Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de transition d'étagère de marchandises destiné à un système de transport. Le dispositif de transition est disposé entre une ligne de tri et une ligne d'alimentation, et comprend une tige d'alimentation (8) formée au niveau d'un côté d'extrémité de sortie de la ligne d'alimentation. Un angle inclus est formé entre la tige d'alimentation (8) et la ligne de tri. Une partie de suspension destinée à suspendre un crochet d'étagère de marchandises (41) est disposée sur la ligne de tri. Une extrémité de sortie de la tige d'alimentation (8) s'étend d'un côté supérieur de la partie de suspension à la ligne de tri. Des éléments de butée sont respectivement disposés sur la ligne de tri au niveau de deux côtés opposés et à une position proche de l'extrémité de sortie de la tige d'alimentation (8) ; et la distance entre les deux éléments de butée est inférieure au diamètre externe du crochet d'étagère de marchandises (41). Les éléments de butée corrigent la position du crochet (41) en bloquant le crochet d'étagère de marchandises (41) à un endroit élevé. Un intervalle permettant au crochet d'étagère de marchandises (41) de tomber sur la partie de suspension de la ligne de tri est formé entre l'élément de butée et l'extrémité de sortie de la tige d'alimentation (8) ; et un intervalle permettant au crochet d'étagère de marchandises de passer à travers est formé entre l'élément de butée et la partie de suspension. La position d'un élément de limitation sur la ligne de tri est déviée vers le côté aval de la position à laquelle l'extrémité de sortie de la tige d'alimentation est située. Le dispositif résout le problème lié au fait qu'une étagère de marchandises est susceptible de tomber pendant la transition entre la ligne de tri et la ligne d'alimentation.
