Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de maintien de la teneur en azote d'une boisson distribuée à partir d'un récipient pour boisson pliable dans les spécifications requises de la boisson. L'invention concerne un système de distribution de boisson pour distribuer une boisson stockée dans un récipient pour boisson pliable, la boisson conservant une teneur en azote et en dioxyde de carbone prédéfinie, le système étant conçu pour maintenir une teneur en azote prédéfinie dans ladite boisson en régulant l'équilibre de l'azote et du dioxyde de carbone à l'intérieur de la boisson en adaptant une pression de distribution et/ou une température de la boisson tout en régulant l'intérieur dudit récipient pour boisson pliable sur la base de la pression d'équilibre calculée selon des données d'équilibre chimique pour du gaz contenant de l'azote, pour du CO2, ou pour du CO2 + du gaz contenant de l'azote.
