Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示装置。
【背景技术】
目前LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic
Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)显示器或PDP(Plasma Display
Panel,等离子体显示器)等基于平面显示面板的显示装置主要应用于笔记本电脑、便携式电子设备等。随着对便携式电子设备中大屏幕的需求增加,通过连接平面显示面板来显示大屏幕的显示单元的装置正被开发和商业化。特别地,利用可弯曲或可折叠的柔性显示面板的优点,可折叠显示装置因其便携性受到更多关注。
本申请的发明人在长期的研发中发现,现有的柔性显示面板,例如柔性OLED显示面板具有轻薄、不易碎、可折叠等优点,常作为显示装置的柔性屏。但是可折叠显示面板在折合后,容易发生折合区的应力过于集中而产生断裂或皱褶现象。
【发明内容】
本发明提供一种显示装置,以解决现有技术中可折叠的显示装置在折合后出现断裂或皱褶的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是提供一种显示装置,包括:
壳体组件,所述壳体组件包括两个壳体及两个中框,所述中框的第一端与所述壳体的第一端枢接;
连接框板,设有枢转连接件,所述两个壳体的第二端与所述枢转连接件枢接;
连杆,所述连杆的第一端与所述两个中框中的至少一个枢接,所述连杆的第二端与所述枢转连接件偏心枢接;
柔性显示屏,所述柔性显示屏设于所述两个中框表面;
其中,所述两个壳体在相对所述连接框板进行旋转折叠时,所述两个中框的第二端朝向所述壳体的第二端抵靠,使得所述两个中框第二端的间距大于所述两个中框第一端的间距,进而使得所述柔性显示屏折合区的弯曲周长加大以释放应力。
本发明通过在显示装置中设置枢转连接件和连杆,将壳体组件进行枢接,使得壳体组件中的两个壳体在相对所述连接框板进行旋转折叠时,壳体组件中的两个中框的第二端的间距大于两个中框的第一端的间距,进而使得显示装置中的柔性显示屏折合区的弯曲周长加大以释放应力,避免显示装置在折合后出现断裂或褶皱,提高显示装置的可靠性。

参见图1和图2,本发明显示装置实施例包括:
壳体组件10,壳体组件10包括两个壳体101及两个中框102,中框102的第一端与壳体101的第一端枢接;
可选的,壳体101可以由塑料或金属制成。
连接框板20,设有枢转连接件201,两个壳体101的第二端与枢转连接件201枢接;
在本实施例中,两个壳体101的第一端和两个中框102的第一端为靠近显示装置边缘的一端;两个壳体101的第二端和两个中框102的第二端为靠近折合区的一端。
连杆30,连杆30的第一端与两个中框102中的至少一个枢接,连杆30的第二端与枢转连接件201偏心枢接;
柔性显示屏40,柔性显示屏40设于两个中框102表面;
可选的,柔性显示屏40可以为柔性有机发光显示屏、柔性电泳显示屏、柔性液晶显示屏或柔性电润湿显示屏。
其中,两个壳体101在相对连接框板20进行旋转折叠时,两个中框102的第二端朝向壳体101的第二端抵靠,使得两个中框102第二端的间距大于两个中框102第一端的间距,进而使得柔性显示屏40折合区的弯曲周长加大以释放应力。
在本实施例中,两个壳体101分别包括底壁1011及与底壁1011连接的侧壁1012,两个中框102分别与两个壳体的底壁1011相对设置;两个中框102的第一端分别设有第一安装孔1021,两个壳体101的侧壁1011分别设有第二安装孔1013,第一安装孔1021和第二安装孔1013通过固定件(图中未示出)固定以使得两个壳体101枢接于两个中框102;两个中框102与底壁1011之间的距离大于零,使得两个壳体101在相对连接框板20进行旋转折叠时,可以在垂直底壁1011的方向上移动,以使得两个中框102的第二端与底壁1011的距离减小。
可选的,两个壳体101还设有多个第三安装孔1014,显示装置还包括两个前框103,两个前框103上设置有多个对应第三安装孔1014的第四安装孔1031,第三安装孔1014和第四安装孔1031通过固定件(图中未示出)固定以使得两个壳体101枢接于两个前框103。
可选的,第一安装孔1021、第二安装孔1013、第三安装孔1014和第四安装孔1031可以是普通圆孔、方孔或其他形状的孔,也可以是圆形、方形或其他形状的螺丝孔;固定件可以是螺丝钉或螺栓等。第一安装孔1021和第二安装孔1013还可以是互相卡扣的结构,例如其中一个为安装柱,另一个为对应的安装孔。第三安装孔1014和第四安装孔1031也可以是互相卡扣的结构。
参见图1至图6,枢转连接件201包括枢转部2011、设于枢转部2011一侧的安装柱2012和限位柱2013、设于枢转部2011另一侧的防呆装配部2014;连杆30包括主体301和位于主体301第二端的延伸部302,连杆30的第一端设有枢接柱3011,连杆30的第二端设有与安装柱2012对应的枢接孔3012;连接框板20包括基板202和垂直于基板202两侧的两个侧板203,其中,两个侧板203上设有对应防呆装配部2014的异型安装孔2031;中框102的第二端设有对应枢接柱3011的第五安装孔1022。
具体的,枢转部2011用于枢接壳体101,安装柱2012用于与枢接孔3012枢接,限位柱2013用于抵靠连杆30,防呆装配部2014用于与异型安装孔2031固定连接;枢接柱3011用于与第五安装孔1022枢接。两个壳体101在相对连接框板20进行旋转折叠时,连杆30转动到预定角度时,延伸部302抵接于限位柱2013,以使得连杆30不再相对于枢转连接件201转动。
可选的,第五安装孔1022可以是圆形、方形或其他形状的孔,也可以是凹槽。
连接框板20的基板202包括两个侧边2021,两个壳体101的第二端包括抵靠面1015。在显示装置的初始状态,基板202的两个侧边2021分别抵靠两个壳体101抵靠面1015,使柔性显示屏40及整个显示装置呈展开状态,如图7和图8所示。
其中,安装柱2012和限位柱2013都位于枢转连接件201靠近连接框板20的侧边2021的一侧。
参见图4、图9和图10,枢转连接件201的主体2011为圆柱形,显示装置从展开状态开始弯折,壳体组件10中的至少一个壳体101绕枢接于壳体101的枢转连接件201的主体2011的圆心开始转动,当中框102随壳体101转动到预定角度时,连杆30的延伸部302抵接限位柱2013,使得连杆30无法继续相对枢转连接件201转动,并通过枢接柱3011拉住中框102,中框102继续相对枢转连接件201转动使得中框102的第二端朝向壳体101的第二端抵靠,直到两个前框103的表面接触,两个壳体101和两个中框102在水平面上的投影重合,显示装置呈弯折状态,如图11和图12所示。此时,两个中框102第二端的间距大于两个中框102第一端的间距,使得柔性显示屏40折合区的弯曲周长加大以释放应力。
可选的,预定角度小于90°。
本发明实施例通过在显示装置中设置枢转连接件和连杆,将壳体组件进行枢接,使得壳体组件中的两个壳体在相对连接框板进行旋转折叠时,壳体组件中的两个中框的第二端的间距大于两个中框的第一端的间距,进而使得显示装置中的柔性显示屏折合区的弯曲周长加大以释放应力,避免显示装置在折合后出现断裂或褶皱,提高显示装置的可靠性。

- 一种显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括:.壳体组件,所述壳体组件包括两个壳体及两个中框,所述中框的第一端与所述壳体的第一端枢接;连接框板,设有枢转连接件,所述两个壳体的第二端与所述枢转连接件枢接;连杆,所述连杆的第一端与所述两个中框中的至少一个枢接,所述连杆的第二端与所述枢转连接件偏心枢接;柔性显示屏,所述柔性显示屏设于所述两个中框表面;其中,所述两个壳体在相对所述连接框板进行旋转折叠时,所述两个中框的第二端朝向所述壳体的第二端抵靠,使得所述两个中框第二端的间距大于所述两个中框第一端的间距,进而使得所述柔性显示屏折合区的弯曲周长加大以释放应力;所述枢转连接件包括枢转部、设于所述枢转部一侧的安装柱和限位柱,所述枢转部用于枢接所述壳体,所述安装柱用于与所述连杆的第二端枢接,所述限位柱用于抵靠所述连杆;所述两个壳体分别包括底壁及与所述底壁连接的侧壁,所述两个中框分别与所述两个壳体的所述底壁相对设置,在所述两个壳体折叠时,所述两个中框的第二端与所述底壁的距离减小。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述枢转连接件进一步包括设于所述枢转部另一侧的防呆装配部,所述防呆装配部用于与所述连接框板固定装配。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述连杆包括主体和延伸部,所述主体的第一端设有枢接柱,用于与所述中框枢接;所述连杆的第二端设有枢接孔以与所述安装柱枢接;所述延伸部位于所述主体的第二端,用于在所述连杆转动到预定角度时抵接于所述限位柱,以使得所述连杆不再相对于所述枢转连接件转动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述连接框板包括基板和垂直于所述基板两侧的两个侧板,所述侧板上设有异型安装孔以与所述防呆装配部固定连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述基板包括两个侧边,所述两个壳体的第二端包括抵靠面,所述两个侧边用于分别抵靠所述壳体的抵靠面。

- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述连杆包括主体和延伸部,所述主体的第一端设有枢接柱,用于与所述中框枢接;所述连杆的第二端设有枢接孔以与所述安装柱枢接;所述延伸部位于所述主体的第二端,用于在所述连杆转动到预定角度时抵接于所述限位柱,以使得所述连杆不再相对于所述枢转连接件转动。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述连接框板包括基板和垂直于所述基板两侧的两个侧板,所述侧板上设有异型安装孔以与所述防呆装配部固定连接。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述基板包括两个侧边,所述两个壳体的第二端包括抵靠面,所述两个侧边用于分别抵靠所述壳体的抵靠面。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述安装柱和限位柱都位于所述枢转连接件靠近所述连接框板的侧边的一侧。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述预定角度小于90°。
- 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述两个壳体分别包括底壁及与所述底壁连接的侧壁,所述两个中框分别与所述两个壳体的所述底壁相对设置,在所述两个壳体折叠时,所述两个中框的第二端与所述底壁的距离减小。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述两个中框的第一端分别设有第一安装孔,所述两个壳体的侧壁分别设有第二安装孔,所述第一安装孔和第二安装孔通过固定件固定以使得所述两个壳体枢接于所述两个中框。
