Definitions
- the present invention relates to a toilet bowl with detergent, which serves for attachment to a toilet bowl, a use and a toilet bowl and detergent comprehensive set.
- rim blocks which are usually attached to the edge ("rim") of the toilet in cup or cage-like containers, which are referred to below as toilet bowls.
- the toilet bowls generally have a first and a second wall, between these walls, the cleaning agent is arranged.
- One of the cupboard walls has its visible side in the suspended state in the interior of the toilet bowl.
- the basket has inlet and outlet openings for the rinse water.
- the agent in the basket is overflowed by the rinse water during each rinse.
- a small proportion of the cleaning agent is dissolved with the release of surfactants, fragrances, etc., with each rinse, which then the desired cleaning of the toilet bowl and the toilet sump and the desired scent are achieved.
- the detergents have fragrances and are colored for a visually pleasing appearance.
- toilet cleaners are also offered with colored gel phases.
- Tricolor detergents with two differently colored gel phases in red and blue and one detergent tablet phase in white are also known, for example, from the EU design patent 000748975-0009.
- toilet bowls In addition to these toilet cleaners with different colors that are offered in appropriate baskets, toilet bowls have become known in recent years, which contain several detergents in different colors, which serve not only a visually appealing exterior, but the consumer also different ingredients and To visualize functions.
- the individual cleaning agents may, for example, be disc-shaped, spherical or cube-shaped and are often in two changing colors, for example in the form of individual pink and blue spheres (in the color sequence pink-blue-pink-blue) according to EU design patent 001973579-0003 or in the form of discs of different colors, which are produced by extrusion or tabletting processes.
- This method requires a high technical complexity and is therefore economical only for large quantities. In addition, special systems are required.
- a toilet bowl with a plurality of individual chambers wherein the individual chambers can be filled with different agents.
- the chambers are provided with a lid, which is removed before hanging in the toilet.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a toilet bowl with detergent, which meets the wishes of the consumer to a visually appealing, special design and is easy and inexpensive to produce.
- the toilet bowl has a first and a second basket wall, wherein the first cup wall comprises a Einlegerblatt, wherein the Einlegerblatt can be attached to the rest of the basket and has the insert sheet with its visible side in the direction of the interior of the toilet bowl and carries information visible to the consumer, and wherein the insert sheet is fixedly connected to the cleaning agent.
- the cleaning agent firmly connected to the insert sheet can be inserted into a toilet bowl.
- a Einlegerblatt which carries a visible to the consumer information facing in the direction of the interior of the toilet bowl, the basket with the detergent in a simple manner by appropriate information on the Einlegerblatt such as images, images, colors, texts , Comics, etc. are made visually appealing.
- the insert sheet is firmly connected to the detergent and thus forms an individually manageable unit.
- Such insertsheet and cleaning means may be offered for refilling the basket and then attached to the rest of the basket for refilling.
- the "empty" insert sheet can then either be removed from the remainder of the basket after consumption of the cleaning agent, which gradually dissolves on flushing and be replaced with a new insert sheet with new detergent.
- the basket can be disposed of with the attached Einlegerblatt and replaced with a new basket.
- the Einlegerblatt remains in the toilet bowl during use of the toilet bowl, because only so it can provide during the period of use for a visually pleasing appearance of the toilet bowl. It is generally when the toilet bowl is hung in the toilet bowl, between the cup wall, which faces the toilet inside, and the detergent. The information on the insert sheet is generally visible to the consumer when the basket is properly hung in the toilet bowl. The insert sheet remains in the basket at least until the detergent has been completely rinsed off. It can of course be exchanged by the consumer.
- the respective cleaning agent can thus be attached to the rest of the basket firmly attached to the visually appealing designed sheet or inserted into a toilet bowl, and the design of the basket is determined over the life of the cleaning agent by the respective design of the insert sheet used.
- the insert sheet is preferably made of a flat material such as a film and may be formed in three dimensions, for example in the form of a half-shell.
- the insert sheet also has openings, so that the rinse water can penetrate through these openings into the interior of the basket.
- cleaning agent is understood as meaning both a WC cleaning agent as such, which gradually dissolves after a large number of rinses, and a cleaning agent packaged in a water-soluble film.
- cleaning agent both the unpackaged and the packaged detergent can be firmly connected to the Einlegerblatt.
- the cleaning agent itself but rather the visually appealing insert sheet that is the "eye-catcher" of the detergent-filled basket, which can require the complex and cost-intensive steps required for coloring, multicolouring or an otherwise attractive appearance of the cleaning agent are to be saved.
- visually appealing toilet bowls comprising cleaning agents are provided without having to color the cleansing agents for a pleasing appearance with dyes, in addition the unwanted colored streaks in the toilet bowl are avoided, which are caused by the colored detergent solutions dripping out of the basket with a time delay because the compositions of the invention no longer need to be colored.
- the saving of dyes is a great advantage, especially with regard to the detergent tablets pressed from powders, because the tablets compressed from powders must use very high dye concentrations due to the scattering coefficient of the powders in order to obtain a strong color.
- a "rest basket” is in the context of the present invention, a toilet bowl without Einlegerblatt.
- the insert sheet which can be shaped accordingly and can also have inlet openings, forms a complete basket wall or cup half
- the "remaining" cup can only be provided with means for attachment to the toilet bowl, such as a handle, the other cup half or basket wall, if necessary Floor, and fasteners for the insert sheet exist.
- the insert sheets according to the invention are also distinguished by the fact that they are simple and can be produced individually and in a large number of variants.
- insert sheet is understood to mean a flat or three-dimensionally shaped part which can be fastened to the "remaining" toilet bowl and is made from a thin sheet material such as a film, which optionally can also have inlet openings for the rinsing water.
- the insert sheet is formed three-dimensional, it preferably has with the curvature in the direction of the toilet bowl.
- the curvature may also point in the direction of the cleaning agent.
- the insert sheet is a cut plastic film printed with information such as a pleasing motif and formed flat or in the form of a half-shell.
- This plastic film should be so dimensionally stable and stiff that it forms a stretched visible surface in front of the detergent until the consumption of the detergent.
- the plastic film is printed with an "information", for example a color, a color mixture, a picture, a work of art, a comic, a text, a photograph, a motif or the like.
- the possibilities of the print motifs on the insert sheet are far greater than the color variants and motifs which offer colored cleaning agents.
- filigree motifs can also be selected with the insert sheet according to the invention.
- the insert sheet After the insert sheet is visible from the visible side of the basket, the insert sheet is, so to speak, the "eye-catcher", the essential design element of the basket.
- the toilet bowls can also be customized customized.
- the insert sheet (without the information) may be transparent, partially translucent or completely opaque.
- the inlay sheet is transparent or substantially transparent except for a printed or inked area with the information, so that one can see through the transparent areas of the insert sheet onto the cleaning agent.
- the insert sheet is made of PET, polypropylene, polystyrene, PVC, biopolymers or another plastic and preferably of recyclable PET.
- the insert sheet is a PET film with a layer thickness of 0.02 mm to 5 mm, preferably 0.05 mm to 0.5 mm.
- the insert sheet can also be made of other materials such as metal foils or preferably flat composite materials that printed, punched or otherwise by an attractive surface "information" wear configured.
- the liner should preferably be water-insoluble so that it can provide a pleasing appearance over the life of the basket and will not gradually dissolve in the purge stream.
- the ink of the information of the insert sheet may be both water-insoluble and water-soluble. A combination of water-soluble and water-insoluble ink is possible.
- water-soluble ink If water-soluble ink is used, it will dissolve over time, i. the information fades as the consumption of the detergent increases. If a combination of a water-soluble and a water-insoluble ink is selected, the motif changes with the number of rinses and towards the end of the life of the agent is then, for example, only the water-insoluble pressure to see. Thus, over the use of different printing inks, a change over the life of the agent information can be obtained.
- the insert sheet can also consist of several parts. These can be arranged arbitrarily, for example next to each other or one above the other.
- the insert sheet can also have kinks or folds or perforations.
- the insert sheet is fixed to the piece-shaped cleaning agent, in particular cohesively and / or positively connected.
- the insert sheet can be glued onto the piece-shaped cleaning agent.
- the cleaning agent can be cast as a melt in the molded half-shell of the insert sheet.
- the cleaning agent can be attached to the insert sheet also by mechanical brackets (brackets, grooves, etc.).
- the insert sheet can be hammered together with the piece-shaped cleaning agent in a PVA film and thereby secured.
- the insert sheet together with the detergent forms an independently manageable part, which performs two functions, on the one hand to form the eye-catcher of the basket and on the other hand also to take over the cleaning function. If the cleaning function is completely consumed by the complete dissolution of the detergent during the rinse, the insert sheet, i. the eye-catcher, either removed and inserted a new cleaning agent with visually appealing designed Einlegerblatt in the basket or otherwise secured, or disposed of the basket as a whole.
- the remainder of the basket thus acts to secure the cleaning agent and the insert sheet and attach it to the toilet rim or in the toilet bowl.
- Another function of the rest of the basket and / or the Einlegerblatts is to direct a portion of the rinse water through openings in the interior of the basket and rinse out the detergent rinse water from the basket again.
- the insert sheet can be attached to the rest of the basket example meadow by hanging, jamming, insertion into a groove, gluing, magnetic or otherwise.
- the insert sheet with the cleaning agent firmly attached thereto can also be easily inserted into a basket like a conventional cleaning agent and the basket then closed.
- the insert sheet can be fastened to the remaining basket both detachably and non-detachably.
- the insert sheet can be removed from the rest of the basket and disposed of.
- the entire basket is disposed of with the insoluble associated deposit sheet.
- the manufacture is simplified compared to a custom disposable basket, since the "rest of the basket" can be produced in large quantities as a standard part and only an individualization with respect to the insert sheet, which is then connected to the detergent must be made.
- the insert sheet may have openings near its upwardly facing edge through which corresponding hooks may be inserted on the remaining cup, such that the insert sheet with the cleaning agent firmly attached thereto will stick to the rest Basket is hung up.
- the Einlegerblatt can also be releasably secured in the rest of the basket, that the Einlegerblatt is pushed with its vertically extending sides in each case a vertically extending groove in the side cup walls. Due to the fact that the insert sheet rests with its underside on the bottom of the basket, a sufficient stability is achieved. The production costs for such a "remaining" basket are low.
- the Einlegerblatt can be designed individually and then simply used together with the firmly attached cleaning agent in the rest of the basket and at the same time forms the visible from the consumer cup wall.
- the insert sheet is shaped in the form of a half-shell.
- the half-shell can now be inserted with its convex curvature through a corresponding opening in the first cup wall through, where it can be supported in the opening.
- the half-shell thus protrudes from the rest of the basket into the interior of the toilet bowl.
- the cleaning agent may be supported with its rear side preferably on the second cup wall, which is directed towards the toilet bowl.
- molten cleaning agents are poured into such shells, which are then solidified.
- the basket may either be transparent and thus the insert sheet may be completely visible from the visible side through the transparent cup or cup portion or the first wall of the cup which faces the toilet bowl interior in the cupboard cup the toilet bowl attached state has, has a (larger) opening through which the Einlegerblatt or much of the Einlegerblatts is then visible to the consumer or through which the molded Einlegerblatt extends toward the interior of the toilet bowl.
- the size or the diameter of the opening may, for example, at least 40%, preferably at least 50% or more preferably at least 60% correspond to the size of the cleaning agent, so that on the one hand a lot of water can penetrate through this opening in the basket and also a large window on the insert sheet is obtained.
- the basket may be transparent, somewhat translucent or not transparent, both white, black and colored.
- the insert sheet additionally has at least one inlet opening for the rinsing water and / or at least one guide element for the rinsing water in order to promote the entry of the rinsing water into the basket and to the cleaning agent to be dissolved.
- the size, number and shape of the openings depends both on the resolution to be achieved, as well as on the particular desired optics.
- a printed rectangular insert sheet having a plurality of entrance openings may be simply adhered to the, for example, cylindrical or rectangular detergent tablet, and the insert sheet-detergent composite is then fixed to the cup member by means of the insert sheet, e.g. in that the insert sheet has openings in its upper region, through which corresponding noses can be inserted in the basket part.
- the insert sheet is a deep-drawn piece of film or otherwise three-dimensionally shaped, preferably sheet-shaped, insert sheet, e.g. made of PET, which preferably has a shell shape.
- the shell shape may vary, e.g. be trough-shaped, star-shaped, flower-shaped or shaped differently.
- the melt of the cleaning agent can be poured into the flower shape and then cooled.
- the three-dimensional flower shape can then be visually supported by the "consumer information", such as an attractive pressure or similar.
- the three-dimensional shape such as a flower shape
- the three-dimensional shape is located in the region of the large opening in the basket wall and is projected outwardly therefrom, i. in the direction of the interior of the toilet bowl, thus the shape bulges outwards like a stomach so that at least part of the shaped insert sheet extends into the free space of the interior of the toilet bowl.
- the fact that there is a large opening in the basket wall and the insert sheet also preferably has a plurality of inlet openings for the rinse water in the area of the flowers (form), the rinse water can reach the detergent contained in the flower shape. It is understood that this also applies to other three-dimensional shapes, in particular convex shapes.
- the unit of insert sheet (tray) and cleaning agent is preferably enclosed by a water-soluble film, for example of PVA, in order to prevent the evaporation of the ingredients such as fragrances and also make the unit easy to touch even for the consumer.
- a water-soluble film for example of PVA
- This composite is then secured in the (remaining) basket and the basket hung in the bowl and rinsed.
- the PVA film slowly dissolves and the surface of the cleaning agent and the openings in the shell are rinsed free and are thus "ready for use”.
- the insert sheet has one or more perforations for the production of openings.
- the consumer can thus - depending on the desired amount of water that is to enter the basket - by piercing one or more perforations determine the number of access openings and possibly their size.
- the three-dimensionally deformed insert sheet may also have a curvature in the direction of the cleaning agent.
- a curvature especially in combination with additional openings or guide elements - the passage of the rinse water to the detergent can be improved.
- the insert sheet becomes the carrier for the fragrances
- the production process of the cleaning agent and its formulation can be further simplified and the cycle times can be increased.
- incompatibilities, chemical reactions, etc. between fragrances and other components in the detergent are avoided.
- the fragrances can be applied by special printing process on the insert sheet or already contained in the plastic material. They gradually evaporate from the surface of the insert sheet, independently of the rinse cycle, thus ensuring even scenting.
- the insert sheet can also be equipped, for example, with silver particles or silver compounds for antibacterial effect.
- Other insoluble or gradually dissolving additives may include the insert sheet.
- the insert sheet with indicators that indicate, for example, the consumption of the toilet detergent.
- the insert sheet can also be printed with different printing inks having different properties, e.g. can be printed on the solubility, whereby over the consumption period changing information can be achieved.
- the insert sheet can also be equipped with a QR code and for theft protection of the entire package with an RFID chip.
- the insert sheet according to the invention with the cleaning agent firmly attached thereto, which can not be removed by this non-destructive, can be used both in a disposable toilet bowl, as well as in refillable toilet bowls.
- the insert sheet can be adapted to any cup geometry as a flat foil piece or as a three-dimensionally deformed inserter sheet and thus can be used for baskets with cuboid, round, cylindrical, cube-shaped or otherwise shaped detergents in a basket for one, two, three, four or more cleaning agents.
- the insert sheet can also be produced as an injection-molded part.
- the basket contains one or more transparent cleaning agents with deposit sheets firmly connected thereto.
- toilet cleaning agents can be used in the toilet bowl.
- the differently combined variants of inserts sheets such as a flat printed piece of film having fragrances and holes, or a three-dimensionally deformed film piece, which is formed in the shape of a heart and coated with silver and has an opening in the upper area
- the different variants of baskets such as a transparent, semi-transparent or opaque residual basket, which may have a large opening in the first wall.
- the invention also relates to a fixedly connected to the detergent insert sheet.
- the invention also relates to a set in which the Einlegerblatt by the consumer himself, for. B. with a laser printer, printed and glued to the detergent and then attached to the rest of the toilet bowl.
- the (remaining) toilet bowl, the detergent or the cleaning agent and at least one printable Einlegerblatt be offered as a set to be individually printed by the customer can.
- the invention also relates to a use of an insert sheet which is fixedly connected to the cleaning agent.
