Abstract

L'invention porte sur un appareil pour préparer une boisson à partir d'une capsule, la capsule comprenant un matériau précurseur de boisson particulaire, l'appareil comprenant : (1) un emplacement de réception de capsule; (2) une chambre d'infusion de boisson ayant une entrée de chambre pour recevoir un liquide d'infusion et une sortie de chambre pour distribuer une boisson infusée; (3) un trajet d'écoulement de liquide d'infusion, reliant une alimentation en liquide d'infusion à une entrée de chambre de la chambre d'infusion; caractérisée en ce que : l'emplacement de réception de capsule est éloigné du trajet d'écoulement de liquide d'infusion, et un canal relie l'emplacement de réception de la capsule à la chambre d'infusion de la boisson; il est également prévu un dispositif pour entailler la capsule afin de ménager une ouverture dans la partie inférieure de la capsule, ce qui permet au matériau précurseur de boisson particulaire de sortir de la capsule le long du canal et jusqu'à la chambre d'infusion.
