Une nouvelle fonction est ajoutée au terminal mobile, à savoir la fonction consistant à utiliser une empreinte digitale pour effectuer un enregistrement. Lorsqu'un téléphone mobile est dans un état d'écran éteint ou un état déverrouillé, il est possible de passer directement dans un état d'enregistrement par une pression prolongée d'une touche d'empreinte digitale. Lorsque l'enregistrement est terminé, il est possible de mettre fin à l'enregistrement par une nouvelle pression prolongée sur la touche d'empreinte digitale, et un fichier d'enregistrement est sauvegardé dans un dossier privé. L'empreinte digitale doit être à nouveau confirmée lors de l'ouverture de ce fichier, et aucune personne autre que le propriétaire du téléphone mobile ne peut ouvrir le fichier.
