区配置列表进行匹配,所述邻区配置列表中包含当前小区的邻区的小区标识和切换KPI指标。
本实施例中,切换KPI指标包括针对该邻区的切换成功率,切换失败率,切换次数等信息。
其中,邻区配置列表和切换KPI指标均由OAM管理系统进行管理。基站侧收到测量报告后检测到该上报的邻区不在本基站的邻区配置列表内,则上报给OAM,同时周期性的更新已有邻区的切换KPI指标至OAM。
S13、若所述邻区配置列表中不包含所述待添加邻区的小区标识,则统计所述待添加邻区的上报次数。
本实施例中,在进行待添加邻区的小区标识与邻区配置列表的匹配之后,判断邻区配置列表中是否包含待添加邻区的小区标识,若邻区配置列表中不包含待添加邻区的小区标识,则对待添加邻区的上报次数进行统计,否则,直接按照一定的算法进行邻区切换。
S14、将上报次数大于预设阈值的待添加邻区的小区标识添加到所述邻区配置列表。
本实施例中的预设阈值,主要是指计数器的一个计数周期,当计数器超出计数周期时,将待添加邻区的小区标识添加到所述邻区配置列表。
S15、根据更新后的邻区配置列表进行邻区添加。
本发明实施例提供的邻区自动添加方法,通过对用户设备上报的邻区测量报告的上报次数进行统计对测量的待添加邻区进行筛选,及时有效的实现新邻区配置,而且不需要额外增加其他的测量就可以自动的添加新邻区,减少了人工配置引起的漏配和错配的问题,提高了切换成功率。
在本发明另一实施例中,如图2所示,步骤S14中的将上报次数大于预设阈值的待添加邻区的小区标识添加到所述邻区配置列表具体包括以下步骤:
S141、将上报次数大于预设阈值的待添加邻区按照上报次数进行排序,得到待添加邻区列表。
本步骤具体实现方法如下:添加一个计数器,为计数器设置一个计数周期,当接收到用户设备上报的新邻区的邻区测量报告时,将该邻区的邻区测量报告上报次数对应的计数器加一,当计数器超出计数周期时,对该待添加邻区按照上报次数进行排序,得到待添加邻区列表。
S142、按照从高到低的顺序依次从所述待添加邻区列表中选取第一预设数量的待添加邻区。
本步骤具体实现方法如下:在待添加邻区列表中,按照上报次数从高到低的进行排序,选出前第一预设数量的待添加邻区,其中,第一预设数量为N,且N的取值可配置。
S143、将选取出的待添加邻区的小区标识添加到所述邻区配置列表,更新所述邻区配置列表。
本步骤具体实现方法如下:将步骤S142中选取出的前第一预设数量的待添加邻区添加到邻区配置列表里,更新邻区配置列表。
本实施例中,通过在满足上报次数预设阈值的待添加邻区,进一步对测量的待添加邻区进行筛选,进而实现更有效的邻区配置,更有利于UE切换的邻区关系,提高了切换成功率。
在本发明实施例中,所述方法还包括以下附图中未示出的步骤实现:
S16、根据切换KPI指标从低到高的顺序从所述邻区配置列表中选取第二预设数量的邻区。
本实施例中,邻区配置列表和切换KPI指标均由OAM管理系统进行管理。
其中,KPI指标包括针对该邻区的切换成功率,切换失败率,切换次数等。具体的可在已有的邻区配置列表中,按照KPI指标中的切换相关指标,例如:按照切换次数多以及切换成功率高的从低到高进行排序,选出第二预设数量的邻区。
S17、将选取出的邻区的小区标识从所述邻区配置列表中删除,更新所述邻区配置列表。
本实施例中,根据切换KPI指标从低到高的顺序已有的邻区配置列表中选取第二预设数量的更新邻区,其中,第二预设数量为M,且M的取值可配置。将选取出的第二预设数量的更新邻区的小区标识从已有的邻区配置列表里删除,更新邻区配置列表。
在本发明实施例中,在步骤S142之后,所述方法还包括以下步骤:根据切换KPI指标从高到底的顺序从所述邻区配置列表中选取第三预设数量的邻区;根据选取出的待添加邻区和邻区的小区标识生成新的邻区配置列表。
本实施例中,通过根据切换KPI指标从高到低的顺序从所述邻区配置列表中选出第三预设数量的邻区,第三预设数量可配置,根据选取出的第一预设数量的待添加邻区和第三预设数量的邻区的小区标识生成新的邻区配置列表,实现邻区配置列表。
在本发明实施例中,在步骤S15中的根据更新后的邻区配置列表进行邻区添加之后,所述方法还包括以下步骤:对更新后的邻区配置列表中各邻区的切换KPI指标进行统计和更新。本实施例中,在执行步骤S15之后,基站会启用更新后的邻区配置列表,对新的邻区配置列表中的各邻区的切换KPI指标进行统计和持续更新。
在本发明实施例中,在步骤S11中的接收用户设备上报的邻区测量报告之前,所述方法还包括附图中未示出的步骤S10,其中:
S10、向所述用户设备下发测量配置文件,以供所述用户设备在检测到满足指定信道质量门限的邻区时上报邻区测量报告。
本实施例中,在基站接收到用户设备上报的邻区测量报告之前,基站先向用户端下发测量的配置文件,用户端根据基站配置的同频和异频测量来配置,检测到满足指定信道质量门限的邻区时上报邻区测量报告。
本发明实施例与现有技术相比,具有如下优点和有益效果:
能及时有效的配置邻区关系,减少人工配置引起的漏配和错配的问题。
利用当前的同频和异频测量来进行新邻区的上报,不需要额外增加其他的 测量就可以自动的添加新邻区。
利用上报的切换相关KPI指标,以及UE上报邻区的次数,得到一个最优的基于切换的邻区配置表,从而提高切换成功率。
对于方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明实施例并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明实施例,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作并不一定是本发明实施例所必须的。
图3示意性示出了本发明实施例的邻区自动添加设备的结构框图。参照图3,本发明实施例的邻区自动添加设备具体包括接收模块301、匹配模块302、统计模块303、邻区关系维护模块304以及邻区添加模块305。
接收模块301,用于接收用户设备上报的邻区测量报告,所述邻区测量报告中包括待添加邻区的小区标识;
匹配模块302,用于将所述待添加邻区的小区标识与预设的邻区配置列表进行匹配,所述邻区配置列表中包含当前小区的邻区的小区标识和切换KPI指标;
统计模块303,用于若所述邻区配置列表中不包含所述待添加邻区的小区标识,则统计所述待添加邻区的上报次数;
邻区关系维护模块304,用于将上报次数大于预设阈值的待添加邻区的小区标识添加到所述邻区配置列表;
邻区添加模块305,用于根据所述邻区关系维护模块更新后的邻区配置列表进行邻区添加。
本发明实施例提供的邻区自动添加设备,通过对用户设备上报的邻区测量报告的上报次数进行统计对测量的待添加邻区进行筛选,及时有效的实现新邻区配置,而且不需要额外增加其他的测量就可以自动的添加新邻区,减少了人工配置引起的漏配和错配的问题,提高了切换成功率。
在本发明实施例中,如图4所示,所述邻区关系维护模块304,具体包括排序单元3041、第一选取单元3042以及第一更新单元3043,其中:
排序单元3041,用于将上报次数大于预设阈值的待添加邻区按照上报次数进行排序,得到待添加邻区列表;
第一选取单元3042,用于按照从高到低的顺序依次从所述待添加邻区列表中选取第一预设数量的待添加邻区;
第一更新单元3043,用于将选取出的待添加邻区的小区标识添加到所述邻区配置列表,更新所述邻区配置列表。
在本发明实施例中,所述邻区关系维护模块具体还包括附图中未示出的第二选取单元以及第二更新单元,其中:
第二选取单元,用于根据切换KPI指标从低到高的顺序从所述邻区配置列表中选取第二预设数量的邻区;
第二更新单元,用于将所述第二选取单元选取出的邻区的小区标识从所述邻区配置列表中删除,更新所述邻区配置列表。
在本发明实施例中,所述邻区关系维护模块具体还包括附图中未示出的第三选取单元以及第三更新单元,其中:
第三选取单元,用于在所述第一选取单元按照从高到低的顺序依次从所述待添加邻区列表中选取第一预设数量的待添加邻区之后,根据切换KPI指标从高到底的顺序从所述邻区配置列表中选取第三预设数量的邻区;
第三更新单元,用于根据所述第一选取单元选取出的待添加邻区和所述第三选取单元选取出的邻区的小区标识生成新的邻区配置列表。
在本发明实施例中,所述邻区关系维护模块具体还包括附图中未示出的KPI统计单元,所述的KPI统计单元,用于对更新后的邻区配置列表中各邻区的切换KPI指标进行统计和更新。
在本发明实施例中,所述设备的发送模块,还用于向所述用户设备下发测量配置文件,以供所述用户设备在检测到满足指定信道质量门限的邻区时上报 邻区测量报告。
对于设备实施例而言,由于其与方法实施例基本相似,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
以上所描述的设备实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
本发明实施例提供的邻区自动添加方法及设备,通过对用户设备上报的邻区测量报告的上报次数进行统计对测量的待添加邻区进行筛选,及时有效的实现新邻区配置,而且不需要额外增加其他的测量就可以自动的添加新邻区,减少了人工配置引起的漏配和错配的问题,提高了切换成功率。
在本发明实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的设备和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的设备实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元或单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,设备或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性或其它的形式。
在本发明实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,或者各个单元也可以均是独立的物理模块。所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备,例如可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等,或处理器(processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的 存储介质包括:通用串行总线闪存盘(Universal Serial Bus flash drive)、移动硬盘、只读存储器(read-only memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(random access memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本领域的技术人员能够理解,尽管在此的一些实施例包括其它实施例中所包括的某些特征而不是其它特征,但是不同实施例的特征的组合意味着处于本发明的范围之内并且形成不同的实施例。例如,在下面的权利要求书中,所要求保护的实施例的任意之一都可以以任意的组合方式来使用。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种邻区自动添加方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收用户设备上报的邻区测量报告,所述邻区测量报告中包括待添加邻区的小区标识;
    将所述待添加邻区的小区标识与预设的邻区配置列表进行匹配,所述邻区配置列表中包含当前小区的邻区的小区标识和切换KPI指标;
    若所述邻区配置列表中不包含所述待添加邻区的小区标识,则统计所述待添加邻区的上报次数;
    将上报次数大于预设阈值的待添加邻区的小区标识添加到所述邻区配置列表;
    根据更新后的邻区配置列表进行邻区添加。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将上报次数大于预设阈值的待添加邻区的小区标识添加到所述邻区配置列表包括:
    将上报次数大于预设阈值的待添加邻区按照上报次数进行排序,得到待添加邻区列表;
    按照从高到低的顺序依次从所述待添加邻区列表中选取第一预设数量的待添加邻区;
    将选取出的待添加邻区的小区标识添加到所述邻区配置列表,更新所述邻区配置列表。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据切换KPI指标从低到高的顺序从所述邻区配置列表中选取第二预设数量的邻区;
    将选取出的邻区的小区标识从所述邻区配置列表中删除,更新所述邻区配置列表。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述按照从高到低的顺序依次从所述待添加邻区列表中选取第一预设数量的待添加邻区之后,所述方 法还包括:
    根据切换KPI指标从高到底的顺序从所述邻区配置列表中选取第三预设数量的邻区;
    根据选取出的待添加邻区和邻区的小区标识生成新的邻区配置列表。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据更新后的邻区配置列表进行邻区添加之后,所述方法还包括:
    对更新后的邻区配置列表中各邻区的切换KPI指标进行统计和更新。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收用户设备上报的邻区测量报告之前,所述方法还包括:
    向所述用户设备下发测量配置文件,以供所述用户设备在检测到满足指定信道质量门限的邻区时上报邻区测量报告。
  7. 一种邻区自动添加设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收用户设备上报的邻区测量报告,所述邻区测量报告中包括待添加邻区的小区标识;
    匹配模块,用于将所述待添加邻区的小区标识与预设的邻区配置列表进行匹配,所述邻区配置列表中包含当前小区的邻区的小区标识和切换KPI指标;
    统计模块,用于若所述邻区配置列表中不包含所述待添加邻区的小区标识,则统计所述待添加邻区的上报次数;
    邻区关系维护模块,用于将上报次数大于预设阈值的待添加邻区的小区标识添加到所述邻区配置列表;
    邻区添加模块,用于根据所述邻区关系维护模块更新后的邻区配置列表进行邻区添加。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的设备,其特征在于,所述邻区关系维护模块包括:
    排序单元,用于将上报次数大于预设阈值的待添加邻区按照上报次数进行排序,得到待添加邻区列表;
    第一选取单元,用于按照从高到低的顺序依次从所述待添加邻区列表中选取第一预设数量的待添加邻区;
    第一更新单元,用于将选取出的待添加邻区的小区标识添加到所述邻区配置列表,更新所述邻区配置列表。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的设备,其特征在于,所述邻区关系维护模块还包括:
    第二选取单元,用于根据切换KPI指标从低到高的顺序从所述邻区配置列表中选取第二预设数量的邻区;
    第二更新单元,用于将所述第二选取单元选取出的邻区的小区标识从所述邻区配置列表中删除,更新所述邻区配置列表。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的设备,其特征在于,所述邻区关系维护模块还包括:
    第三选取单元,用于在所述第一选取单元按照从高到低的顺序依次从所述待添加邻区列表中选取第一预设数量的待添加邻区之后,根据切换KPI指标从高到底的顺序从所述邻区配置列表中选取第三预设数量的邻区;
    第三更新单元,用于根据所述第一选取单元选取出的待添加邻区和所述第三选取单元选取出的邻区的小区标识生成新的邻区配置列表。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于,所述邻区关系维护模块还包括:
    KPI统计单元,用于对更新后的邻区配置列表中各邻区的切换KPI指标进行统计和更新。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    发送模块,用于向所述用户设备下发测量配置文件,以供所述用户设备在检测到满足指定信道质量门限的邻区时上报邻区测量报告。
