L'invention concerne une tête d'application et de distribution de produit cosmétique, et tête de dispositif d'emballage associée d'application et de distribution (14) destinée à être montée sur un col (20) d'un réceptacle (12), la tête (14) comprenant : - un applicateur (30) comprenant au moins un canal traversant (38) qui s'ouvre sur une surface d'application externe (40) ; une partie intermédiaire (32) conçue pour être placée entre l'applicateur (30) et le réceptacle (12), comprenant : - une base (46) qui va coopérer avec le col (20) ; - une tige creuse (48) insérée dans un logement de réception, le logement de réception étant relié au ou à chaque canal traversant (38) ; et - une région souple (50) reliant la base (46) et la tige (48), la tige (48) étant libre de se déplacer avec l'applicateur (30) par rapport à la base (46) par déformation de la région souple (50).
