Definitions
- the present invention relates to a laundry care device with a controller.
- washing liquid is heated in a tub of the laundry care device by a heating element so that the heated washing liquid of the laundry in the laundry drum is available for a washing process in order to achieve an effective laundry care success.
- the heating element Since the laundry in the laundry drum generally has a lower temperature than the heated washing liquid in the lye container of the laundry care appliance, the heating element must often heat the washing liquid to a temperature which is above a desired laundry core temperature of the laundry to ensure that the Laundry is heated sufficiently. In the case of particularly delicate textiles, under certain circumstances damage to the laundry may occur.
- EP 2 161 365 B1 discloses a method for operating a washing machine, the method comprising a washing phase with the heating body switched on to heat the washing liquid and activated flooding device, which moves the washing liquid from the lower region of the tub into the upper area, relative to the washing area operating installation position of the washing machine promotes.
- the object according to the invention is achieved by a laundry care appliance having a lye container for receiving washing liquid, wherein the lye container has a discharge opening and an inlet opening, which are fluidly connected by a liquid line, a laundry drum for receiving laundry, a drum drive for rotating the laundry drum, a temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of washing liquid in the tub, a heating element for heating the washing liquid, a pump which is adapted to pump washing liquid through the discharge opening into the liquid line and the pumped washing liquid through the Re-introducing the inlet port to the tub to wet the laundry in the laundry drum, and a controller for controlling the pump, the drum drive and the heating element during a washing operation, wherein the controller is configured to activate the heating element during a heating phase of the washing process until the detected temperature of the washing liquid in the tub reaches a target temperature value, wherein the controller is designed
- the laundry in the heating phase, the laundry is heated to the target temperature and the heating element is subsequently deactivated by the controller.
- washing liquid is pumped out of the tub by the pump and supplied again to the tub during a pumping operation.
- the aim of uniform heating of the laundry is to obtain the smallest possible temperature difference between the temperature of the laundry and the temperature of the washing liquid at the end of the mixing phase.
- the controller determines a first temperature value at the beginning of the reference time section and a second temperature value at the end of the reference time section.
- the controller determines a temperature difference between the first temperature value and the second temperature value, and the controller then compares the temperature difference to a temperature threshold. As soon as the temperature difference is less than the temperature threshold value, the controller terminates the mixing phase as an effective temperature balance between the laundry and the washing liquid has been established.
- the temperature threshold is chosen to be low enough to ensure that an effective temperature balance has been established between the laundry and the washing liquid in the laundry care appliance.
- a laundry care device is understood to mean a device which is used for laundry care, such as a washing machine or a tumble dryer.
- a laundry care appliance is understood as a household laundry care appliance. So a laundry care device, which is used in the context of household management, and is treated with the laundry in normal household quantities.
- the controller is configured to end the washing process when the determined second temperature value of the washing liquid at the end of the mixing phase corresponds to the target temperature value, or is the controller configured to end the washing process when the determined second temperature value of the washing liquid on End of the mixing phase is within a variance range of the target temperature value, or the controller is adapted to terminate the washing process, when the determined temperature difference between the first temperature value and the second temperature value falls below a further temperature threshold.
- the technical advantage is achieved that a uniform heating of the laundry is ensured in the laundry drum. If, at the end of the mixing phase, the second temperature value of the washing liquid corresponds to the target temperature value, the controller can assume that the laundry in the washing drum and the washing liquid in the tub are at approximately the same temperature, since the temperature of the washing liquid does not drop any further. Thus, the controller can stop the washing process. Alternatively, the controller may terminate the washing process if the determined second temperature value of the washing liquid at the end of the mixing phase is within a variance range of the target temperature value. This ensures that the controller also terminates the washing process when the specific second temperature value is only slightly above or only slightly below the target temperature value.
- the controller may end the washing process if the determined temperature difference between the first temperature value and the second temperature value falls below a further temperature threshold value.
- the washing process can also be terminated if at the end of the mixing phase only a very fla- tended temperature gradient is determined and there is no further significant temperature drop.
- the further temperature threshold value may have a lower differential temperature, in particular of 2 ° C., than the temperature threshold value, which may in particular have a differential temperature of 5 ° C.
- the washing process means the phase of a laundry treatment program until the temperature value of the laundry has reached a predetermined target value, wherein the temperature value of the laundry can be determined by measuring the temperature value of the washing liquid due to the effective temperature compensation between the laundry and the washing liquid.
- a subsequent washing process can in principle follow, which preferably takes place without a further heating phase.
- a treatment of the laundry with the predetermined temperature value of the laundry for a predetermined treatment time can be ensured.
- the laundry can be further moved during the Nachwaschvorgangs by rotating the laundry drum.
- the treatment duration of the post-washing process may preferably be determined or determined as a function of the duration of the preceding washing process, a determined quantity of laundry and / or type of laundry and / or a selected laundry treatment program.
- the controller is designed to deactivate the pump and the drum drive during a collection phase of the washing process subsequent to the mixing phase in order to collect washing liquid in the tub when the determined second temperature value of the washing liquid at the end of the mixing phase does not correspond to the target temperature value or if the determined second temperature value of the washing liquid is not within a variance range of the target temperature value at the end of the mixing phase or if the determined temperature difference between the first temperature value and the second temperature value does not fall below the further temperature threshold value.
- the collection phase ensures that collects by disabling the pump and the drum drive, the washing liquid to a bottom of the tub. If the determined second temperature value of the washing liquid at the end of the mixing phase does not correspond to the target temperature value, or if the determined second temperature value of the washing liquid at the end of the mixing phase is not within a variance range of the target temperature value, or if the determined temperature difference between the first temperature temperature value and the second temperature value does not fall below the further temperature threshold, the controller can not end the washing process, since the laundry has not yet been fully heated by the washing liquid. Instead, the controller must activate another heating phase of the heating element as part of another washing process. By the collected during the collection phase in the tub washing liquid can be ensured that the heating element does not run dry in the subsequent further heating phase of the further washing process.
- control is formed, after the mixing phase or after the collection phase another
- Control is configured to activate the heating element during a further heating phase of the further washing process until the detected temperature of the washing liquid in the tub reaches a target temperature value, wherein the controller is formed, during a subsequent subsequent mixing phase further mixing phase of the further washing process the drum drive to rotate the laundry drum and activate the pump to pump over the washing liquid and the laundry received in the laundry drum
- the controller is designed to determine a first temperature value at the beginning of a reference time interval of the further mixing phase and a second temperature value at the end of the reference time interval of the further mixing phase, and wherein the controller is configured, the others End mixing phase when the temperature difference between the first temperature value and the second temperature value is below a temperature threshold to ensure a uniform temperature distribution in the washing liquid and in the laundry.
- the controller ensures that the washing process is not ended if the specific second temperature value of the washing liquid does not correspond to the target temperature value at the end of the mixing phase. speaks, or if the temperature gradient is not shallow enough, because then the laundry has not been completely heated by the washing liquid. In this case, the controller starts another washing process.
- the heating element heats the washing liquid again to the target temperature value.
- the controller again activates the drum drive to rotate the laundry drum and re-activates the control to pump the washing liquid out of the tub and pump the heated pumped washing liquid back into the tub.
- the first and second temperature values and the temperature difference between the first and second temperature values are again determined. If the determined second temperature value of the washing liquid at the end of the further mixing phase corresponds to the target temperature value, or if the temperature gradient is sufficiently flat, the control ends the further washing process. If this is not the case, the controller repeats the further laundry operations until the determined second temperature value of the washing liquid at the end of the corresponding further mixing phase corresponds to the target temperature value or until the temperature gradient runs sufficiently flat.
- the laundry care appliance has a fill level sensor which is designed to detect a fill level of wash liquid in the wash tub, and the laundry care appliance has a wash liquid feed device for feeding washing liquid into the wash tub, wherein the controller is designed, to activate the washing liquid supply means to supply washing liquid in the tub when the detected level of washing liquid in the tub is below a reference level.
- the washing liquid supply device is fluidically connected to the tub by a supply line connected, and the Waschsometimeskeitszu211 nerve comprises in particular a Ein Cyprusschale the laundry care device.
- the washing liquid supply device can effectively deliver washing liquid to the tub through the supply line. If the washing liquid supply device comprises an induction bowl, then either water can be supplied to the liquor container as the washing liquid through the dispensing bowl, or it can be supplied to the liquor container as laundry liquid mixed with water.
- the laundry care appliance has a fill level sensor which is designed to detect a level of washing liquid in the tub, wherein the controller is designed to activate the drum drive in order to spin the washing liquid bound in the laundry and to spin it free To supply washing liquid to the tub when the detected level of washing liquid in the tub is below a reference level.
- the spin-off washing liquid ensures that a dry running of the heating element can be prevented when the detected level of washing liquid in the tub is below a reference level.
- the control is designed to activate the drum drive during the mixing phase in order to rotate the laundry drum at least in sections at an investment rotational speed during the mixing phase and bring the laundry into contact with the laundry drum.
- the control is designed to activate the drum drive during the mixing phase in order to rotate the laundry drum at least in sections at a reversing rotation speed, in particular in a reversing rotation direction oppositely directed to the main rotation direction of the laundry drum during the mixing phase.

- washing liquid is collected in the tub 105 during respective collection phases 155.
- the controller 1 19 activates the washing liquid supply means at a supply time 157 when the detected level of washing liquid in the tub 105 falls below a reference level 159.
- the controller 1 19 determines a first temperature value at the beginning of the respective reference period 153 and a second temperature value at the end of the respective reference period 153.
- the controller 1 19 compares the temperature difference between the first temperature value and the second temperature value and determines the respective temperature difference between the respective first temperature value and the respective second temperature value.
- the criterion for the control 1 19 to abort the respective further washing process 144-2 is when the respective determined temperature difference falls below a temperature threshold value.
- the temperature difference determined by the control unit 19 is too great for the control unit 1 19 to be able to terminate, ie the temperature gradient is sufficiently flat. Only in the time last reference period 153, a small temperature difference is determined, which falls below the temperature threshold, so that the temperature gradient is sufficiently flat for a termination.
