Description
本发明涉及医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及一种采样针清洗装置。
在全自动免疫分析仪中,为了提高分析结果的准确性和精密度,每次采样后,都需要对采用针的内外壁进行彻底清洗,以最大限度降低采样针的携带污染对测试结果的影响。此外,当采用针从试剂容器口有穿刺膜的试剂容器内吸取试剂时,采用针可能被污染的长度加大,采样针除了需要清洗采样时位于液面下的污染最严重的针尖部分外,还需要清洗针尖以上于穿刺膜接触的部分,清洗长度较长。
传统的一种清洗装置采用变径后的清洗流道对采样针进行喷淋式清洗,但由于清洗流道细长且存在变径,导致清洗流道加工困难;此外,流道与采样针匹配程度低,很难保证采样针得到有效的清洗。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对现有技术清洗装置的清洗流道加工困难,且流道与采样针匹配程度低,很难保证采样针得到有效清洗的问题,提供一种采样针清洗装置。
一种采样针清洗装置,包括清洗池、设置在所述清洗池一端的池盖、以及接头;所述池盖上设有通槽及连通所述通槽的喷淋孔;所述清洗池内设有第一流道,该第一流道与所述通槽连通;所述第一流道呈细长柱形状设置;所述清洗池远离所述池盖的一端设有容纳槽,所述接头可拆卸安装在所述容纳槽内,所述接头内设有第二流道,所述第二流道与所述第一流道对应连通。

在本实施例中,池盖20的两端还均套设有密封圈24,密封圈24起到密封作用,当池盖20容置在安装孔12内时,密封圈24与安装孔12的内壁紧密接触,防止清洗时液体从池盖20与安装孔12内壁之间溢出。
接头30可拆卸安装在容纳槽14内。接头30内设有第二流道31,第二流道31与第一流道11对应连通,第二流道主要用于容置针尖部102,第二流道31呈倒锥形,第二流道31与采样针100的针尖部的外形尺寸匹配,具体地,第二流道31与第一流道11对应一端的横截面积等于第一流道11的横截面积,第二流道31远离第一流道11一端的横截面积小于第一流道11的横截面积;主体部101与针尖部10的过渡区容易聚集清洗液的挂液和清洗不彻底,将第二流道31设置成倒锥形,有利于减少挂液的产生和清洗更干净,提高采样针采样测试结果的精准度。
接头30的外周壁具有外螺纹部32,接头30通过外螺纹部32与内螺纹部15的匹配螺合安装在容纳槽14内,由此,接头30可进行自由拆卸和安装,从而可根据采样针100的尺寸大小形状更换对应尺寸大小形状第二流道31的接头30,不需要更换整个清洗装置,有利于提高该采样针清洗装置的适用性和降低生产成本。因为第一流道11和第二流道31分开加工,加工容易,从而有效解决了传统清洗装置的清洗流道由于变径且细长导致加工困难的问题,降低生产成本;采样针100清洗时,采样针100的清洗部分的外壁和清洗装置的流道壁之间的配合间隙越小,即采样针100与清洗装置的流道两者匹配的越好,采样针100的外壁清洗越彻底,清洗完毕后采样针100离开清洗装置时的外壁挂液越少,因而第一流道11和第二流道31分开加工,有利于提高第一流道11和第二流道31的加工精度,即提高第一流道11和第二流 道31分别采样针100的主体部101和针尖部102匹配度,进而提高采样针100的清洗度。
在本实施例中,接头30与第一流道11对应的一端安装有密封环33,密封圈24起到密封作用,当接头30容置在容纳槽14内时,密封环33与容纳槽14的底壁紧密接触,防止清洗时液体从接头30与容纳槽14内壁之间溢出。接头30靠近外螺纹部32的位置为卡接部34,当接头30通过外螺纹部32与内螺纹部15的匹配螺合固定在容纳槽14内时,卡接部34卡设在清洗池10的端部外,提高接头30与清洗池10连接的稳定性,同时便于安装和拆卸该接头30。接头30还设有与第二流道31连通的排液道33,清洗采样针100后的废液从排液道35流出;接头30对应排液道35的一端为倒钩部36,倒钩部36用于连接外界的废液管,废液管上连接有废液泵,废液泵的另一端与外界的废液收集装置连接,经过清洗后的废液从排液道34经废液管流至外界的废液收集装置中。
请参考图3,为本发明第二个实施例的采样针清洗装置,该采样针清洗装置包括清洗池10a、安装在清洗池10a上的池盖20a、以及安装在清洗池10a上的接头30a,清洗池10a内设有第一流道11a,接头30a内设有第二流道31a。清洗池10a、第一流道11a、池盖20a及接头30a的结构均与第一实施例中的清洗池10、第一流道11、池盖20及接头30的结构相同;不同点在于,第二流道31a为柱形状设置,从而第二流道31a可以匹配针尖部102为柱形体设置的采样针,且第二流道31a的横截面积小于第一流道11a的横截面积。
采样针清洗装置清洗采样针时,将与采样针100的针尖部102外形匹配的第二流道31的接头30安装在清洗池10的容纳槽14内,采样针100从池盖上的通槽21插入,需要清洗的主体部101容置在第一流道11内,针尖部102容置在第二流道31内,清洗液从进液口13经喷淋孔22喷向容置在第一流道11内的主体部101,然后流向容置在第二流道31内的针尖部102。
本发明的采样针清洗装置通过将设有第二流道的接头与设有第一流道的清洗池可拆卸连接,可根据采样针100的尺寸大小形状更换对应尺寸大小形 状第二流道31的接头30,不需要更换整个清洗装置,有利于提高该采样针清洗装置的适用性和降低生产成本;第一流道11和第二流道31分开加工,加工容易,从而有效解决了传统清洗装置的清洗流道由于变径且细长导致加工困难的问题;第一流道11和第二流道31分开加工,有利于提高第一流道11和第二流道31的加工精度,即提高第一流道11和第二流道31分别与采样针100的主体部101和针尖部102匹配度,采样针100得到有效的清洗,进而提高采样针100测试结果的精准度;池盖20容置在安装孔12内,从而也可以更换不同尺寸、数量及倾斜度喷淋孔22的池盖,进一步提高该清洗装置的适用性。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种采样针清洗装置,其特征在于,包括清洗池、设置在所述清洗池一端的池盖、以及接头;所述池盖上设有通槽及连通所述通槽的喷淋孔;所述清洗池内设有第一流道,该第一流道与所述通槽连通;所述第一流道呈细长柱形状设置;所述清洗池远离所述池盖的一端设有容纳槽,所述接头可拆卸安装在所述容纳槽内,所述接头内设有第二流道,所述第二流道与所述第一流道对应连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采样针清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗池对应容纳槽的内壁设有内螺纹部,所述接头的外周壁具有外螺纹部,所述接头通过所述外螺纹部与所述内螺纹部的匹配螺合安装在所述容纳槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采样针清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗池的一端设有安装孔,所述安装孔与所述第一流道连通,所述清洗池对应安装孔的一端设有进液口,所述池盖可拆卸安装在所述安装孔内,所述喷淋孔的另一端与所述进液口连通。
- 根据权利要求3所述的采样针清洗装置,其特征在于:所述池盖对应环形槽的两端还均套设有密封圈,所述密封圈与所述安装孔的内壁紧密接触。
- 根据权利要求3所述的采样针清洗装置,其特征在于:所述喷淋孔与所述进液口连通的一端高于所述喷淋孔与所述通槽连通的一端。
- 根据权利要求5所述的采样针清洗装置,其特征在于:所述池盖上设有环形槽,所述环形槽分别与所述进液口和所述喷淋孔连通,所述喷淋孔的数量为多个,多个喷淋孔环绕池盖周向间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采样针清洗装置,其特征在于:所述第二流道呈倒锥形,且所述第二流道与所述第一流道对应一端的横截面积等于所述第一流道的横截面积,所述第二流道远离所述第一流道一端的横截面积小于所述第一流道的横截面积。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采样针清洗装置,其特征在于:所述第二流道 为柱形状设置,且所述第二流道的横截面积小于所述第一流道的横截面积。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采样针清洗装置,其特征在于:所述接头与所述第一流道对应的一端安装有密封环,所述密封环与所述容纳槽的底壁紧密接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采样针清洗装置,其特征在于:所述接头还设有与所述第二流道连通的排液道,所述接头对应排液道的一端为倒钩部。
