- the ribs 411 are a first rib 411 a provided on the first connector 41 side of the first pattern wiring 421 and a second rib 411 b provided on the first power supply circuit 44 side of the second pattern wiring 422.
- a third rib 411 c provided on the second power supply circuit 46 side of the third pattern wiring 423.
- the rib 411 is formed by fixing a resin plate member to a slit (not shown) formed on the control substrate 40.
- the pattern wiring 42 for electrostatic discharge is provided in front of the first connector 41.
- the distance from the terminal 201a of the communication module 200 to the first pattern wiring 421 is the first distance from the terminal 201a of the communication module 200. It becomes shorter than the distance to the terminal 41 a of the connector 41. Therefore, the terminal 201 a of the communication module 200 is electrically connected to the terminal 41 a of the first connector 41 before the terminal 201 a is electrically connected to the first connector 41.
- the static electricity charged in the communication module 200 is discharged to the first pattern wiring 421 before being discharged to the terminal 41 a of the first connector 41, and the static electricity is discharged, whereby the components on the control board 40 are Malfunctions and failures are prevented, and damage to semiconductor elements in the communication module 200 is further suppressed.
- the configuration shown in the above embodiment shows an example of the contents of the present invention, and can be combined with another known technique, and one of the configurations is possible within the scope of the present invention. Parts can be omitted or changed.

Abstract
Description
まず図1を参照して本発明の実施の形態に係る空気調和機1000の全体構成を説明する。図1は実施の形態に係る空気調和機1000の構成を示す図である。空気調和機1000は、室外機11と室内機12と通信インターフェース機器100とを備える。図1では天井カセット形の室内機12が示されるが、室内機12の形式は、天井カセット形に限定されず、天吊形、壁掛形又は床置形でもよい。室外機11及び室内機12は、冷媒管15と不図示の電力供給用配線とにより相互に接続される。室内機12には、通信インターフェース機器100との間で情報の伝送を行うための不図示の通信部が設けられる。通信インターフェース機器100と室内機12の当該通信部との間では、配線13を介して情報の伝送が行われる。また、通信インターフェース機器100の駆動に必要な電力は、室内機12から通信インターフェース機器100へ供給される。
Claims (2)
- 室内機と、
一端が前記室内機に接続される配線と、
前記配線の他端に接続され、前記配線を介して前記室内機と電気的に接続される通信インターフェース機器とを備え、
前記通信インターフェース機器は、
樹脂製の筐体と、
前記筐体に形成されカートリッジ型の通信モジュールが挿入される挿入孔と、
前記筐体の内部に設けられる制御基板と、
前記制御基板の板面に設けられ前記通信モジュールと電気的に接続される第1のコネクタと、
前記板面に設けられ、前記通信モジュールが前記第1のコネクタと電気的に接続される前に前記通信モジュールからの静電気を放電するためのパターン配線とを備え、
前記パターン配線は、前記配線を介して前記室内機のグランドと電気的に接続されることを特徴とする空気調和機。 - 前記制御基板には、前記パターン配線と電気的に接続されるグランドパターン配線が設けられ、
前記グランドパターン配線は、前記配線を介して前記室内機のグランドと電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気調和機。
