When the indwelling needle is successfully inserted into the tube, the needle is removed and the needle portion of the needle is partially withdrawn to the vicinity of the barrier. The needle is still withdrawn at a normal needle withdrawal speed due to the bubble pressure in the bubble chamber and the catheter seat. The blood pressure in the chamber is consistent, blocking the flow of blood to the end face of the barrier, which blocks the blood from entering the lumen of the needle through the tip opening of the needle. At the same time, since the bubble in the bubble chamber blocks the flow of blood to the end surface of the barrier member, when the barrier member is deformed by the compression of the needle tube, when the slow recovery occurs after the needle tube is removed, the bubble in the bubble chamber first overflows, and the blood can reach the blood. The end face of the barrier member restores the self-closing time of the barrier member, thereby eliminating blood spillage and thus allowing the needle to be easily withdrawn. This configuration of the indwelling needle returns blood quickly, and there is also the advantage that there is no problem of overflow of the blood returning side hole during the needle withdrawal operation.
