Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif et un système de mise en œuvre de changement de numéro de téléphone portable de carte bancaire, et un support de stockage. Dans la présente invention, un guichet automatique bancaire envoie une instruction de traitement de service à un serveur en réponse à une instruction de changement de numéro de téléphone portable entrée par un client ; le serveur répond à l'instruction de traitement de service, attribue un guichet bancaire cible dans un état de veille au guichet automatique bancaire, et envoie l'instruction de traitement de service à un dispositif de terminal correspondant au guichet bancaire cible ; le dispositif de terminal génère une demande de vérification d'informations de client selon l'instruction de traitement de service, et envoie la demande de vérification d'informations de client au guichet automatique bancaire ; le guichet automatique bancaire affiche une invite d'entrée d'informations de client conformément à la demande de vérification d'informations de client, et reçoit des informations de client entrées par le client ; puis vérifie les informations de client, affiche une invite d'entrée de numéro de téléphone portable lorsque la vérification est réussie, et, selon un numéro de téléphone portable cible entré par le client, change un numéro de téléphone portable d'un compte bancaire pour lequel un numéro de téléphone portable réservé doit être changé, améliorant ainsi l'expérience de traitement de service pour le client.
