Description

ZIPPER BAG FOR EASY AIR DISCHARGE
The present invention relates to a zipper bag in which the contents can be stored in a small volume when a user discharges air in the zipper bag by a simple method at the time of storing the contents using the zipper bag, and more particularly, to a zipper bag capable of easily discharging air stored in the zipper bag by a simple configuration without combining or configuring a separate air discharge valve by adjusting the air discharge in the zipper bag by controlling an opening of the zipper bag through a discharge portion, and being easily manufactured and used for a long time.
Generally, zipper bags are widely used in homes, restaurants, and the like to hygienically pack or store foods. Particularly, a small amount of uneaten food is stored or packed using the zipper bag without storing the uneaten food in a basket or the like to reduce the storage space.
However, in many cases, the zipper bag is packed so that the size of the zipper bag is larger than the size of the contents to be stored by putting both the contents and the ambient air into the zipper bag.
In addition, when the air is discharged by opening the zipper bag again, the contents are easily discharged together and the user needs to directly discharge the air, and thus there is an inconvenience that it is cumbersome.
In order to solve the problems, in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2014-0054412 as the prior art, there is disclosed "vacuum bag for retaining freshness with air extraction valve and sealing fastener."
In the related art such as the prior patent, it is possible to reduce the volume of a zipper bag by discharging residual air in the zipper bag by providing a separate air discharge valve or the like in a plastic bag. However, since the zipper bag is manufactured to include an air discharge valve or manufactured by combining a separate air discharge valve, the manufacturing process of the zipper bag is complicated and time and costs required for manufacturing are also increased.
Further, there is a problem in that the load or the initial volume may be increased as compared with the simple zipper bag.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a zipper bag for easy air discharge in which the contents can be stored in a small volume when a user discharges air in the zipper bag by a simple method at the time of storing the contents using the zipper bag.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a zipper bag for easy air discharge capable of easily discharging air stored in the zipper bag through a simple configuration without combining or configuring a separate air discharge valve, and being easily manufactured and produced.
The present invention relates to a zipper bag in which the contents can be stored in a small volume because a user discharges air in the zipper bag by a simple method at the time of storing the contents using the zipper bag, and in order to achieve the objects, the present invention has the following configurations.
An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a zipper bag of which one side is opened and the inside of one side is closed to store the contents therein, including: an opening(130) formed to be cut so that the inner space communicates with the outside; and a discharge portion(200) which covers the opening(130) to adjust opening and closing of the opening(130) by attraction, in which the discharge portion(200) may open and close the opening(130) by attraction by applying an adhesive on a contact surface contacted with the zipper bag.
The discharge portion(200) may include a discharge film(210) which covers the opening(130) and the periphery of the opening(130) to close the opening(130); and an adhesive surface(220) in which the discharge film(210) is formed on one surface adhered to the zipper bag and the adhesive is applied on a surface except for a portion positioned with the opening(130) at the time of adhering, in which the discharge film(210) may be adhered to the outer surface of the zipper bag through the adhesive surface(220), open the opening(130) by changing the position, and be movable to an initial position covering the opening(130) by the adhesive surface(220) at the time of closing.
A guide knob(211) may be further formed on one side surface of the discharge portion(200) to protrude in a lateral direction.
A fixing portion(240) adhered and fixed to the zipper bag may be further formed on the other side surface of the discharge portion(200), and the fixing portion(240) may fix the discharge portion(200) to the zipper bag so that the discharge portion(200) does not deviate from the initial position contacted with the zipper bag even if the user moves the position of the discharge portion(200) by using the guide knob(211).
The discharge portion(200) may have a hollow portion(221) in which the adhesive is not applied to the portion contacted with the opening(130) at the time of adhering to the zipper bag.
A central adhesive surface(230) which is adhered and fixed to the outer surface of the zipper bag may be formed on the hollow portion(221), and the opening(130) may be cut when the zipper bag contacted and fixed with the central adhesive surface(230) is torn at the time of moving the discharge portion(200).
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to store the contents in a small volume when a user discharges air in the zipper bag by a simple method at the time of storing the contents using the zipper bag by adjusting the air discharge in the zipper bag by controlling an opening of the zipper bag through a discharge portion.
Further, it is possible to easily discharge air stored in the zipper bag through a simple configuration without combining or configuring a separate air discharge valve by using a reusable discharge portion, and be easily manufactured and used for a long time.
The above and other aspects, features and other advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
FIG. 1 illustrates a schematic configuration of a zipper bag for easy air discharge according to the present invention;
FIG. 2 illustrates a configuration of a discharge portion of the present invention;
FIG. 3 illustrates an application example of a cut portion and a discharge portion of the present invention;
FIG. 4 illustrates another exemplary embodiment of the discharge portion of the present invention; and
FIG. 5 illustrates an application example of another exemplary embodiment of the discharge portion of the present invention.
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 illustrates a schematic configuration of a zipper bag for easy air discharge according to the present invention, FIG. 2 illustrates a configuration of a discharge portion of the present invention, and FIG. 3 illustrates an application example of a cut portion and a discharge portion of the present invention.
A zipper bag body(100) has a bonding portion(110) in which remaining sides except for one side of two plastic sheets having the same shape are bonded to each other, an opening and closing portion(120) formed at one opened side, an inlet port(121) and a storage space(122).
The bonding portion(110) is bonded along the edge except for one-side portions of the coupled two plastic sheets, and is formed by thermally bonding the cut edge at high temperature and high pressure at the same time of plastic cutting when cutting in the process of manufacturing the plastic bag configuring the zipper bag body(100).
The opening and closing portion(120) is formed at a distance separated from one opened edge, the storage space(122) is formed at inside of the bonding portion(110) and the opening and closing portion(120) based on the opening and closing portion(120), and one opened edge has the inlet port(121) through which the contents may be introduced into and discharged from the outside.
In this case, the opening and closing portion(120) is formed to protrude from the inside so that a protrusion and a groove engage with each other and may be fabricated in a form in which the protrusion is accommodated at the inside of the groove at the time of bonding to isolate the storage space(122) from the outside, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Meanwhile, the zipper bag body(100) corresponding to the storage space (122) has an opening(130) through which the storage space(122) communicates with the outside when the plastic bag is cut.
As described above, in the drawing, the opening(130) is illustrated with a size enough to be seen with the naked eyes, but is just largely illustrated for easy description, and it should be noted that the opening(130) is cut with a minute size enough for air to be introduced and discharged.
The opening(130) is formed through a cutting process in the manufacturing process and removes the air in the storage space(122) to reduce the volume of the zipper bag.
However, since the opening(130) is merely cut so that the storage space 122 communicates with the outside, the external air may be introduced into the storage space(122) and the contents introduced into the storage space(122) may be discharged to the outside.
Accordingly, the discharge portion(200) is formed on the outer surface of the zipper bag body(100) to close the opening(130) by covering the opening (130) and the periphery of the opening(130) and control the air discharge by user's simple operation when the air in the storage space(122) is discharged.
The discharge portion(200) is configured by a discharge film(210) and an adhesive surface(220).
The discharge film(210) is made of a water-resistant material in a film form having a minute thickness. One side of the discharge film(210) protrudes outwards to form a guide knob(211) to be easily grasped by the user.
In this case, the adhesive is not applied on one surface of the guide knob(211) so that the user can easily grasp the guide knob(211) when the user intends to control the discharge portion(200).
The discharge film(210) is bonded to the outer surface of the zipper bag body(100) formed with the opening(130) to close the opening(130).
Further, the adhesive surface(220) is formed on the bonding surface of the discharge film(210) so that the discharge film(210) may be bonded to the outer surface of the zipper bag body(100).
The adhesive surface(220) is applied with the adhesive so that the discharge film(210) may be bonded to the outer surface of the zipper bag body (100) and serves to maintain the adhesion to close the opening(130) again even after the user discharges the air by operating the discharge portion (200).
The adhesive surface(220) is applied with an adhesive capable of maintaining the adhesion, and a hollow portion(221) which is not applied with the adhesive is formed at the position corresponding to the opening(130) at the time of bonding to prevent contamination of the contents.
As illustrated in FIG. 3A having the above configuration, while the user pulls the guide knob(211) in an opposite direction to the side on which the guide knob(211) is formed, the opening(130) closed by the discharge film (210) is opened and the user presses the zipper bag body(100) corresponding to the storage space(122) to discharge the air, thereby reducing the volume. When the discharge film(210) is pressed toward the zipper bag body(100) after the discharge film(210) is returned to its original position after the discharging, the opening(130) is closed while discharge film(210) is bonded again by the adhesive surface(220).
At this time, the opening(130) may be cut into various shapes such as a zigzag shape instead of a straight shape as illustrated in FIG. 3B.
Further, one or more openings(130) may be included as illustrated in FIG. 3C, and a plurality of hollow portions(221) may be formed to correspond the plurality of openings(130) so that the openings(130) do not contact the adhesive surface(220). This can also be applied to a central adhesive surface (230) and a broken opening(131) in another exemplary embodiment to be described below.
On the other hand, if the contents are already contained in the plastic bag at the time of manufacturing, foreign materials and the like may be introduced into the plastic bag while performing the cutting process for forming the opening(130). Accordingly, the opening(130) may also be directly formed by the user if necessary without a separate cutting process.
Further, the discharge film(210) covering and closing the cut opening (130) may be completely separated from the zipper bag body(100) by user's attraction when the adhesive surface(220) is formed along the edge of the opening(130).
In this case, the hollow portion(221) does not correspond to the opening(130) when the opening portion(130) is closed after using the discharge film(210), and as a result, the contents are in contact with the adhesive surface(220) so that the adhesive may smear the contents.
Other exemplary embodiments will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.
FIG. 4 illustrates another exemplary embodiment of the discharge portion of the present invention and FIG. 5 illustrates an application example of another exemplary embodiment of the discharge portion of the present invention.
As illustrated in FIG. 4, the adhesive is applied on the hollow portion (221) to form the central adhesive surface(230).
In this case, when the adhesive applied on the central adhesive surface (230) has adhesion stronger than the adhesive applied on the adhesive surface (220) and the discharge portion(200) formed with the central adhesive surface (230) is used, the opening(130) is not formed in the zipper bag body(100), and a part(100a) of the plastic bag body(100) adhered onto the central adhesive surface(230) is torn by the adhesion when the user operates the discharge film(210) through the guide knob(211) to form the broken opening (131) (see FIG. 5).
Accordingly, the user makes the broken opening(131) with a desired size to discharge the air in the zipper bag and a separate cutting process is not required when the zipper bag is manufactured.
Further, a fixing portion(240) where a part of the discharge film(210) is adhered and fixed to the outer surface of the zipper bag body(100) is formed at a side opposite to one side formed with the guide knob(211) in the discharge film(210).
The fixing portion(240) completely fixes one end of the discharge portion(200) to the zipper bag body(100) so that even if the user changes the position of the discharge film(210) through the guide knob(211), the zipper bag body(100) and the discharge portion(200) may not be separated from each other by the fixing portion(240), thereby solving the above problems.
At this time, the fixing portion(240) may be formed by thermal bonding using high temperature and high pressure like the bonding portion(110), but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Meanwhile, as described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5, only the main details of the present invention are described, and various designs can be made within the technical scope of the present invention, so that it is apparent that the present invention is not limited to the configurations of FIGS. 1 to 5.
