随着经济的快速发展,对外交流越来越广泛,而对于许多人来说语言不通是对外交流的一大障碍。为了解决上述问题,市场上出现了各种各样的翻译设备。翻译设备凭借着强大的语言翻译功能,深受广大有语言翻译需求的人士的欢迎,同时也是人们学习外语的好帮手。翻译设备可以在双方对话的过程中进行翻译,使得使用不同语言的用户可以无障碍交流。
但现有的翻译设备,只能实现一对一翻译,故只能应用于一对一对话的场景,而对于多人对话(如多人会议)的场景,现有的翻译设备则无能为力。
本发明的主要目的为提供一组翻译方法、装置和翻译设备,旨在实现多人对话或者多人会议时的翻译,扩展翻译设备的应用场景。
为达以上目的,本发明实施例提出一种翻译方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
与多个终端设备建立网络连接;
将所述多个终端设备分成至少两组;
接收其中一组终端设备发送的信息;

本技术领域技术人员可以理解,这里所使用的服务器,其包括但不限于计算机、网络主机、单个网络服务器、多个网络服务器集或多个服务器构成的云。在此,云由基于云计算(Cloud Computing)的大量计算机或网络服务器构成,其中,云计算是分布式计算的一种,由一群松散耦合的计算机集组成的一个超级虚拟计算机。本发明的实施例中,服务器、终端设备与WNS服务器之间可通过任何通信方式实现通信,包括但不限于,基于3GPP、LTE、WIMAX的移动通信、基于TCP/IP、UDP协议的计算机网络通信以及基于蓝牙、红外传输标准的近距无线传输方式。
本发明实施例的翻译方法和装置,主要应用于翻译设备,所述翻译设备可以是翻译机,也可以是手机、平板、个人电脑等终端设备。
参照图1,提出本发明的翻译方法一实施例,所述方法包括以下步骤:
S11、与多个终端设备建立网络连接。
S12、将多个终端设备分成至少两组。
S13、接收其中一组终端设备发送的信息。
S14、对信息进行翻译处理。
S15、将翻译后的信息发送给其它组终端设备。
步骤S11中,翻译设备分别与多个终端设备建立网络连接,所述终端设备可以是手机、平板等移动终端,也可以是其它的电子设备。本发明实施例中,翻译设备和终端设备具有蓝牙功能,翻译设备包括mesh功能蓝牙模组,因此可以通过蓝牙与多个终端设备组建mesh网络,建立网络连接。终端设备通过获取翻译设备给出的网络秘钥(Netkey)进行mesh组网,终端设备则成为mesh网络中的节点,mesh网络中的每个节点都拥有至少一个网络秘钥,正是这个网络秘钥让其成为相应网络的一员。
在其它实施例中,翻译设备与终端设备也可以通过wifi、zigbee等无线通信网络建立网络连接。
步骤S12中,翻译设备对接入mesh网络的多个终端设备进行分组,可以分成两组,也可以分成多组。如图2所示,翻译设备将终端设备分成A、B两组,每组有四个终端设备,翻译设备分别与A、B两组的每个终端设备连接。
可选地,用户可以在自己的终端设备上设置自己使用的语言,翻译设备根据终端设备设置的语言进行分组,将相同设置语言的终端设备分为一组。例如,中国人和日本人一起开会,中国人将自己终端设备的语言设置为中文,日本人将自己终端设备的语言设置为日文,翻译设备则将终端设备分为两组,设置语言为中文的终端设备为一组,设置语言为日文的终端设备为一组。
步骤S13中,当其中一组终端设备对应的某个用户发言时,对应的终端设备接收用户输入的信息,并将接收到的信息发送给翻译设备,翻译设备则接收终端设备发送的信息。
本发明实施例中,所述信息为语音信息,终端设备通过麦克风采集用户发出的语音信息,通过蓝牙基带芯片把语音信息由模拟信号转换成为数字信号,并将数字信号压缩成为数据,并通过特定的通讯协议传输给翻译设备。
在某些实施例中,所述信息也可以为文字信息,终端设备通过键盘(虚拟键盘或实体键盘)接收用户输入的文字信息,并将文字信息通过特定的通讯协议传输给翻译设备。
步骤S14中,翻译设备可以在本地对信息进行离线翻译,也可以发送给服务器进行在线翻译,如:翻译设备将待翻译的信息发送给服务器,服务器翻译该信息,并将翻译后的信息发送给翻译设备,翻译设备接收服务器返回的翻译后的信息。
当待翻译的信息为语音信息时,先通过语音识别技术将语音信息识别为文字信息,再将文字信息从当前语言翻译为其它组终端设备对应的语言。若其它组终端设备至少有两组,则将文字信息分别翻译为至少两种语言。进一步地,还可以通过语音合成技术将翻译后的文字信息合成为语音信息。
当待翻译的信息为文字信息时,则直接将文字信息从当前语言翻译为其它组终端设备对应的语言。若其它组终端设备至少有两组,则将文字信息分别翻译为至少两种语言。进一步地,还可以通过语音合成技术将翻译后的文字信息合成为语音信息。
步骤S15中,翻译设备将翻译后的信息发送给其它组终端设备,当其它组终端设备至少有两组时,分别向每一组终端设备发送与该组终端设备设置的语言相匹配的翻译后的信息。
举例而言,假设终端设备被分成三组,设置的语言分别为英文、日文和中文。当中文用户发言时,翻译设备则将发言信息分别翻译为英文和日文,并将英文信息发送给设置语言为英文的一组终端设备,将日文信息发送给设置语言为日文的一组终端设备。
终端设备接收到翻译后的信息后,则输出该信息。当翻译后的信息为语音信息时,终端设备则通过扬声器、耳机或听筒输出该语音信息;当翻译后的信息为文字信息时,终端设备则通过显示屏显示该文字信息。
本发明实施例的翻译方法,通过与多个终端设备建立网络连接,并将多个终端设备进行分组,将一组终端设备发送的信息进行翻译处理后,发送给其它组终端设备,从而实现了多人对话(如多人会议)时的翻译,甚至可以实现多种语言用户之间的交流,扩展了翻译设备的应用场景,提升了用户体验。
参照图3,提出本发明的翻译装置一实施例,所述装置包括连接模块10、分组模块20、接收模块30、处理模块40和发送模块50,其中:连接模块10,设置为与多个终端设备建立网络连接;分组模块20,设置为将多个终端设备分成至少两组;接收模块30,设置为接收其中一组终端设备发送的信息;处理模块40,设置为对信息进行翻译处理;发送模块50,设置为将翻译后的信息发送给其它组终端设备。
连接模块10分别与多个终端设备建立网络连接,所述终端设备可以是手机、平板等移动终端,也可以是其它的电子设备。本发明实施例中,翻译设备和终端设备具有蓝牙功能,翻译设备包括mesh功能蓝牙模组,因此可以通过蓝牙与多个终端设备组建mesh网络,建立网络连接。终端设备通过获取翻译设备给出的网络秘钥(Netkey)进行mesh组网,终端设备则成为mesh网络中的节点,mesh网络中的每个节点都拥有至少一个网络秘钥,正是这个网络秘钥让其成为相应网络的一员。
在其它实施例中,连接模块10与终端设备也可以通过wifi、zigbee等无线通信网络建立网络连接。
分组模块20对接入mesh网络的多个终端设备进行分组,可以分成两组,也可以分成多组。如图2所示,分组模块20将终端设备分成A、B两组,每组有四个终端设备,翻译设备通过连接模块10分别与A、B两组的每个终端设备连接。
可选地,用户可以在自己的终端设备上设置自己使用的语言,分组模块20根据终端设备设置的语言进行分组,将相同设置语言的终端设备分为一组。例如,中国人和日本人一起开会,中国人将自己终端设备的语言设置为中文,日本人将自己终端设备的语言设置为日文,分组模块20则将终端设备分为两组,设置语言为中文的终端设备为一组,设置语言为日文的终端设备为一组。
当其中一组终端设备对应的某个用户发言时,对应的终端设备接收用户输入的信息,并将接收到的信息发送给翻译设备,接收模块30则接收终端设备发送的信息。
本发明实施例中,所述信息为语音信息,终端设备通过麦克风采集用户发出的语音信息,通过蓝牙基带芯片把语音信息由模拟信号转换成为数字信号,并将数字信号压缩成为数据,并通过特定的通讯协议传输给翻译设备。
在某些实施例中,所述信息也可以为文字信息,终端设备通过键盘(虚拟键盘或实体键盘)接收用户输入的文字信息,并将文字信息通过特定的通讯协议传输给翻译设备。
处理模块40可以在本地对信息进行离线翻译,也可以发送给服务器进行在线翻译。如图4所示,处理模块40包括发送单元41和接收单元42,其中:发送单元41,设置为将待翻译的信息发送给服务器,以使服务器翻译该信息;接收单元42,设置为接收服务器发送的翻译后的信息。
当待翻译的信息为语音信息时,先通过语音识别技术将语音信息识别为文字信息,再将文字信息从当前语言翻译为其它组终端设备对应的语言。若其它组终端设备至少有两组,则将文字信息分别翻译为至少两种语言。进一步地,还可以通过语音合成技术将翻译后的文字信息合成为语音信息。
当待翻译的信息为文字信息时,则直接将文字信息从当前语言翻译为其它组终端设备对应的语言。若其它组终端设备至少有两组,则将文字信息分别翻译为至少两种语言。进一步地,还可以通过语音合成技术将翻译后的文字信息合成为语音信息。
发送模块50将翻译后的信息发送给其它组终端设备,当其它组终端设备至少有两组时,分别向每一组终端设备发送与该组终端设备设置的语言相匹配的翻译后的信息。
举例而言,假设终端设备被分成三组,设置的语言分别为英文、日文和中文。当中文用户发言时,处理模块40则将发言信息分别翻译为英文和日文,并由发送模块50将英文信息发送给设置语言为英文的一组终端设备,将日文信息发送给设置语言为日文的一组终端设备。
终端设备接收到翻译后的信息后,则输出该信息。当翻译后的信息为语音信息时,终端设备则通过扬声器、耳机或听筒输出该语音信息;当翻译后的信息为文字信息时,终端设备则通过显示屏显示该文字信息。
本发明实施例的翻译装置,通过与多个终端设备建立网络连接,并将多个终端设备进行分组,将一组终端设备发送的信息进行翻译处理后,发送给其它组终端设备,从而实现了多人对话(如多人会议)时的翻译,甚至可以实现多种语言用户之间的交流,扩展了翻译设备的应用场景,提升了用户体验。
本发明同时提出一种翻译设备,其包括存储器、处理器和至少一个被存储在存储器中并被配置为由处理器执行的应用程序,所述应用程序被配置为用于执行翻译方法。所述翻译方法包括以下步骤:与多个终端设备建立网络连接;将多个终端设备分成至少两组;接收其中一组终端设备发送的信息;对信息进行翻译处理;将翻译后的信息发送给其它组终端设备。本实施例中所描述的翻译方法为本发明中上述实施例所涉及的翻译方法,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员可以理解,本发明包括涉及用于执行本申请中所述操作中的一项或多项的设备。这些设备可以为所需的目的而专门设计和制造,或者也可以包括通用计算机中的已知设备。这些设备具有存储在其内的计算机程序,这些计算机程序选择性地激活或重构。这样的计算机程序可以被存储在设备(例如,计算机)可读介质中或者存储在适于存储电子指令并分别耦联到总线的任何类型的介质中,所述计算机可读介质包括但不限于任何类型的盘(包括软盘、硬盘、光盘、CD-ROM、和磁光盘)、ROM(Read-Only Memory,只读存储器)、RAM(Random Access Memory,随机存储器)、EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read-Only
Memory,可擦写可编程只读存储器)、EEPROM(Electrically Erasable
Programmable Read-Only Memory,电可擦可编程只读存储器)、闪存、磁性卡片或光线卡片。也就是,可读介质包括由设备(例如,计算机)以能够读的形式存储或传输信息的任何介质。
本技术领域技术人员可以理解,可以用计算机程序指令来实现这些结构图和/或框图和/或流图中的每个框以及这些结构图和/或框图和/或流图中的框的组合。本技术领域技术人员可以理解,可以将这些计算机程序指令提供给通用计算机、专业计算机或其他可编程数据处理方法的处理器来实现,从而通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理方法的处理器来执行本发明公开的结构图和/或框图和/或流图的框或多个框中指定的方案。

Claims (17)
- 一种翻译方法,包括以下步骤:与多个终端设备建立网络连接;将所述多个终端设备分成至少两组;接收其中一组终端设备发送的信息;对所述信息进行翻译处理;将翻译后的信息发送给其它组终端设备。
- 根据权利要求1所述的翻译方法,其中,所述分别与多个终端设备建立网络连接的步骤包括:通过蓝牙与多个终端设备组建mesh网络,建立网络连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的翻译方法,其中,所述将所述多个终端设备分成至少两组的步骤包括:根据所述终端设备设置的语言进行分组,将相同设置语言的终端设备分为一组。
- 根据权利要求3所述的翻译方法,其中,所述对所述信息进行翻译处理的步骤包括:将所述信息翻译为其它组终端设备对应的语言的信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的翻译方法,其中,所述将翻译后的信息发送给其它组终端设备的步骤包括:当其它组终端设备至少有两组时,分别向每一组终端设备发送与该组终端设备设置的语言相匹配的翻译后的信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的翻译方法,其中,所述对所述信息进行翻译处理的步骤包括:将所述信息发送给服务器,以使所述服务器翻译所述信息;接收所述服务器发送的翻译后的信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的翻译方法,其中,所述信息为语音信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的翻译方法,其中,所述终端设备为移动终端。
- 一种翻译装置,包括:连接模块,设置为与多个终端设备建立网络连接;分组模块,设置为将所述多个终端设备分成至少两组;接收模块,设置为接收其中一组终端设备发送的信息;处理模块,设置为对所述信息进行翻译处理;发送模块,设置为将翻译后的信息发送给其它组终端设备。
- 根据权利要求9所述的翻译装置,其中,所述连接模块设置为:通过蓝牙与多个终端设备组建mesh网络,建立网络连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的翻译装置,其中,所述分组模块设置为:根据所述终端设备设置的语言进行分组,将相同设置语言的终端设备分为一组。
- 根据权利要求11所述的翻译装置,其中,所述处理模块设置为:将所述信息翻译为其它组终端设备对应的语言的信息。
- 根据权利要求12所述的翻译装置,其中,所述发送模块设置为:当其它组终端设备至少有两组时,分别向每一组终端设备发送与该组终端设备设置的语言相匹配的翻译后的信息。
- 根据权利要求9所述的翻译装置,其中,所述处理模块包括:发送单元,设置为将所述信息发送给服务器,以使所述服务器翻译所述信息;接收单元,设置为接收所述服务器发送的翻译后的信息。
- 根据权利要求9所述的翻译装置,其中,所述信息为语音信息。
- 根据权利要求9所述的翻译装置,其中,所述终端设备为移动终端。
- 一种翻译设备,包括存储器、处理器和至少一个被存储在所述存储器中并被配置为由所述处理器执行的应用程序,其中,所述应用程序被配置为用于执行权利要求1所述的翻译方法。
