Description

防松捆扎带装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防松捆扎带装置,适用于运输行业中捆扎和固定货物。
背景技术
现有的捆扎带在捆扎物品后,运输途中可能会出现物品受力导致物品变形而出现松动的情况。实用新型专利号012392766公开了一种防松捆扎带装置,它包括绑带,绑带的一端绕在一转动轴上,转动轴固定在支架上,转动轴的一端有牵引器,转动轴上串接有棘轮、离合器和弹簧,其中棘轮和转动轴之间是固定连接,离合器可在转动轴上转动,弹簧使离合器紧靠棘轮,在支架上设有棘爪,棘爪和支架间有扭簧,离合器上有凸块和棘爪限位凹槽……。上述装置弹簧使离合器紧靠棘轮,即利用棘轮与离合器之间的摩擦力,由棘轮转动带动离合器转动,对应于离合器上的凹槽位置,棘爪对棘轮的锁定,达到绑带只能收紧无法拉出的目的。由于结构上的原因,这种防松捆扎带装置在固定操作过程中,如需要反复的进行松和紧的操作,存在着操控不方便的缺陷。同时上述捆扎带缠绕在两个棘轮之间的轴上,控制棘轮的棘爪等操作部件和捆扎带居于同一个壳体内,容易发生缠绕引起的故障。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有结构中存在的技术问题,提出一种操控方便、操控和捆扎带分离的防松捆扎带装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种防松捆扎带装置,它包括支架和绑带,绑带的一端有锁扣,绑带的另一端绕在一个转动轴上,上述转动轴固定在支架上,转动轴的一端伸出支架的一侧,在转动轴伸出处的支架外有扭簧端盖,在扭簧端盖内和转动轴间连接收紧扭簧,其特征在于上述转动轴的另一端伸出支架另一侧,在转动轴伸出处的支架外有外支架,转动轴上串接有棘轮、离合凸轮和弹簧,其中棘轮和转动轴之间是固定连接,离合凸轮可在转动轴上转动,弹簧是在棘轮和离合凸轮之间, 离合凸轮在弹簧的作用下紧贴外支架,离合凸轮上有操作手把,在外支架上设置了扣板,扣板可以转动,外支架上还有锁紧扭簧,锁紧扭簧的作用力将扣板转动到单向锁定棘轮的位置,用操作手把转动离合凸轮,在离合凸轮的活动范围内,离合凸轮能使扣板克服锁紧扭簧的作用力,实现扣板对棘轮的单向锁定和扣板对棘轮的脱扣。
本实用新型的防松捆扎带装置,在使用时,可通过转动操作手把,把离合凸轮转动到扣板脱离棘轮的位置,绑带在外力的作用下可随意拉出,松手即可自动收紧,然后把离合凸轮转动到扣板单向锁定棘轮的位置,由于对这种棘轮的锁定是单向锁定,绑带只能收紧不能拉出。同时由于棘轮、扣板和锁紧扭簧在外支架上,实现棘轮控制部分和捆扎带分离。因此,本实用新型是一种操控方便、稳定可靠的防松捆扎带装置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图1和图2所示,一种防松捆扎带装置,它包括支架3和绑带2,绑带2的一端有锁扣1,绑带2的另一端绕在一个转动轴12上,上述转动轴12固定在支架3上,转动轴12的一端伸出支架3的一侧,在转动轴12伸出处的支架3外有扭簧端盖10,在扭簧端盖10内和转动轴12间连接收紧扭簧11,其特征在于上述转动轴12的另一端伸出支架3另一侧,在转动轴12伸出处的支架3外有外支架4,转动轴12上串接有棘轮5、离合凸轮6和弹簧7,其中棘轮5和转动轴12之间是固定连接,离合凸轮6可在转动轴12上转动,弹簧7是在棘轮5和离合凸轮7之间,离合凸轮7在弹簧6的作用下紧贴支架3外的外支架4,离合凸轮6上有操作手把13,在外支架4上设置了扣板8,扣板8可以转动,外支架4上还有锁紧扭簧9,锁紧扭簧9的作用力将扣板8转动到单向锁定棘轮5的位置,用操作手把13转动离合凸轮6,在离合凸轮6的活动范围内,离合凸轮6能使扣板8克服锁紧扭簧9的作用力,实现扣板8对棘轮5的单向锁定和扣板8对棘轮5的脱扣。

  1. 一种防松捆扎带装置,它包括支架(3)和绑带(2),绑带(2)的一端有锁扣(1),绑带(2)的另一端绕在一个转动轴(12)上,上述转动轴(12)固定在支架(3)上,转动轴(12)的一端伸出支架(3)的一侧,在转动轴(12)伸出处的支架(3)外有扭簧端盖(10),在扭簧端盖(10)内和转动轴(12)间连接收紧扭簧(11),其特征在于上述转动轴(12)的另一端伸出支架(3)另一侧,在转动轴(12)伸出处的支架(3)外有外支架(4),转动轴(12)上串接有棘轮(5)、离合凸轮(6)和弹簧(7),其中棘轮(5)和转动轴(12)之间是固定连接,离合凸轮(6)可在转动轴(12)上转动,弹簧(7)是在棘轮(5)和离合凸轮(7)之间,离合凸轮(7)在弹簧(6)的作用下紧贴支架(3)外的外支架(4),离合凸轮(6)上有操作手把(13),在外支架(4)上设置了扣板(8),扣板(8)可以转动,外支架(4)上还有锁紧扭簧(9),锁紧扭簧(9)的作用力将扣板(8)转动到单向锁定棘轮(5)的位置,用操作手把(13)转动离合凸轮(6),在离合凸轮(6)的活动范围内,离合凸轮(6)能使扣板(8)克服锁紧扭簧(9)的作用力,实现扣板(8)对棘轮(5)的单向锁定和扣板(8)对棘轮(5)的脱扣。
