Definitions
- This invention relates to a fillable closure which can be triggered by means of a push button, so that a directly housed in the closure substance or housed inside the closure, separately filled receiving cup is thereby emptied into the large container with which the closure is equipped.
- Many drinks are already produced today by mixing a concentrate with water. Instead of distributing the finished mix, it would be much more efficient if the bottlers could simply fill up with water on the spot and the concentrate would only be added to the water in the bottle by the first opening of the bottle and then mixed with it.
- a known solution for dosing a separate liquid is a plastic dosing with associated container neck for a container. It consists of a threaded cap, a separately fillable capsule which can be closed with a foil or closed after filling and an associated container neck. The capsule is directed with its closing foil downwards and held inside the container neck. When attached to the container neck cap it protrudes into the interior of the container neck, and there is a piercing and cutting device at the bottom of the container neck, by means of which the closing foil at the bottom of the capsule when opening the first plastic DosierverInstitutes openable, so that the in the capsule contained substance falls into the container.
- the threaded cap is when turning counterclockwise - ie in the release direction - initially moved down the container neck due to an opposite thread, whereby the film of the capsule is pressed inside the container neck via a piercing and cutting device and thus cut, while the threaded cap on the Container neck finally finds a stop.
- the disadvantage of this solution is that it is complex in design and execution, but left- and right-handed threads are needed, and the assembly of the closure is not without problems.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a fillable closure, which itself forms a water vapor and oxygen-tight, refillable cup or can accommodate a separately filled water vapor and oxygen-tight receiving cup, and easier in the production and in the Assembling is, consists of a minimum number of parts, and by a single action - a single action - is operable so that the contents of the filled cup or receiving cup is safely and completely emptied into the container equipped with the closure.
- a fillable closure for triggering the emptying of a directly located in the interior of this closure substance or emptying of an inside of this closure, filled with a substance receiving cup
- the closure an associated threaded connector with a flange at its lower Includes the end, with which it is sealingly glued or welded to a hole or in a hole of a separate container, or forms the threaded neck of a container integrally connected to it, and with a screwed onto this threaded connector cap, which in the toppled position of the cap either forming a refillable cup with sealing foil for closing, or in which cap a separately fillable receptacle can be inserted, for metering a certain substance into the container equipped with this cap, the contents of the cup or receptacle rs is hermetically enclosed in the cap with a sealing foil,
- a pipe section protrudes axially downwards and from its inner upper end an upwardly and outwardly deformable dome is formed with a central pusher, and wherein depressing the dome with at least one formed on its underside or inserted or at the bottom Edge of their usable receiving cup formed lancing and cutting element the flared at the bottom of the pipe section sealing film pierceable, cut and hinged.

- FIG. 13 The continuation of the sealing film opening from the situation in FIG. 12, by folding down about the hinge area at the crown edge.
- cap 1 of the closure is initially shown. It forms as a special feature an outwardly directed, deformable
- Dome 5 which is surrounded by an equally high protective edge, that is from a Inner wall 3, which merges at the top in a radially outwardly leading bridge 4, and then in the back downwardly directed outer wall 2, which is provided with grip ribs 27.
- the dome 5 is designed very thin walls, so that it is deformable when pressed axially on its pusher surface 6 at the zenith.
- the inner annular wall 3 and the outer annular wall 2 extend upwards in their height to the zenith of the dome 5, so that they form the same an outer circumferential guard ring, which provides protection against unintentional operation of the pusher surface 6.
- the pusher surface 6 can be pressed down in the axial direction. This causes the emptying of the filling as will be described below.
- a guarantee film 8 can be glued, as indicated in the figure 1, which covers the depressible dome 5 as Warö Maschinensgarantie. It then recognizes the pusher surface 6 only after removing this guarantee film 8, or the guarantee film 8 must be pushed through to depress the dome 5 down.
- the closure cap 1 At the lower end of the closure cap 1 can still be seen the lower end of the in-lying pipe section 19, which serves for filling with a separate substance.
- the closure can also be carried out without these annular walls 2, 3 by forming an annular wall with an internal thread below the dome, although this embodiment is not shown here in a figure. In this case, the dome can be covered with an associated protective cap to prevent unintentional depression of the dome 5.
- This cap can be integrally connected to the closure via a film hinge and then sprayed together with him, and the cap is then swung onto the dome and with its edge on it clickable.
- the protective cap can also be designed as a separate part, which is then slipped over the dome and clicked on the closure.
- FIG. 2 shows this cap 1 with the associated threaded connection 9 shown below with external thread 10, with a flange 1 1 at its lower end and an all-round, radially projecting ring 12.
- the cap 1 in a representation shown, which releases the view from diagonally below into their interior. Downwardly projects a pipe section 19 which is continued with the diameter of the dome down and is suitable for receiving a separate liquid or free-flowing substance. Close to the bottom is a stepped shoulder 20 is formed on which a sealing film can be placed after filling and can be crimped onto the shoulder 20 with the protruding edge region 14. This is done by heating and folding the protruding edge portion 14 of the pipe section 19 on this shoulder 20.
- the piercing and cutting elements here in the form of lancing and cutting teeth 22nd
- FIG. 4 shows the cap seen from below.
- three lancing and cutting teeth 22 are formed on the inside of the dome 5.
- Each lancing and cutting tooth 22 extends at its outer end into a piercing tip 23. From this piercing tip 23 lead on both sides obliquely to the axial direction of the pipe section 19 sloping cutting edges 25.
- the piercing and cutting elements 22 on the inside of the dome thus form here a group of axially downwardly directed lancing and cutting teeth 22, wherein the lancing - And cutting teeth 22 are curved along a common circumferential line 29, on which circumferential line 29 they are formed.
- Two of the piercing and cutting teeth 22 are diametrically opposed to each other and a third is between these two diametrically opposed piercing and cutting teeth 22 on the same circumferential line 29.
- In the center between these piercing and cutting teeth 22 is on the underside of the pusher surface 6 at least formed an axially extending profile 26. If now pressed by pressing a finger on the pusher surface 6 at the dome 5 the same under deformation down, so prick the three lances and incisors 22 first with their tips 23 the crimped on the shoulder 20 sealing disc at three points, and afterwards cut the cutting edges 25 each on both sides of the punctures continue until a circular disc is cut out of the sealing disk 15 by about 270 ° along the circumferential line 29.
- the T-profile 26 in the center pushes the disc further down and breaks the material bridges between the piercing and incisors, which has not yet been cut by these, and at the free space on the circumferential line 29, where no lancing and cutting tooth 22 is, is another in cross-section T-shaped profile 24.
- the central T-profile 26 acts as a pusher and breaks the previously remained material bridges on the sealing film 15 between the lancing and cutting teeth 22.
- the outer T-profile 24 comes on the circumferential line 29 in action.
- these lancing and cutting teeth 22 and ram profiles 24,26 may be integrally formed on a separate base plate. This base plate then has on its outer side a bump, with which it is einticianbar in a corresponding formed on the underside of the dome 5 recess.
- the equipment of a container with this closure is such that the threaded connector 9 of the closure is either glued or welded to its flange 11 on a hole edge, or inserted from below into a hole until its flange 1 1 rests on the inside of the hole edge and there is glued or welded with him.
- This is possible if it is a composite package, which is filled after installation of the threaded connector 9 in a crashed position and then sealed at its end ultimately forming the subfloor part of the composite package.
- the threaded connector 9 can also be part of a plastic or PET bottle.
- FIG. 5 shows the closure in a diametral section. It can be seen here how the piercing and cutting teeth 22 and the profiles 24, 26 are formed on the inside of the dome 5.
- the piercing and cutting teeth 22 project furthest down.
- the central profile 26 protrudes slightly less far down, and the molded on the circumferential line 29 profile 24 protrudes least far down.
- the lancing and cutting teeth 22 are first effective and each cut a circle segment from the sealing film 15 which rests on the shoulder 20 and previously on this by heating and flipping the edge regions 14 of the pipe section 19, as indicated by arrows, was crimped.
- the central profile 26 is effective and pushes the sealing film 15 down and thus tears the standing at her material bridges between the three piercing and cutting teeth 22 on.
- the piercing and cutting teeth 22 are pivoted radially outward and then comes the profile 24 in action. It pivots the circular disk, which has now been cut out of the sealing film by about 340 °, down into the threaded connection (not shown here).
- FIG. 6 shows this closure with closure cap and associated threaded connection 9 in a perspective view obliquely from above.
- the closure cap 1 consists again of an outer annular wall 2 and an inner annular wall 3, which are interconnected via a bridge 4. At the lower end of the inner annular wall 3, this merges in the radial direction into a bottom, on the underside of which a downwardly extending pipe section is formed, while on its upper side a dome 5 is formed. This forms at the zenith an outwardly projecting pusher surface 6.
- a guarantee ring 7 which is held in known manner over some acting as predetermined breaking material bridges at the bottom of the cap 1.
- the associated threaded connector 9 This forms on its outside a thread 10.
- the threaded connector 9 runs at its lower end in a radially projecting flange 1 1.
- the guarantee strip 7 on the cap 1 when screwing on the threaded connector 9 eintician and henceforth, the cap 1 can only be unscrewed from the threaded connector 9 while breaking the material bridges.
- the threaded connector 9 can be welded or glued into a hole on a container.
- FIG. 7 shows the closure according to FIG. 6 with all components, namely from above with the closure cap 1, including the receiving cup 13, the sealing disc 15 and the threaded neck 9, shown obliquely from above in a perspective view of all components.
- the receiving cup 13 fits in the position shown in the cap 1 and is pushed from below in the axial direction into this until his bump 16 clicks on its upper side from below into the depression on the underside of the pusher surface 6 at the zenith of the dome 5 of the cap 1 is formed.
- the receiving cup 13 can be seen here through piercing teeth 17, except for a point 18 where no teeth are formed.
- the lower edge of the receiving cup therefore forms about 340 ° of its circumference a crown edge of lancing teeth 17.
- the sealing disk 15 is shown under the receiving cup 13, the sealing disk 15 is shown. This can be made of either a water vapor and oxygen-proof material, for example, an aluminum foil or a laminate containing an aluminum foil, or of any other suitable laminate having these properties.
- the threaded connector 9 is shown.
- the receiving cup 13 is shown below the cap 1. In this illustration, one recognizes the crown edge with the closed row of piercing teeth 17 and the portion 18 where such piercing teeth 17 are missing.
- the sealing disk 15 is shown, and at the bottom of the Gwindestutzen 9 with his well recognizable here flange 1 1 and the circumferential ring 12.
- Der Receiving cup 13 is inserted into the pipe section 19 and into the subsequent dome 5. And in these in the dome from the bottom clicked receiving cup 13, if he is together with the cap 1 in a crashed position, a substance to be filled almost to the shoulder 20 of the receiving cup 13, be it a liquid or free-flowing substance.
- the receiving cup 13 is hermetically sealed by placing the sealing foil 15 on its shoulder 20 and crimping the sealing foil 15 onto this shoulder 20.
- Figure 9 shows the components cap 1, receiving cup 13 and sealing film 15, as they are arranged in order.
- the receiving cup 13 is clicked in empty form from below into the pipe section 19 and the dome 5.
- the cap 1 is overturned by 180 ° and in this position, the receiving cup 13 is filled with a special substance that can later be added to the contents of the container equipped with the closure.
- the sealing film 15 is placed on the inboard shoulder 20 on the pipe section 19 and the edge region of the pipe section 19 is hot folded onto the sealing film 15 and pressed so that it is hermetically sealed at the end on the shoulder 20.
- Figure 10 shows the closure in a diametrical section and this view clarifies why the opening of the sealing film 15 works reliably.
- the crown edge with the piercing teeth 17 at the lower edge of the receiving cup 13 is in fact advantageously arranged slightly inclined to the sealing foil 15, so that it encloses with this a very acute angle. This is indicated by the dashed line A. If one presses on the pusher surface 6 and presses the receiving cup 13 in the interior of the tube section 19 downwards, so the first pricking teeth 17 pierce the sealing film 15 first. The piercing force is concentrated on a few teeth.
- FIG. 11 shows the same diametrical section, but here in a perspective view obliquely from above. Here you can see the point 18 on the crown edge, where no teeth are formed. This point 18 comes when depressing the receiving cup 13 at the end of the effect. She expresses that the sealing film 15 cut circular disc at this point around the shoulder 20 down so that radially outside the point 18, the circular disc hinged folds down by approximately 90 ° down and is pivoted into the threaded neck. Thereby, the substance in the receiving cup 13 reliably and completely fall through the threaded connector in the container equipped with the closure.
- FIG. 12 shows the opening process, that is, the cutting out of a circular disk of the sealing film 15 in a virtual view, so to speak, because this opening operation takes place when inserted receiving cup 13, which is shown here but outside the cap.
- the outer edge of the sealing film 15 is firmly connected to the shoulder 20 in the closure cap or crimped on this.
- the depressed receiving cup 13 with its lower crown edge of teeth 17 pierces the sealing film 15 along a circumferential line and thus cuts it around a circumference of about 340 ° from a circular disk from her.
- FIG. 13 shows the following process when the receptacle 13 is pressed further down.

Abstract
Description
Befüllbarer Verschluss mit Druckknopf zum Auslösen Filling closure with push button for triggering
This invention relates to a fillable closure which can be triggered by means of a push button, so that a directly housed in the closure substance or housed inside the closure, separately filled receiving cup is thereby emptied into the large container with which the closure is equipped. Many drinks are already produced today by mixing a concentrate with water. Instead of distributing the finished mix, it would be much more efficient if the bottlers could simply fill up with water on the spot and the concentrate would only be added to the water in the bottle by the first opening of the bottle and then mixed with it.
A known solution for dosing a separate liquid is a plastic dosing with associated container neck for a container. It consists of a threaded cap, a separately fillable capsule which can be closed with a foil or closed after filling and an associated container neck. The capsule is directed with its closing foil downwards and held inside the container neck. When attached to the container neck cap it protrudes into the interior of the container neck, and there is a piercing and cutting device at the bottom of the container neck, by means of which the closing foil at the bottom of the capsule when opening the first plastic Dosierverschlusses openable, so that the in the capsule contained substance falls into the container. The threaded cap is when turning counterclockwise - ie in the release direction - initially moved down the container neck due to an opposite thread, whereby the film of the capsule is pressed inside the container neck via a piercing and cutting device and thus cut, while the threaded cap on the Container neck finally finds a stop. Upon further rotation of the threaded cap in the release direction this takes with the container neck, which in turn sits with a thread on the container neck, but which requires a stronger torque to unscrew. So if the threaded cap is rotated further, it takes with it the container neck and the now lying empty capsule and the whole closure is unscrewed from the container neck. The disadvantage of this solution, however, is that it is complex in design and execution, but left- and right-handed threads are needed, and the assembly of the closure is not without problems.
The object of the present invention is to provide a fillable closure, which itself forms a water vapor and oxygen-tight, refillable cup or can accommodate a separately filled water vapor and oxygen-tight receiving cup, and easier in the production and in the Assembling is, consists of a minimum number of parts, and by a single action - a single action - is operable so that the contents of the filled cup or receiving cup is safely and completely emptied into the container equipped with the closure.

Sie formt als Besonderheit eine nach aussen gerichtete, deformierbareIn Figure 1, only the cap 1 of the closure is initially shown. It forms as a special feature an outwardly directed, deformable
Dome 5, which is surrounded by an equally high protective edge, that is from a Inner wall 3, which merges at the top in a radially outwardly leading bridge 4, and then in the back downwardly directed outer wall 2, which is provided with grip ribs 27. The dome 5 is designed very thin walls, so that it is deformable when pressed axially on its pusher surface 6 at the zenith. The inner annular wall 3 and the outer annular wall 2 extend upwards in their height to the zenith of the dome 5, so that they form the same an outer circumferential guard ring, which provides protection against unintentional operation of the pusher surface 6. The pusher surface 6 can be pressed down in the axial direction. This causes the emptying of the filling as will be described below. On the encircling guard ring a guarantee film 8 can be glued, as indicated in the figure 1, which covers the depressible dome 5 as Erstöffnungsgarantie. It then recognizes the pusher surface 6 only after removing this guarantee film 8, or the guarantee film 8 must be pushed through to depress the dome 5 down. At the lower end of the closure cap 1 can still be seen the lower end of the in-lying pipe section 19, which serves for filling with a separate substance. However, the closure can also be carried out without these annular walls 2, 3 by forming an annular wall with an internal thread below the dome, although this embodiment is not shown here in a figure. In this case, the dome can be covered with an associated protective cap to prevent unintentional depression of the dome 5. This cap can be integrally connected to the closure via a film hinge and then sprayed together with him, and the cap is then swung onto the dome and with its edge on it clickable. In one variant, the protective cap can also be designed as a separate part, which is then slipped over the dome and clicked on the closure.
Figure 2 shows this cap 1 with the associated threaded connection 9 shown below with external thread 10, with a flange 1 1 at its lower end and an all-round, radially projecting ring 12. In Figure 3, the cap 1 in a representation shown, which releases the view from diagonally below into their interior. Inside the pipe section 19 can be seen the piercing and cutting elements, here in the form of lancing and cutting teeth 22nd
Figure 4 shows the cap seen from below. As you can see, here three lancing and cutting teeth 22 are formed on the inside of the dome 5. Each lancing and cutting tooth 22 extends at its outer end into a piercing tip 23. From this piercing tip 23 lead on both sides obliquely to the axial direction of the pipe section 19 sloping cutting edges 25. The piercing and cutting elements 22 on the inside of the dome thus form here a group of axially downwardly directed lancing and cutting teeth 22, wherein the lancing - And cutting teeth 22 are curved along a common circumferential line 29, on which circumferential line 29 they are formed. Two of the piercing and cutting teeth 22 are diametrically opposed to each other and a third is between these two diametrically opposed piercing and cutting teeth 22 on the same circumferential line 29. In the center between these piercing and cutting teeth 22 is on the underside of the pusher surface 6 at least formed an axially extending profile 26. The T-profile 26 in the center pushes the disc further down and breaks the material bridges between the piercing and incisors, which has not yet been cut by these, and at the free space on the circumferential line 29, where no lancing and cutting tooth 22 is, is another in cross-section T-shaped profile 24. Upon further downward pressing of the deformable dome 5, the same in the radial direction are pivoted outwardly due to the geometric arrangement of the lancing and cutting teeth 22 on the dome inner wall. The central T-profile 26 acts as a pusher and breaks the previously remained material bridges on the sealing film 15 between the lancing and cutting teeth 22. Upon further depression of the dome 5, the outer T-profile 24 comes on the circumferential line 29 in action. It acts as a plunger and pivots the almost completely out of the sealing foil 15 cut circular disc by approximately 90 ° down. Thus, the passage is maximally released, so that the substance inside the tube section 19 falls reliably down into a container which is equipped with this closure. In a particular embodiment, these lancing and cutting teeth 22 and ram profiles 24,26 may be integrally formed on a separate base plate. This base plate then has on its outer side a bump, with which it is einklickbar in a corresponding formed on the underside of the dome 5 recess. The equipment of a container with this closure is such that the threaded connector 9 of the closure is either glued or welded to its flange 11 on a hole edge, or inserted from below into a hole until its flange 1 1 rests on the inside of the hole edge and there is glued or welded with him. This is possible if it is a composite package, which is filled after installation of the threaded connector 9 in a crashed position and then sealed at its end ultimately forming the subfloor part of the composite package. It is clear that the threaded connector 9 can also be part of a plastic or PET bottle.
FIG. 5 shows the closure in a diametral section. It can be seen here how the piercing and cutting teeth 22 and the profiles 24, 26 are formed on the inside of the dome 5. The piercing and cutting teeth 22 project furthest down. The central profile 26 protrudes slightly less far down, and the molded on the circumferential line 29 profile 24 protrudes least far down. When depressing the pusher surface 6 and deforming the dome 5, the lancing and cutting teeth 22 are first effective and each cut a circle segment from the sealing film 15 which rests on the shoulder 20 and previously on this by heating and flipping the edge regions 14 of the pipe section 19, as indicated by arrows, was crimped. Then, the central profile 26 is effective and pushes the sealing film 15 down and thus tears the standing at her material bridges between the three piercing and cutting teeth 22 on. With even further depressing the Dome, the piercing and cutting teeth 22 are pivoted radially outward and then comes the profile 24 in action. It pivots the circular disk, which has now been cut out of the sealing film by about 340 °, down into the threaded connection (not shown here).
Figures 6 and following show an alternative embodiment in which the cap 1 is suitable with its pipe section for receiving a separately filled with a substance and closed capsule in the form of a receiving cup, which can also be opened by depressing the dome 5. FIG. 6 shows this closure with closure cap and associated threaded connection 9 in a perspective view obliquely from above. The closure cap 1 consists again of an outer annular wall 2 and an inner annular wall 3, which are interconnected via a bridge 4. At the lower end of the inner annular wall 3, this merges in the radial direction into a bottom, on the underside of which a downwardly extending pipe section is formed, while on its upper side a dome 5 is formed. This forms at the zenith an outwardly projecting pusher surface 6. At the lower end of the cap 1 can be seen a guarantee ring 7, which is held in known manner over some acting as predetermined breaking material bridges at the bottom of the cap 1. Below the cap 1 can be seen the associated threaded connector 9. This forms on its outside a thread 10. The threaded connector 9 runs at its lower end in a radially projecting flange 1 1. Next you can see an all-round, radially projecting ring 12. About this can the guarantee strip 7 on the cap 1 when screwing on the threaded connector 9 einklick and henceforth, the cap 1 can only be unscrewed from the threaded connector 9 while breaking the material bridges. With the flange 1 1, the threaded connector 9 can be welded or glued into a hole on a container. The flange 1 1 can come to rest outside on the edge of the hole or inside along the edge of the hole when about a container made of composite material on its lower side is still open and is closed only after filling the container upside down. In addition, the threaded connector 9 may also be integral with a plastic container, for example, belong to a PET bottle. [001 1] FIG. 7 shows the closure according to FIG. 6 with all components, namely from above with the closure cap 1, including the receiving cup 13, the sealing disc 15 and the threaded neck 9, shown obliquely from above in a perspective view of all components. The receiving cup 13 fits in the position shown in the cap 1 and is pushed from below in the axial direction into this until his bump 16 clicks on its upper side from below into the depression on the underside of the pusher surface 6 at the zenith of the dome 5 of the cap 1 is formed. At the bottom of the receiving cup 13 can be seen here through piercing teeth 17, except for a point 18 where no teeth are formed. The lower edge of the receiving cup therefore forms about 340 ° of its circumference a crown edge of lancing teeth 17. Under the receiving cup 13, the sealing disk 15 is shown. This can be made of either a water vapor and oxygen-proof material, for example, an aluminum foil or a laminate containing an aluminum foil, or of any other suitable laminate having these properties. At the bottom, the threaded connector 9 is shown.
The same components again shows the figure 8, but now shown in a perspective view of all components viewed obliquely from below. In this view, one recognizes the axially extending pipe section 19, which is formed within the closure cap 1, and which projects downwards and is open at the bottom. On its inside, in the region of its lower edge, it shows along the circumference a stepped shoulder 20. This is used for placing the sealing disk 15 from the outside, after insertion and filling of the receiving cup 13 in a crashed position, as will be described in more detail. On the inside of the outer annular wall 2 of the cap 1 can still be seen a small portion of the thread 21 of the formed on this wall 2 internal thread.
Below the cap 1, the receiving cup 13 is shown. In this illustration, one recognizes the crown edge with the closed row of piercing teeth 17 and the portion 18 where such piercing teeth 17 are missing. Under the receiving cup 13, the sealing disk 15 is shown, and at the bottom of the Gwindestutzen 9 with his well recognizable here flange 1 1 and the circumferential ring 12. Der Receiving cup 13 is inserted into the pipe section 19 and into the subsequent dome 5. And in these in the dome from the bottom clicked receiving cup 13, if he is together with the cap 1 in a crashed position, a substance to be filled almost to the shoulder 20 of the receiving cup 13, be it a liquid or free-flowing substance. Finally, the receiving cup 13 is hermetically sealed by placing the sealing foil 15 on its shoulder 20 and crimping the sealing foil 15 onto this shoulder 20.
Figure 9 shows the components cap 1, receiving cup 13 and sealing film 15, as they are arranged in order. The receiving cup 13 is clicked in empty form from below into the pipe section 19 and the dome 5. Then, the cap 1 is overturned by 180 ° and in this position, the receiving cup 13 is filled with a special substance that can later be added to the contents of the container equipped with the closure. Then, the sealing film 15 is placed on the inboard shoulder 20 on the pipe section 19 and the edge region of the pipe section 19 is hot folded onto the sealing film 15 and pressed so that it is hermetically sealed at the end on the shoulder 20.
Figure 10 shows the closure in a diametrical section and this view clarifies why the opening of the sealing film 15 works reliably. The crown edge with the piercing teeth 17 at the lower edge of the receiving cup 13 is in fact advantageously arranged slightly inclined to the sealing foil 15, so that it encloses with this a very acute angle. This is indicated by the dashed line A. If one presses on the pusher surface 6 and presses the receiving cup 13 in the interior of the tube section 19 downwards, so the first pricking teeth 17 pierce the sealing film 15 first. The piercing force is concentrated on a few teeth. After that, the other piercing teeth 17 gradually come into effect, so that the cutting of the sealing foil into two approximately complete semicircles starts from one point and thus the piercing force is always concentrated in small areas. FIG.
12 shows the opening process, that is, the cutting out of a circular disk of the sealing film 15 in a virtual view, so to speak, because this opening operation takes place when inserted receiving cup 13, which is shown here but outside the cap. The outer edge of the sealing film 15 is firmly connected to the shoulder 20 in the closure cap or crimped on this. The depressed receiving cup 13 with its lower crown edge of teeth 17 pierces the sealing film 15 along a circumferential line and thus cuts it around a circumference of about 340 ° from a circular disk from her. FIG. 13 shows the following process when the receptacle 13 is pressed further down. Then, the cut-out circular disc around that point 18 on the crown edge, which has no teeth, around the shoulder 20 folded down, by approximately 90 °, and then protrudes into the threaded neck 9 and releases the flow, so that the content of the Receiving cup 13 safely and completely falls into the container equipped with the closure.
