Abstract

優れた感度を有するOGS方式のタッチセンサを提供することを課題とする。また、タッチパネルを提供することも課題とする。タッチセンサは、タッチ面を有するガラス基板と、ガラス基板のタッチ面とは反対側の面上に形成された金属細線からなる第1タッチ電極とを有し、ガラス基板は、Si原子、Al原子、及び、K原子を含有し、Si原子の含有量が、ガラス基板の全質量に対して25.0~35.0質量%であり、Al原子の含有量が、ガラス基板の全質量に対して5.0~16.0質量%であり、K原子の含有量が、ガラス基板の全質量に対して3.0~10.0質量%である。
