Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système d'investissement et, plus spécifiquement, un système et un procédé d'investissement utilisant une monnaie virtuelle, le système et le procédé d'investissement étant capables de garantir la liquidité d'une monnaie virtuelle et d'une opération au comptant en permettant à la monnaie virtuelle d'être utilisée pour un investissement dans des premiers appels publics à l'épargne et permettant à des jetons d'une offre initiale de jetons (ICO) payés au niveau du premier appel public à l'épargne d'être utilisés dans l'opération au comptant. Le procédé d'investissement utilisant une monnaie virtuelle, selon la présente invention, peut comprendre les étapes consistant à : accepter une demande ICO provenant d'un terminal d'une société ICO souhaitant une ICO; attirer des investisseurs de monnaie virtuelle par liaison à une pluralité de terminaux d'investisseur sur la base d'informations sur la société ICO; fournir des jetons ICO correspondant à un montant d'investissement aux terminaux d'investisseur suite à l'attraction des investisseurs de monnaie virtuelle, les jetons ICO pouvant être échangés à une vitesse prédéterminée avec des jetons d'articles par lesquels un produit ou un service de la société ICO peut être acheté; et distribuer des bénéfices aux investisseurs en fonction des performances de la société ICO.
