本发明属于跑步机技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有投影装置的智能跑步机。
背景技术
目前的跑步机,用户在跑步前在跑步机前端的显示屏幕上进行操作设置,在跑步过程中也需要在跑步机前端的显示屏幕上进行操作设备,用户在跑步过程中需跑到靠近跑步机前端处的屏幕低头察看信息,用户体验欠佳。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种具有投影装置的智能跑步机,其用户体验佳。
技术解决方案
本发明的技术方案是:一种具有投影装置的智能跑步机,包括底座,所述底座包括座体和跑带,所述座体的前端处转动连接有用于驱动所述跑带的主动轴,所述座体靠近后端处转动设置有从动轴,所述主动轴连接有用于驱动所述主动轴的主电机,所述跑带套于所述主动轴和从动轴,所述底座的两侧设置有扶手架,所述座体的前端设置有设备盒,所述设备盒的前端设置有投影孔,所述设备盒内设置有激光投影装置,所述激光投影装置包括内置显示屏和激光光源,所述设备盒内设置有主控电路板,所述内置显示屏和所述激光光源均通过电缆连接于所述主控电路板,其中一所述扶手架上设置有用于固定无线遥控器的支架,所述主控电路板具有用于接收无线遥控指令的无线接收模块,所述设备盒的后端设置有手势识别摄像头,所述手势识别摄像头通过导线连接于所述主控电路板,所述主控电路板设置有手势控制模块,所述设备盒的后端设置有用于测量与用户之间的距离的超声波测距仪,所述主电机连接有电机调速器,所述超声波测距仪连接于所述电机调速器;所述设备盒的后端还设置有红外人体感应开关,所述红外人体感应开关连接于所述激光光源,所述投影孔处设置有透明玻璃盖板。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明实施例提供的一种具有投影装置的智能跑步机,包括底座1,所述底座1包括座体11和跑带12,座体11的长度为2至2.5米,宽度为1米。所述座体11的前端处转动连接有用于驱动所述跑带12的主动轴13,所述座体11靠近后端处转动设置有从动轴14,所述主动轴13连接有用于驱动所述主动轴13的主电机15,主电机15连接有电机调速器17,所述跑带12套于所述主动轴13和从动轴14,所述底座1的两侧设置有扶手架19,扶手架19可以收拢折叠或展开,且扶手架19可调节高低。所述座体11的前端设置有设备盒5,设备盒5的高度小于30厘米,所述设备盒5的前端设置有投影孔501,所述设备盒5内设置有激光投影装置,所述激光投影装置包括内置显示屏51和激光光源52,内置显示屏51可为LED屏幕或TFT屏幕。激光光源52可以连接有金属散热座,金属散热座可以一体成型有多个间距排列的散热片,金属散热座可以嵌设有热管,热管的蒸发端嵌于金属散热座的孔位内,热管的冷凝端伸出于设备盒5的侧面。或者,金属散热座的底部贴设有半导体散热片。所述设备盒5内设置有主控电路板53,电机调速器17电连接于主控电路板53,所述内置显示屏51和所述激光光源52均通过电缆连接于所述主控电路板53,其中一所述扶手架19上设置有用于固定无线遥控器的支架,所述主控电路板53具有用于接收无线遥控指令的无线接收模块,用户可以通过无线遥控器控制跑步机,无线遥控器上可设置有液晶屏幕,以显示跑步机的工作状态等。所述设备盒5的后端设置有手势识别摄像头54,所述手势识别摄像头54通过导线连接于所述主控电路板53,所述主控电路板53设置有手势控制模块。所述设备盒5的后端设置有用于测量与用户之间的距离的超声波测距仪55,所述超声波测距仪55连接于所述电机调速器17;所述设备盒5的后端还设置有红外人体感应开关56,所述红外人体感应开关56通过导线连接于所述激光光源52,无人使用跑步机时可以自动关闭激光光源52,以提高使用寿命,所述投影孔501处设置有透明玻璃盖板57,防尘效果佳。激光投影装置可以将跑步机的状态、用户的信息投影至跑步机座体11前方的地面或墙面,投影的信息可以包括但不限于跑步模式、当前时间、速度、跑步累计时间、步数、用户心率等,由于激光投影装置的投影面积大,其投影尺寸可达17至40寸,可以同时显示多种信息,且用户在跑步时随时可以观看相关信息,无需凑近跑步机的前端低头察看,用户体验佳。而且,通过内置有识别模块的手势识别摄像头54进行手势和动作感应,可以控制跑步的各种功能,例如,向前连续摆手可以提高跑带12的速度,向后连续摆手时可以调低跑带12的速度,向左摆手可以切换跑步机的模式,向右摆手时可以使跑步机停止,连续向左摆头时可以切换跑步机的模式。具体应用中,通过手势识别摄像头54捕捉用户的动作,通过图像识别模块识别用户的动作并以相应的指令控制跑步机,在跑步过程中可以随时通过手部动作和头部动作控制跑步机,用户体检佳。超声波测距仪55可以精准测量与用户之间的距离,从而判断用户是否靠近于跑带12的末端,当用户靠近跑带12的末端时,电机调速器17可以及时自动调低主驱动电机的转速,避免用户跟不上跑带12速度而摔倒,且当用户靠近跑带12末端时,激光投影装置的投影也将自动显示警示信息,提示用户注意安全。
具体地,所述设备盒5的一侧设置有散热栅格,所述设备盒5内设置有散热风扇,所述散热风扇位于所述散热栅格处,散热效果佳。设备盒5的另一侧可以设置有进风孔,进风孔处可以设置有防尘网或静电除尘罩。
具体地,所述设备盒5设置有声控模块,声控模块可集成于主控电路板53。设备盒5的顶部和后端可以分别设置有至少一个麦克风,可以精准识别用户的语音指令,语音控制效果佳。
具体地,所述设备盒5的顶部设置有状态指示灯(LED灯),例如电源指示灯、速度指示灯等。
具体地,所述设备盒5的一侧设置有电源总开关,以便于对跑步机进行电源开关控制。
具体地,所述设备盒5的一侧或顶部设置有投影调焦旋钮,以调节激光投影装置的焦距,以适应于不同的应用场合。
具体地,所述设备盒5的一侧或顶部设置有投影形状校正旋钮,可以进行梯形校正等,以适应于不同的应用场合。
可选地,具有投影装置的智能跑步机还包括两个发光手环,两个发光手环可佩戴于用户的左右手腕。手势识别摄像头54更易于识别用户的手部动作,用户可以更精准地对跑步机进行控制。
