004 A finalidade desta Capa de Pelúcia Removível é a de proteger o corpo de animal, o seja, a almofada, poder retirar e colocar capa, de forma fácil em função de dispor de zíper invisível disposto no local correspondente a barriga da Capa de Pelúcia. 4.- PROBLEMAS A SOLUCIONAR 4.- PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED
005 E de conhecimento geral entre usuários e donos de bichos de pelúcia, exemplares de porte maior, superiores a 50cm, apresentam e dificultam bastante a higienização já que, em função do tamanho, não podem ser lavados à máquina quando cheios, pois não conseguem girar dentro do tambor da máquina, impedindo a sua correta lavagem. - MU8500470-7 depositada em 23/03/2005 sob o título de "DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA EM BRINQUEDO DE PELÚCIA" descrito como o presente Modelo de Utilidade, refere-se a disposições construtivas em brinquedo, produzido em pelúcia, cuja forma imita a de um animal, que apresenta características construtivas novas e diferenciadas dos modelos atualmente existentes, para tanto, é basicamente conformada em um bicho de pelúcia de formato qualquer (1), o qual apresenta um corpo (2) dotado de membros (3) e uma cabeça (4), sendo que junto ao focinho, sob a pelúcia, é instalado um imã (5), preso de forma apropriada. O mesmo tipo de construção é identificada no bicho complementar (6), que apresenta as mesmas características de desenho que o bicho (1) só que em menor escala, apresentando um corpo (7), membros (8) e uma cabeça (9) em cujo focinho é previsto um imã (10), que é devidamente fixado entre a pelúcia e o enchimento do corpo (7).
