Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage hydraulique/pneumatique uniquement destiné à un filtre à particules diesel (DPF) d'une automobile, et qui constitue un nouvel équipement capable de nettoyer de manière stable et systématique un DPF d'une automobile, par application d'une pression hydraulique ou pneumatique sur celui-ci, afin de régénérer le DPF. La présente invention comprend : un corps principal de taille prédéterminée et une unité de tête intégrée faisant saillie à partir de l'extrémité arrière supérieure du corps principal ; un dispositif de mise en place du DPF, de type à fixation par sangles, destiné à fixer un DPF sur la partie supérieure du corps principal ; un orifice de sortie de pression de décharge, destiné à recevoir une pression de décharge déchargée sur l'arrière d'un PDF ; un moyen de protection contre les éclaboussures de la pression de décharge, disposé à l'intérieur de l'orifice de sortie de pression de décharge de façon à empêcher un liquide d'éclabousser vers l'extérieur ; un réservoir d'air destiné à fournir une pression pneumatique requise pendant le nettoyage d'un DPF ; un tuyau d'alimentation en air comprimé, destiné à transférer l'air entre le réservoir d'air et un DPF ; un adaptateur comprenant un élément de raccordement et un raccord mâle de tuyau à produit chimiques, destiné à fournir une pression pneumatique et des produits chimiques liquides au tuyau d'alimentation en air comprimé ; un joint de raccordement disposé à l'extrémité avant d'un PDF de façon à relier l'élément de raccordement au PDF ; et un contenant de produits chimiques liquides sous pression et un tuyau d'alimentation en produits chimiques; destiné à fournir des produits chimiques liquides à un PDF.
