Abstract

The present invention discloses a garment of the T-shirt family for practising sports that fully adapts to the shape of the wearer, even when worn in contact with the skin. The garment is made up of at least two layers of bidirectional fabric, one outer layer and one inner layer in contact with the wearer, which are present throughout the entire surface of the garment. The threads that make up the layers are mainly elastomers, and the superimposed layers define an intermediate space serving as pockets for storing objects, so that the garment has seams that define the intermediate storage space, said intermediate space being accessed via openings on the outer layer in order to insert objects into the resulting intermediate space. The garment allows for complete freedom of movement, even when personal objects are stored in its pockets.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a garment of the family of T-shirts, specifically intended for sports, in order to obtain a garment, such as a shirt, vest or top that completely adapts to the user's torso.

The garment is made up of at least two layers of an elastic two-way fabric that defines intermediate spaces as pockets for the storage of personal items.

The advantage of the garment of the invention is its total coupling to the user during sports, even using it in direct contact with his skin, granting complete freedom of movement, even when the garment stores personal items in his pockets.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Sports practice is a healthy and highly recommended habit that is progressively being incorporated into the daily or weekly routine of most people. In most cases, these practices involve traveling to a sports center or an outdoor area.

It is therefore necessary to have a garment in direct contact with the skin that allows the user to keep their personal belongings with them during the practice of sports or recreational activity, so that these objects do not constitute an obstacle to movement or require an additional bag or backpack that the user must carry during the exercise. These personal belongings can be keys to a vehicle and / or home, mobile phone, music player, food supplements, restorative, physical activity measuring devices, sports performance, scarves, hair accessories, etc. Numerous garments for sports are known in the state of the art, which are comfortable and adapt to the body during movement. Specifically, numerous sports pants are known that have small pockets along the perimeter area of the pants waist. The disadvantage of these pockets is their limited storage capacity.

Additionally, numerous pants are known in the state of the art that have pockets of greater capacity located along the leg of the pants. However, the configuration of these pockets makes access difficult during sports, and the objects contained in them can cause discomfort when hitting the user in the legs.

On the other hand, the widely known multi-pocket vests do not have the required adaptability and elasticity of a garment intended for sports, since they are preferably intended for use in work activities for the portability of tools.

Finally, it is worth noting the existence in the state of the art of numerous waistpacks that can be attached to the waist to carry objects during sports. These types of devices are annoying since they are often decoupled during the movement, causing discomfort to the user or even detaching, with the consequent risk to the objects contained therein.

That is why the applicant of this utility model detects the need to offer a product that solves the problem described above, by means of an invention that contributes to the state of the art with a garment of the family of t-shirts for practice sports with a storage capacity such that it allows the user to carry numerous personal items with them during sports practice, without these affecting the freedom of movement and comfort or implying any impediment to the physical exercise being carried out.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Garment of the T-shirt family for possible placement directly on the athlete's skin and which is made up of at least two layers, an inner layer and an outer layer that define an intermediate space between the outer and inner layers generating a storage area where the athlete can enter their personal items during sports. The threads that integrate the inner and outer layers do not intersect with each other, so that the surface of the garment has at least two distinct layers.

The fabric that integrates the garment of the invention is a bidirectional fabric, where the elastomeric thread predominates in order to grant great adaptability.

Advantageously, the garment of the invention allows a perfect coupling to the user as a second skin, without generating chafing on his body even while in direct contact with his skin. For this, this garment is characterized by presenting elastomeric threads both in the weft and in the warp of each of the layers.

The threads that make up the garment are preferably multifilament threads of continuous fibers that give the garment fluffiness. In this way, a pleasant effect is generated to the user's touch, offering low friction and avoiding chafing during direct contact with the skin.

Optionally, the elastomeric thread is coated with an antibacterial thread in order to provide superior performance to the garment, since it has a substance that eliminates microorganisms or inhibits their growth, such as bacteria that are generated with the user's own sweating.

The garment of the invention incorporates seams that join the outer layer and the inner layer located in such a way that they delimit the intermediate spaces that function as pockets. These seams are necessary to avoid the uncontrolled movement of the objects to be carried in the intermediate space between the layers.

Additionally, the outer layer has localized reinforcement zones made on the basis of a structure that offers a higher tissue density and generates a higher resistance to deformation.

The essential advantage offered by the elastic capacity of garment with memory effect to return to its original position combined with the storage structure in the intermediate space generated between the layers allows to offer a device of great comfort for the athlete who must carry his personal belongings during sports.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

As can be seen in the attached figures, a preferred embodiment of the invention consists of a garment, specifically a vest that conventionally has a longitudinal opening in the front part to facilitate the placement and removal of the garment and incorporating closure means, such as a zipper (8), in order to enable the attachment of the vest portions.

As can be seen in Figures 1 and 3, corresponding to the representation of the front and back of the vest, it is constituted by an inner layer (1) in direct contact with the user, an outer layer (2), being both of the same extension in order to be present on the entire surface of the vest. These layers (1) and (2) are woven of independently, to define an intermediate space between layers, which are joined by seams (4) strategically arranged to generate a plurality of storage pockets (5).

Taking into account the detail of the front part of the vest shown in Figure 2, the garment has two pockets (5) with two openings located in the upper part of the front. This allows the introduction and storage of objects along the intermediate space delimited by the seams (4). In order to facilitate the manipulation of the opening, it is provided with a grip tab (6).

Similarly, at the rear of the vest and preferably centered, an opening with a grip flange (6) is located, as can be seen in Figure 3. As stated above, this opening allows entry and storage into the intermediate space generated by the two layers (1) and (2).

Advantageously, the vest of the invention has a third layer of fabric or surface layer (3) that extends along the lower perimeter of the vest, in the lower part of the belt, generating a second intermediate space between the outer layer (2) and the surface layer (3).

As shown in Figures 2 and 4, the surface layer (3) is attached to the outer layer (2) by seams (4) to delimit the storage spaces and generate a plurality of lower perimeter pockets (5 ') and, therefore, offering greater storage capacity.

As stated previously, the outer layer (2) has localized reinforcement zones (7, 7 ', 7 ”) made based on the same threads that make up the fabric itself, but taking into account such a structure that offers a higher tissue density and generates a superior resistance to deformation.

As can be seen in Figures 1 and 3, the reinforcement zone (7) located in the outer layer (1) and arranged on the shoulders supports the weight of the garment as a whole. In this area a greater pressure is generated for the user when the garment houses objects in their pockets, therefore the reinforcement zone (7) allows to offer a stable fabric not deformable by weight, and fully adapted to the contour of the athlete. On the other hand, the reinforcement zones located in the outer layer, specifically on the sides of the garment (7 ') offer additional support points that provide greater resistance to deformation in order to maintain the position of the garment coupled to the contour of the user, as depicted in figures 1 and 3.

Additionally, both in the front and back of the vest, the outer layer (2) has a reinforcement zone (7 ’”) of high density fabric located in the area of the pockets (5). Thus, this area will barely deform when an object is introduced inside, offering a structure that allows its deformation capacity with memory to return to its initial position.

1 .- Clothing Family t for sports, characterized in that it consists of at least two layers of bidirectional fabric, an outer layer (2) and an inner (1) in contact with the user present on the entire surface of the garment, where the threads that integrate the layers are mainly elastomers, and where the superimposed layers (1) and (2) define an intermediate space as pockets (5) for storing objects, of such that the garment has seams (4) that delimit the intermediate storage space, said intermediate space being accessed through openings (6) in the outer layer (2) to introduce objects in the defined intermediate space. 2 .- Clothing Family t for sports, according to claim 1, wherein the threads comprise bidirectional tissue layers (1, 2, 3) of the garment are multifilament yarns continuous fibers 3 .- Clothing Family t for sports, according to claim 1, wherein the elastomeric yarn is coated with an antibacterial yarn. 4 .- Clothing Family t for sports, according to claim 1, wherein the garment has zones of reinforcement (7, 7 ', 7 ", 7'") in the outer layer (2 ) arranged on the shoulders, on the sides of the garment and / or in the pocket area. 5 .- Clothing Family t for sports, according to claim 1, characterized by two layers (1) and (2) bidirectional fabric which cover the entire surface of the garment and a third layer surface (3) present, at least, in the lower part of the garment, covering it perimetrically as a belt, generating a second intermediate storage space as a pocket (5 '). 6 .- Clothing Family t for sports, according ^to claim 5, wherein the surface layer (3) is bonded to the outer layer (2) by seams (4) to delimit spaces storage. 7 .- Clothing Family T - shirts for sports as ^to claim 1, wherein the garment has a longitudinal opening of the layers on the front binding by closure means (8) such as a zipper.
