Abstract
一种显示装置(100),该显示装置(100)包括:背光模组(110)、显示面板(120)和前框(130)。其中,该显示面板(120)上设有限位孔(121);该前框(130)上与该限位孔(121)对应的位置处设有第一限位件(131),该第一限位件(131)和限位孔(121)配合以将该显示面板(120)固定在该前框(130)与胶框(111)之间。可以避免显示面板(120)从前框(130)与胶框(111)之间脱落,增强显示装置(100)的牢固性,降低显示面板(120)的坏损率。

技术领域
本申请涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
显示装置一般包括前框、显示面板以及背光模组。前框与背光模组扣合以将显示面板扣合在背光模组与前框之间。然而,随着显示装置的不断发展,显示装置逐渐趋于窄边框化,这就使得显示面板压在前框下面的区域越来越窄,显示面板很容易从前框与背光模组之间脱落,降低显示装置的牢固性,同时也增加了显示面板坏损的几率。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种显示装置,以防止显示面板从前框与背光模组之间脱落,降低显示面板坏损的几率,提高显示装置的牢固性。
本申请提供了一种显示装置,包括:
背光模组,包括胶框;
显示面板,设置在所述胶框上,且位于所述背光模组的出光侧,所述显示面板上设有至少两个限位孔;
前框,扣合在所述显示面板上,所述前框上与所述限位孔对应的位置处设有至少两个第一限位件;
其中,所述第一限位件为定位柱,所述第一限位件穿过所述限位孔抵顶所述胶框以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框与胶框之间。
本申请还提供了一种显示装置,包括:
背光模组,包括胶框;
显示面板,设置在所述胶框上,且位于所述背光模组的出光侧,所述显示面板上设有限位孔;
前框,扣合在所述显示面板上,所述前框上与所述限位孔对应的位置处设有第一限位件;
其中,所述第一限位件和限位孔配合以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框与胶框之间。
在本申请提供的显示装置中,所述第一限位件为定位柱;所述第一限位件穿过所述限位孔抵顶所述胶框以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框与胶框之间。
在本申请提供的显示装置中,所述第一限位件包括第一螺孔和第一螺钉;所述第一螺钉穿过所述第一螺孔和限位孔抵顶所述胶框以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框与胶框之间。
在本申请提供的显示装置中,所述胶框上与所述限位孔对应的位置上设有第二限位件,所述第一限位件、限位孔和第二限位件配合以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框和胶框之间。
在本申请提供的显示装置中,所述第一限位件为定位柱,所述第二限位件为中空的定位套筒;所述第一限位件穿过所述限位孔并插入所述第二限位件中。
在本申请提供的显示装置中,所述第一限位件为中空的定位套筒,所述第二限位件为定位柱;所述第二限位件穿过所述限位孔并插入所述第一限位件中。
在本申请提供的显示装置中,所述第一限位件包括第二螺孔和第二螺钉,第二限位件为螺孔;所述第二螺钉穿过所述第二螺孔、限位孔、第二限位件以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框和胶框之间。
在本申请提供的显示装置中,所述第一限位件和限位孔的个数均为至少一个。
在本申请提供的显示装置中,所述限位孔的形状包括圆形、方形或椭圆形。
本申请提供一种显示装置。该显示装置通过在显示面板上设置限位孔,在前框上与所述限位孔对应的位置处设有第一限位件;第一限位件和限位孔配合以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框与胶框之间,从而避免显示面板从前框与胶框之间脱落,增强显示装置的牢固性,降低显示面板的坏损率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本申请,而非用以限制本申请。
在图1至图8中,结构相似或相同的结构是以相同标号表示。
请参阅图1,图1为本实施例中显示装置的结构示意图。在一些实施例中,该显示装置100可例如为液晶显示装置、OLED显示装置、QLED显示装置或其他类型显示装置,在此不做具体限制。
请参阅图2和图3,图2为图1所示显示装置中沿箭头A-A方向的截面示意图,图3为图2所示显示装置的分解示意图。该显示装置100包括背光模组110、显示面板120和前框130。下面将结合说明书附图对该显示装置100的各个结构进行详细地说明。
背光模组110包括胶框111、背板112、导光板113、散热件114、光源组件115和光学膜片116。
该背板112包括底部1121和至少一个侧壁1122。该侧壁1122从底部1121的边缘向着显示面板120的方向延伸出来。在一实施例中,侧壁1122与底部1121形成90°角,即侧壁1122垂直于底部1121。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,侧壁1122与底部1121不一定完全垂直,可以大致垂直,在此不做具体限制。
为了可以将背光模组110中的多个器件收纳形成整体,在本实施例中,背板112的侧壁1122的个数为四个,四个侧壁1122分别从底部1121的四个边缘向着显示面板120的方向延伸出来,四个侧壁1122和底部1121形成收纳空间,以将背光模组110中导光板113、散热件114、光源组件115和光学膜片116等器件收纳于该空间中。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,背板112的侧壁1122的个数可以更少或更多,在此不做具体限制。
散热件114设置在背板112的侧壁1122上。具体地,散热件114可以为铝挤散热件,其通过导热双面胶等粘贴在所述背板112的侧壁1122上。该散热件114用于对光源组件115进行散热。需要说明的是,散热件1114还可以为其他散热件,在此不对散热件114的具体材质等做限制,只要可以起到散热作用即可。另外,散热件114固定在背板112的侧壁1122上的方式也不局限于粘贴固定方式,还可以采用其他方式固定,在此不做具体限制。
光源组件115设置在背板112的侧壁1122上。具体地,光源组件115通过粘贴等固定方式设置在散热件114上。光源组件115包括光源1151和电路板1152。光源1151设置在电路板1152上。该电路板1152通过导热双面胶等粘贴在散热件114上。光源1151产生的热量可以通过散热件114散发出去。
在本实施例中,光源1151为长条形的LED灯条,且在背板112的相对设置的两个侧壁1122上均设有光源组件115,如图2和3所示。可以理解的是,光源组件115的个数不局限于上述的两个,还可以为更少个或更多个,在此不做具体限制。
导光板113设置在背板112的底部1121上,且该导光板113的入光侧与光源组件115中光源1151相对,以便于将光源1151发出的光线传导至导光板113的出光侧。
光学膜片116设置在导光板113的出光侧上,且光学膜片116的边缘与背板112的侧壁1122抵顶。该光学膜片116对导光板113的出光侧发出的光线进行匀光等处理,使得光线从光学膜片116发出后均匀地照射在显示面板120上。
胶框111扣合在背板112的外侧。该胶框111与背板112扣合形成收纳腔,以将导光板113、散热件114、光源组件115、光学膜片116等部件收纳于该收纳腔中,使得背光模组110形成整体结构,便于背光模组110的运输、安装等操作。
显示面板120设置在胶框111上,且位于背光模组110的出光侧。具体地,显示面板120的边缘搭在胶框111上,显示面板120的显示区位于背光模组110的出光侧。
该显示面板120上设有限位孔121。具体地,在该显示面板120中与胶框111正对应的区域上设置限位孔121。需要说明的是,该限位孔121的个数可以为一个或两个以上,该限位孔121的形状可以为圆形、方形或椭圆形,在此不做限制。
该前框130扣合在显示面板120上以与该显示面板120和背光模组110组合形成显示装置100。该前框130与限位孔121对应的位置处设有第一限位件131。该第一限位件131与限位孔121配合以将显示面板120固定在前框130与胶框111之间,避免显示面板120从前框130与胶框111之间脱落,进而避免显示面板120出现坏损。
在一实施例中,如图2和图3所示,该第一限位件131为定位柱。该第一限位件131可以与前框130一体成型。此时,该第一限位件131从前框130的内表面上凸出来。当然,在其他实施例中,第一限位件131也可以可拆卸地安装在前框130的内表面上,在此不做具体限制。
当前框130扣合在显示面板120上时,该第一限位件131穿过限位孔121,并且第一限位件131的自由端1311抵顶胶框111以将显示面板120固定在前框130与胶框111之间。当然,在其他实施例中,第一限位件131的自由端1311也可以不抵顶该胶框111,在此不做具体限制。
为了稳固前框130、显示面板120和胶框111的位置关系,在第一限位件131的自由端1311与胶框111抵顶时,第一限位件131的自由端1311与胶框111通过粘贴等固定方式固定连接。比如,在第一限位件131的自由端1311的端面上设有双面胶,当第一限位件131的自由端1311抵顶胶框111时,第一限位件131的自由端1311的端面粘贴在胶框111上,从而使得前框130和胶框111粘贴形成一体,同时显示面板120稳固在前框130和胶框111之间。
可以理解的是,该第一限位件131的个数可以为一个或两个以上,且该第一限位件131的个数与限位孔121的个数相同。另外,第一限位件131的具体结构不局限于图2和图3所示的结构,还可以为其他结构。
譬如,在另一实施例中,请参阅图4和图5,图4为图1所示显示装置中沿箭头A-A方向的又一截面示意图,图5为图4所示显示装置的分解示意图。该第一限位件131包括第一螺钉1312和第一螺孔1313。当前框130扣合在显示面板120上时,该第一螺钉1312穿过第一螺孔1313和限位孔121,并且第一螺钉1312的自由端1312a抵顶该胶框111以将显示面板120固定在前框130与胶框111之间。
在一实施例中,为了稳固前框130、显示面板120和胶框111的位置关系,在第一螺钉1312的自由端1312a抵顶该胶框111时,第一螺钉1312的自由端1312a与胶框111通过粘贴等固定方式固定连接。比如,在胶框111上与限位孔121相对的位置上设有双面胶,当第一螺钉1312的自由端1312a抵顶胶框111时,第一螺钉1312的自由端1312a将通过双面胶粘贴在胶框111上,从而使得前框130和胶框111粘贴形成一体,同时显示面板120稳固在前框130和胶框111之间。
在另一实施例中,为了更加稳固显示面板120与前框130和胶框111之间的位置关系,防止显示面板120从前框130和胶框111之间脱落,请参阅图6,图6为图1所示显示装置中沿箭头A-A方向的又一截面示意图。在该实施例中,胶框111上与限位孔121对应的位置上设有第二限位件1111。该第一限位件131、限位孔121和第二限位件1111配合以将显示面板120固定在前框130和胶框111之间。
具体地,如图6所示,第二限位件1111为定位槽。当前框130扣合在显示面板120上时,第一限位件131穿过限位孔121并插入到第二限位件1111内,从而将显示面板120固定在前框130和胶框111之间。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,第二限位件1111也可以为定位孔,这样第一限位件131可以依次穿过限位孔121和第二限位件1111,从而将显示面板120固定在前框130和胶框111之间。
另外,该第二限位件1111的具体形状也不局限于上述所示的定位槽或定位孔。其还可以为其他形状,譬如如图7至图8所示。图7和图8均为图1所示显示装置沿箭头A-A方向的又一截面示意图。
在图7所示的显示装置100中,该第一限位件131为定位柱,第二限位件1111为中空的定位套筒。该第二限位件1111从胶框111的表面上凸出来。该第二限位件1111的内径可以略小于第一限位件131的外径。这样,当第一限位件131穿过限位孔121插入到第二限位件1111中时,第一限位件131可以与第二限位件1111过盈接触,以确保第一限位件131与第二限位件1111接触的牢固性,进而稳固显示面板120与前框130和胶框111之间的位置关系,避免显示面板120从胶框111与前框130之间脱落出来。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,第一限位件131还可以为中空的定位套筒,而第二限位件1111为定位柱。当前框130扣合在显示面板120上时,第二限位件1111穿过限位孔121并插入第一限位件131中。
在图8所示的显示装置100中,该第一限位件131包括第二螺钉1314和第二螺孔1315,而第二限位件1111为螺孔。当前框130扣合在显示面板120上时,第二螺钉1314穿过第二螺孔1315、限位孔121、第二限位件1111,从而将显示面板120固定在前框130和胶框111之间。
可以理解的是,在上述各实施例中,第一限位件131和第二限位件1111的具体形状仅仅是众多种结构中的一种,第一限位件131和第二限位件1111的配合方式也不局限于上述图6至图8所示的几种,只要可以通过第一限位件131、限位孔121和第二限位件1111的配合将显示面板120固定在前框130和胶框111之间,防止显示面板120从前框130和胶框111之间脱落即可。
在本实施例中,该显示装置100通过在显示面板120上设置限位孔121,在前框130上与所述限位孔121对应的位置处设有第一限位件131;第一限位件131和限位孔121配合以将所述显示面板120固定在所述前框130与胶框111之间,从而避免显示面板120从前框130与胶框111之间脱落,增强显示装置100的牢固性,降低显示面板120的坏损率,使得窄边框的显示装置100得以实现。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (20)
- 一种显示装置,包括:背光模组,包括胶框;显示面板,设置在所述胶框上,且位于所述背光模组的出光侧,所述显示面板上设有至少两个限位孔;前框,扣合在所述显示面板上,所述前框上与所述限位孔对应的位置处设有至少两个第一限位件;其中,所述第一限位件为定位柱,所述第一限位件穿过所述限位孔抵顶所述胶框以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框与胶框之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述胶框上与所述限位孔对应的位置上设有第二限位件,所述第一限位件、限位孔和第二限位件配合以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框和胶框之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二限位件为定位槽;所述第一限位件穿过所述限位孔并插入到所述第二限位件内以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框和胶框之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二限位件为定位孔;所述第一限位件依次穿过所述限位孔和第二限位件以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框和胶框之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二限位件为中空的定位套筒,且所述第二限位件从所述胶框的表面凸出;所述第一限位件穿过所述限位孔并插入所述第二限位件中以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框和胶框之间。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二限位件的内径小于所述第一限位件的外径,以使得所述第一限位件与所述第二限位件过盈接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述限位孔的形状包括圆形、方形或椭圆形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一限位件与所述前框一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一限位件穿过所述限位孔抵顶所述胶框时,所述第一限位件的自由端与所述胶框通过粘贴方式固定连接。
- 一种显示装置,包括:背光模组,包括胶框;显示面板,设置在所述胶框上,且位于所述背光模组的出光侧,所述显示面板上设有限位孔;前框,扣合在所述显示面板上,所述前框上与所述限位孔对应的位置处设有第一限位件;其中,所述第一限位件和限位孔配合以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框与胶框之间。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一限位件为定位柱;所述第一限位件穿过所述限位孔抵顶所述胶框以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框与胶框之间。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一限位件包括第一螺孔和第一螺钉;所述第一螺钉穿过所述第一螺孔和限位孔抵顶所述胶框以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框与胶框之间。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述胶框上与所述限位孔对应的位置上设有第二限位件,所述第一限位件、限位孔和第二限位件配合以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框和胶框之间。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一限位件为定位柱,所述第二限位件为中空的定位套筒;所述第一限位件穿过所述限位孔并插入所述第二限位件中。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一限位件为中空的定位套筒,所述第二限位件为定位柱;所述第二限位件穿过所述限位孔并插入所述第一限位件中。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一限位件包括第二螺孔和第二螺钉,第二限位件为螺孔;所述第二螺钉穿过所述第二螺孔、限位孔、第二限位件以将所述显示面板固定在所述前框和胶框之间。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一限位件和限位孔的个数均为至少一个。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述限位孔的形状包括圆形、方形或椭圆形。
- 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二限位件的内径小于所述第一限位件的外径,以使得所述第一限位件与所述第二限位件过盈接触。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一限位件穿过所述限位孔抵顶所述胶框时,所述第一限位件的自由端与所述胶框通过粘贴方式固定连接。
