Referring to FIG 2, it shows braking and safety mounting plate 13 on two sides of the bottom plate 3 of the rotating exercise equipment. This mounting plate 13 bears a bolt mounting bush 12 for mounting of the safety stopper bolt 6. Also it has bush 10 for mounting of resistance knob 5. At the centre of the bottom plate 3, there is four locating plates 11 for stand legs 4. There are four bolt mounting bush 12, two on each side of the bottom plate on the mounting plate 13.

  • the bush 10 also bears the internal grooves 19 that are attached with the threads 19 of the distal end 18 of the resistance knob 5 thus facilitating the clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation of the resistance knob 5.
  • the braking material 14 is placed inside the bush 10 and is attached to the distal end 18 of the resistance knob 5. Braking material 14 imparts the brake or friction to the rotating plates of the equipment which results into controlling the speed of the top plate 2 during its rotation over the bottom plate 3.
  • the assembly 16 also comprises of safety stopper bolt 6 which prevents the toppling of the top plate 2 during rotation. This safety stopper bolt 6 is mounted on the bolt mounting bush 12 which facilitates the correct fixing and steady alignment of the safety stopper bolt 6.

  • the rotation of the top plate with the hand facilitates the physical activity of the user wherein the user can carry out this exercise at house or work place where this equipment is placed.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un équipement d'exercice qui peut être facilement utilisé à n'importe quel endroit et qui a également d'autres utilisations en plus de l'utilisation pour un exercice physique. L'équipement d'exercice comprend deux plaques circulaires qui coïncident/se chevauchent mutuellement dans un plan, la plaque supérieure étant mobile en rotation dans le même plan et la plaque inférieure étant fixée au socle également dans le même plan. Le socle comporte quatre pieds et un cadre carré qui supporte les deux plaques circulaires. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, le socle peut avoir une forme différente ou être constitué d'un matériau différent. Les deux plaques sont reliées par un arbre à la plaque supérieure comprenant une poignée sur la périphérie qui est utilisée pour faire tourner la plaque supérieure manuellement. Selon un autre mode de réalisation de la présente invention, l'équipement peut également être utilisé comme table dans une maison ou dans un lieu de travail.
