그러나, 이러한 종래의 애완동물용 캐리어들은 가방 형태로 구성되거나 하중 지지용 프레임이 있는 구성을 취하므로, 제작 측면에서는 제작 비용을 저렴하게 구현하는데 한계점이 있었고, 사용 측면에서는 미사용시에도 보관 장소를 차지함에도 불구하고 반려 동물 캐리어 이외에 다른 용도로 사용할 수 없다는 한계점이 있었다.
한편, 유아와 함께 거주 공간 외부로 외출하는 경우에도 보행이 어려운 유아를 보호하기 위해 캐리어가 사용된다. 유아용 캐리어에 관해서도 다양한 구성이 제안된 바 있다.
그러나, 종래의 유아용 캐리어들도 반려동물용 캐리어와 마찬가지로 가방 형태로 구성되거나 하중 지지용 프레임이 있는 구성을 취하므로, 제작 측면에서는 제작 비용을 저렴하게 구현하는데 한계점이 있었고, 사용 측면에서는 미사용시에도 보관 장소를 차지함에도 불구하고 캐리어 이외에 다른 용도로 사용할 수 없다는 한계점이 있었다.

본 실시예의 앞치마는 캐리어 기능을 구비한 앞치마로서, 유아 또는 반려 동물을 목욕시키는 등의 돌봄 활동 시의 앞치마 기능을 제공하면서 유아 또는 반려 동물과 함께 외출하거나 이동 시에 캐리어 기능을 함께 제공한다.
설명 편의 상 이하의 실시예에서는 반려 동물용 캐리어로 사용하는 경우를 예시 설명한다.
본 실시예의 앞치마는 본체부(100)와 지지끈을 포함한다.
상기 지지끈은 상기 본체부(100)에 양단이 고정되며, 착용 상태에서 사용자의 신체의 일부를 감싸는 형태가 되도록 구비되어 상기 본체부(100)가 사용자의 신체에 의해 상향 지지되도록 한다.
본 실시예의 지지끈은 좌측 및 우측 지지끈(202,204)을 포함한다.
상기 본체부(100)는, 가슴 커버부(102)와 복부 커버부(104)와 하체 커버부(106)가 일체로 형성되며, 상기 하체 커버부(106)가 펼쳐진 제1 사용 상태와 상기 하체 커버부(106)가 전방 상측을 향해 접혀진 상태로 고정된 제2 사용 상태를 갖는다. 일예로, 상기 본체부(100)와 좌측 및 우측 지지끈(202,204)는 직물 소재 또는 합성 수지 시트 소재로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 제1 사용 상태는 반려 동물을 목욕시키는 등의 돌봄 활동 시에 앞치마 기능을 제공하는 사용 상태이다. 상기 제2 사용 상태는 반려 동물과 함께 외출하거나 이동 시에 캐리어 기능을 제공하는 사용 상태이다.
특히, 본 실시예의 앞치마는 상기 제2 사용 상태로 접혀진 상기 하체 커버부(106) 내부에 반려 동물이 위치할 수 있도록 구성된다.
상기 좌측 및 우측 지지끈(202,204)은, 상기 본체부(100)의 상측 일지점에 일단이 고정되고 측면 일지점에 타단이 각각 고정되며, 착용 상태에서 사용자의 등을 감싸는 형태가 되도록 좌측 및 우측에 각각 구비된다.
일예로, 상기 좌측 지지끈(202)은 상기 본체부(100)의 가슴 커버부(102)의 좌측 일지점에 일단이 고정되고 상기 본체부(100)의 우측면 일지점에 타단이 고정되며, 상기 우측 지지끈(204)은 상기 본체부(100)의 가슴 커버부(102)의 우측 일지점에 일단이 고정되고 상기 본체부(100)의 좌측면 일지점에 타단이 고정된다.
이러한 구성을 통해, 본 실시예의 앞치마는 사용자의 착용 상태에서 상기 좌측 및 우측 지지끈(202,204)이 사용자의 등을 "X"자 형태로 감싸는 형태가 되도록 구성된다.(도 3의 (b) 상태 참조)
본 실시예의 앞치마는, 상기 가슴 커버부(102)의 좌측 및 우측에 각각 구비된 상부 체결수단(212a,212b)을 구비하며, 상기 하체 커버부(106)의 하단 좌측 및 우측에 각각 구비된 하부 체결수단(214a,214b)을 구비한다.
이러한 구성을 통해, 상기 제1 사용 상태는 상기 좌측 및 우측 상부 체결수단(212a,212b)과 상기 좌측 및 우측 하부 체결수단(214a,214b)이 상호 미체결된 상태로 구현되며, 상기 제2 사용 상태는 상기 좌측 및 우측 상부 체결수단(212a,212b)과 상기 좌측 및 우측 하부 체결수단(214a,214b)이 각각 상호 체결된 상태로 구현된다.
일예로, 상기 좌측 및 우측 상부 체결수단(212a,212b)은 공지의 버클형 결합수단의 암부(female part)로 구성되고, 상기 좌측 및 우측 하부 체결수단(214a,214b)은 공지의 버클형 결합수단의 수부(male part)로 구성될 수 있으며, 그 방향이 특정 방향으로 한정되거나 체결수단이 예시된 버클로 반드시 한정되는 것은 아니다.
본 실시예의 앞치마는, 상기 본체부(100)의 좌측면에 일단이 고정된 좌측 조임끈(244)과, 상기 본체부(100)의 우측면에 일단이 고정된 우측 조임끈(242)을 포함한다. 바람직하게, 상호 간의 용이한 체결을 위해 좌측 조임끈(244)과 우측 조임끈(242)에는 각각 수버클(245)과 암버클(243)이 결합된다.
이러한 구성을 통해 본 실시예의 앞치마는, 착용 상태에서 사용자의 허리 후면을 감싸는 형태가 되도록 상기 좌측 조임끈(244) 및 우측 조임끈(242)이 상호 체결 가능하도록 구성된다.
바람직하게 본 실시예의 앞치마는 도 3에 예시된 것처럼, 사용자의 착용 상태에서 상기 좌측 및 우측 지지끈(202,204)이 사용자의 등(B)을 "X"자 형태로 감싸고, 또한 상기 좌측 조임끈(244) 및 우측 조임끈(242)이 사용자의 허리 후면(WB)을 감싸는 형태를 이루므로, 특히, 상기 제2 사용 상태로 접혀진 상기 하체 커버부(106) 내부에 반려 동물이 위치하였을 때 양측 어깨와 허리를 통해 반려 동물의 하중을 분산 지지하여 별도의 프레임이 없더라도 견고한 캐리어 기능을 제공할 수 있다. 상기 좌측 및 우측 지지끈(202,204)은 사용자의 등(B)을 종방향과 횡방향으로 실질적으로 감싸는 구조를 제공할 수 있다면 반드시 단순한 "X"자 형태를 이룰 필요는 없으며 다소의 변형된 형상을 가져도 무방하다.
상기 제2 사용 상태에서 반려 동물(P)을 사용자(H)가 용이하게 바라볼 수 있는 가슴 부위에 위치하도록 하므로, 이동 시에 반려 동물과 눈을 맞추어 심리적 안정감을 제공할 수 있으며 반려 동물의 움직임이나 불편한 상황에 용이하게 대응할 수 있다.
바람직하게, 본 실시예의 앞치마는, 좌측 및 우측 지지끈(202,204)에 끈 조절구(205,205')를 구비할 수 있으며, 액세서리 등의 부착을 위해 허리 조임끈에 "D"형 링(247)을 구비할 수도 있으며, 음료수 수납백(부호 미도시)을 꽂아서 보관할 수 있도록 다수의 상하 방향 삽입구(107)를 전면에 구비할 수도 있고, 보관 주머니(103)를 전면에 구비할 수도 있다.
한편, 바람직하게, 본 실시예의 앞치마는, 상기 제2 사용 상태로 접혀진 상기 하체 커버부(106)의 좌측 또는 우측 개방부(16c 또는 16a)를 통해 내부에 위치한 반려 동물이 빠져나오지 않도록 상기 좌측 또는 우측 개방부(16c 또는 16a)의 개구부 크기를 감소시키는 측방향 개구부 조절수단(236,238)을 포함한다.
또한, 본 실시예의 앞치마는, 상기 제2 사용 상태에서 전방 상측을 향해 접혀진 상태로 고정된 상기 하체 커버부(106)의 상측 개방부(16b)를 통해 내부에 위치한 반려 동물이 빠져나오지 않도록 상기 상측 개방부(16b)의 개구부 크기를 감소시키는 상방향 개구부 조절수단(234)을 포함한다.
상기 개방부(16a,16b,16c)는 상기 제2 사용 상태에서 상기 본체부(100)와 상기 하체 커버부(106)의 테두리가 서로 만나는 부분으로 이해될 수 있다.
일예로, 상기 개구부 조절수단(236,238,234)은, 개방부(16a,16b,16c)의 테두리를 따라 형성된 봉재 공간(106a,106b,106c)에 내입되며, 상기 개방부(16a,16b,16c)의 테두리가 조여지거나 풀어지는 정도를 조절하여 개구부의 크기 조절이 가능하도록 하는 조임끈(236,238,234)으로 구성될 수 있다.
바람직하게, 좌측 및 우측 조임끈(236,238)은 일단부가 앞치마 본체부(100)에 봉재 고정되고, 타단부에는 끈 조임 상태를 조절하기 위한 공지의 끈 고정/해제수단(239)이 끈에 삽입되어 구비될 수 있다. 일예로, 끈 고정/해제수단(239)은 스프링과 버튼을 구비하여 버튼 누름 시에는 끈 삽입 위치를 이동 가능하고, 버튼 누름 해제 시에는 끈에 고정되는 공지의 수단이 이용될 수 있다.
하부측 조임끈(234)은 양측 모두 조절이 가능하도록 양단부에 공지의 끈 고정/해제수단(239)이 끈에 삽입되어 구비될 수도 있다.
상기 조임끈(236,238,234)의 조임 조절 기능을 제공하기 위해, 상기 하체 커버부(106)의 좌측, 우측, 하부측 테두리에는 각각 상기 조임끈(236,238,234)을 테두리 길이 방향을 따라 내입하는 봉재 공간(106a,106b,106c)이 형성된다. 봉재 공간(106a,106b,106c)의 일단 또는 양단에는 상기 조임끈(236,238,234)의 단부가 노출되도록 개방홀(부호 미도시)이 형성되며, 상기 끈 고정/해제수단(239)은 상기 조임끈(236,238,234) 각각의 노출된 단부에 결합되어 사용자가 끈 조절이 가능하도록 구성된다.

도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 캐리어 기능을 구비한 앞치마의 제1 사용 상태의 또다른 착용 상태 예시도이다.
도 5의 상태에서 사용자는 반려 동물의 목욕 등 돌봄 활동을 할 수 있으며, 이러한 사용 상태에서 동물의 털이나 각종 이물질, 목용물 등이 사용자의 옷에 부착되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 캐리어 기능을 구비한 앞치마의 제2 사용 상태의 또다른 착용 상태 예시도이다.
도 6의 상태에서 사용자는 본 실시예의 앞치마를 반려 동물 캐리어로 이용할 수 있으며, 좌측 및 우측 조임끈(236,238)을 바짝 조이고 하부측 조임끈(234)을 다소 여유있게 조이므로, 사용자의 가슴 부위에 위치한 반려 동물은 상측으로 얼굴을 내밀 수 있고 좌측 또는 우측으로 이탈되는 것이 방지된다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 캐리어 기능을 구비한 앞치마의 제2 사용 상태의 또다른 착용 상태 예시도이다.
도 7의 상태에서 사용자는 좌측 조임끈(236)을 약간 느슨하게 조이므로, 반려 동물은 사용자의 좌측으로 얼굴을 내밀 수 있다. 반려 동물의 크기가 작아 상측으로 얼굴을 내밀기 어려운 경우에는 이러한 사용 상태로 앞치마를 사용할 수 있다.
도 8은 본 발명의 또다른 일실시예에 따른 캐리어 기능을 구비한 앞치마의 제2 사용 상태의 착용 상태 예시도이다.
본 실시예에서 상기 개구부 조절수단(232)은, 개방부(16a,16c)의 중간부 내측에 부착되며, 암부와 수부가 상호 결합 또는 해제됨에따라 개구부의 중간부를 차단 또는 개방 조절이 가능하도록 하는 스냅 버튼(232)으로 구성된다.
반려 동물의 크기가 큰 경우에는 반드시 조임끈으로 개방구를 바짝 조일 필요가 없으며, 좌측 또는 우측으로 반려 동물이 빠져 나가지 않을 정도로만 개구부의 중간부만 차단하면 된다. 본 실시예는 제작 측면에서 간단하고, 이러한 사용 상태에 적합하다.
스냅 버튼(232) 대신에 공지의 다양한 점(dot)형 결합 수단(예, 일반 단추, 벨크로, 옷핀)을 부착할 수도 있다.
도 9는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 캐리어 기능을 구비한 앞치마의 정면 방향 구성도이다.
본 실시예의 지지끈은 목 지지끈(1204)의 형태로 구성되어, 본체부(100)를 사용자의 목으로 지지하도록 구성된다.
본 실시예의 목 지지끈(1204)은, 상기 본체부(100)의 상측 일지점에 일단이 고정되고 상측 타지점에 타단이 고정되며, 착용 상태에서 사용자의 목을 감싸는 형태가 되도록 구비된다.
한편, 도 1 내지 도 9는 다른 측면에서 다음과 같이 구성될 수도 있다.
상기 좌측 및 우측 지지끈(202,204)은, 상기 본체부(100)의 상측 일지점에 일단이 결합되고 측면 일지점에 타단이 각각 결합되며, 착용 상태에서 사용자의 등을 감싸는 형태가 되도록 좌측 및 우측에 각각 구비된다.
또한, 상기 가슴 커버부(102)의 상단에 결합된 좌측 및 우측 지지끈(202,204)에 각각 결합된 좌측 및 우측 상부 체결수단(212a,212b)을 구비하며, 상기 하체 커버부(106)의 하단 좌측 및 우측에 각각 구비된 하부 체결수단(214a,214b)을 구비한다.
좌측 및 우측 상부 체결수단(212a,212b)은 특히, 상기 가슴 커버부(102)의 상단에 결합된 좌측 및 우측 지지끈(202,204)의 일단 측에 각각 결합될 수 있다.
본 실시예의 앞치마는 상술한 바와 같이 반려 동물용으로 사용될 수 있으며, 다른 예로, 유아용으로도 사용될 수 있다. 유아용으로 사용되는 경우에는 유아의 신체 구조를 고려하여 다양한 유아 보호용 액세서리(예, 목 보호대, 손 보호대 등)가 더욱 부착될 수도 있다.
도 10 내지 도 21은 본 발명의 또다른 실시예에 따른 캐리어 기능을 구비한 앞치마의 도면들이다. 이하 설명에서 상술한 실시예와 중복되는 구성의 설명은 생략한다.
본 실시예에서는, 상기 본체부(100)의 가슴 커버부(102)의 좌측 및 우측 상단 일지점에 각각 좌측 및 우측 아일릿(eyelet, 2212a,2212b)이 구비된다.
상기 좌측 및 우측 지지끈(02,204)은, 착용 상태에서 사용자(H)의 상체 후면의 일부를 감싸는 형태가 되도록 구비되어 상기 본체부(100)가 사용자(H)의 상체에 의해 상향 지지되도록 하고, 일단에 마련된 고리형 버클(2216a,2216b)이 상기 좌측 또는 우측 아일릿(2212a 또는 2212b)에 착탈 가능한 형태로 걸림 결합되고 타단이 상기 본체부(100)의 측면 일지점에 결합되도록 좌측 및 우측에 각각 구비된다.
고리형 버클(2216a,2216b)은 상품명으로 가방 고리 또는 개고리라고 불리우는 것으로서, 탄성 복원력을 갖는 결합편이 구비되어 아일릿에 착탈식 삽입 결합이 가능한 고리이며, 아일릿에 착탈식 삽입 결합이 가능하다면 특정 형상으로 한정되는 것은 아니다.
본 실시예의 앞치마는 도 10에 예시된 바와 같이, 상기 하체 커버부(106)의 하단 좌측 및 우측에 각각 구비되며 상기 좌측 또는 우측 지지끈(202 또는 204)에 구비된 좌측 또는 우측 고리형 버클(2216a,2216b)에 각각 체결 가능한 좌측 및 우측 하부 걸림 고리(2214a,2214b)를 구비한다.
이러한 구성을 통해, 상기 제1 사용 상태는 상기 좌측 및 우측 하부 걸림 고리(2214a,2214b)와 상기 좌측 또는 우측 고리형 버클(2216a,2216b)이 상호 미체결된 상태이고, 상기 제2 사용 상태는 상기 좌측 및 우측 하부 걸림 고리(2214a,2214b)와 상기 좌측 또는 우측 고리형 버클(2216a,2216b)이 각각 상호 체결된 상태로 구현된다.
이러한 결합을 하게 되면, 제2 사용 상태로 접혀진 상기 하체 커버부(106)가 좌측 또는 우측 고리형 버클(2216a,2216b)을 통해 좌측 및 우측 지지끈(202,204)에 의한 지지력을 받게 되므로 안정된 지지 구조를 얻을 수 있다.
한편, 바람직하게, 본 실시예의 앞치마는, 상기 제2 사용 상태로 접혀진 상기 하체 커버부(106)의 좌측, 우측 또는 상측 개방부(16c,16b 또는 16a)를 통해 내부에 위치한 유아 또는 반려 동물(P)이 빠져나오지 않도록 상기 좌측, 우측 또는 상측 개방부(16c,16a 또는 16b) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 개구부 크기를 감소시키는 개구부 조절수단을 포함한다.
일예로, 도 10에 예시된 것처럼, 상기 개구부 조절수단은, 본체부(100)의 전면측에 상하 방향을 따라 좌측 및 우측에 각각 부착되며, 상기 제2 사용 상태로 접혀진 상태에서 폐쇄 조작이 가능한 지퍼(21202,21204)이다.
제2 사용 상태로 접혀진 상태에서 좌측 및 우측의 지퍼부(21204)를 상측 및 하측 지퍼 레일(21202a,21202b)을 잠그면 측면 개방부(16c,16a)가 폐쇄되어 반려 동물은 상측으로 얼굴을 내밀 수 있고 좌측 또는 우측으로 이탈되는 것이 방지된다. 지퍼부(21204)의 잠금 위치에 따라 측면 개방부(16c,16a)의 크기를 조절할 수 있다.
이와 함께, 상기 개구부 조절수단은, 도 17을 참조하여 후술하는 것과 같은 조임끈(2236,2238)일 수 있다.
개구부 조절수단은 사용자 편의를 위해 지퍼(21202,21204) 및 조임끈(2236,2238)이 함께 구비될 수도 있다.
도 15의 상태에서 사용자는 본 실시예의 앞치마를 반려 동물 캐리어로 이용할 수 있으며, 지퍼(21202,21204)를 잠그고 좌측 및 우측 조임끈(2236,2238)을 다소 여유있게 조이므로, 사용자의 가슴 부위에 위치한 반려 동물은 상측으로 얼굴을 내밀 수 있고 좌측 또는 우측으로 이탈되는 것이 방지된다.
도 16의 상태에서 사용자는 좌측 지퍼(21204)를 잠그지 않고 좌측 조임끈(2236)을 약간 느슨하게 조이므로, 반려 동물은 사용자의 좌측으로 얼굴을 내밀 수 있다. 반려 동물의 크기가 작아 상측으로 얼굴을 내밀기 어려운 경우에는 이러한 사용 상태로 앞치마를 사용할 수 있다.
도 17의 실시예에서, 상기 개구부 조절수단은, 개방부(16c,16a 또는 16b)의 테두리를 따라 형성된 봉재 공간에 내입되며, 상기 개방부(16c,16a 또는 16b)의 테두리가 조여지거나 풀어지는 정도를 조절하여 개구부의 크기 조절이 가능하도록 하는 조임끈(2236,2238)으로 구성될 수 있다.
도 18을 참조하면, 본 실시예의 지지끈은 목 지지끈(21210)의 형태로 구성되어, 본체부(100)를 사용자의 목으로 지지하도록 구성된다.
본 실시예의 목 지지끈(21210)은, 착용 상태에서 사용자(H)의 뒷목을 감싸는 형태가 되도록 구비되어 상기 본체부(100)가 사용자(H)의 뒷목에 의해 상향 지지되도록 하고, 양단에 각각 마련된 고리형 버클(21216a,21216b)이 상기 좌측 또는 우측 아일릿(2212a 또는 2212b)에 착탈 가능한 형태로 걸림 결합되도록 구비된다.

하체 커버부(106) 내부에 위치하는 반려 동물의 크기, 무게 또는 사용자의 착용감 등을 고려하여, 좌측 및 우측 지지끈(202,204)에 마련된 걸림 고리(3202h,3204h)는 2 이상의 좌측 결합 버튼(3212a',3212b',3212c') 및 우측 결합 버튼(3212a,3212b,3212c) 중 적절한 위치의 버튼을 선택하여 결합할 수 있다.

도 29의 실시예에서, 상기 개구부 조절수단은, 본체부(100)의 전면측에 상하 방향을 따라 좌측 및 우측에 각각 부착되며, 상기 제2 사용 상태로 접혀진 상태에서 폐쇄 조작이 가능한 지퍼(31202,31204)이다.
제2 사용 상태로 접혀진 상태에서 좌측 및 우측의 지퍼부(31204)를 이용하여 상측 및 하측 지퍼 레일(31202a,31202b)을 잠그면 측면 개방부(16c,16a)가 폐쇄되어 반려 동물은 상측으로 얼굴을 내밀 수 있고 좌측 또는 우측으로 이탈되는 것이 방지된다. 지퍼부(31204)의 잠금 위치에 따라 측면 개방부(16c,16a)의 크기를 조절할 수 있다.
도 30의 실시예의 지지끈은 목 지지끈(31210)의 형태로 구성되어, 본체부(100)를 사용자의 목으로 지지하도록 구성된다.
본 실시예의 목 지지끈(31210)은, 착용 상태에서 사용자(H)의 뒷목을 감싸는 형태가 되도록 구비되어 상기 본체부(100)가 사용자(H)의 뒷목에 의해 상향 지지되도록 하고, 양단에 각각 마련된 걸림 고리(3202h,3204h)가 상기 좌측 또는 우측 결합 버튼(3212',3212)에 착탈 가능한 형태로 걸림 결합되도록 구비된다.
