现有技术中,关于衣物识别模块识别衣物的方法一般就是将衣物识别模块设置在洗衣机的箱体内部,用于识别投放进入衣物处理筒内的衣物,然而,当衣物被投放入衣物处理设备的衣物处理筒内后,各衣物呈堆状放置,从而不利于衣物识别模块识别,无法保证各衣物均被衣物识别模块识别;另一方面,为了保证每一件衣物均被识别,衣物识别模块也可以设置在衣物投放口上,则在投放衣物的过程中,将每一衣物靠近衣物识别模块,或将衣物识别模块靠近每一衣物,从而保证各衣物依次均被衣物识别模块识别,然而该过程需要用户参与,不够方便,用户习惯于简单的操作,若需要用户参与进行各衣物依次的识别,则不利该技术的推广,用户体验一般。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种衣物处理设备识别衣物的方法,在进行衣物识别的过程中,控制衣物处理筒转动,从而提高了衣物识别率,衣物处理设备控制衣物处理筒进行较长时间的转动过程,确保投放在衣物处理筒内的衣物均被识别。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案的基本构思是:
一种衣物处理设备识别衣物的方法,所述的衣物处理设备包括衣物处理筒以及用于识别衣物信息的衣物识别模块,所述识别衣物的方法包括:衣物处理设备在进行衣物识别的过程中,控制衣物处理筒转动以提高衣物识别率。
在上述方案中,在进行衣物识别的过程中,控制衣物处理筒转动,从而提高了衣物识别 率,衣物处理设备控制衣物处理筒进行较长时间的转动过程,确保投放在衣物处理筒内的衣物均被识别。
优选的,衣物处理设备控制衣物处理筒执行设定时长的转动过程后,控制衣物识别过程结束。
在上述方案中,衣物识别过程被设定有设定时长T1,在该设定时长T1的识别过程中,可确保衣物均被识别,该控制过程最为简单实用。
优选的,在衣物处理设备进行衣物识别的过程中,控制衣物处理筒持续转动或间歇转动,带动衣物运动,直至衣物处理筒内的各衣物均被所述衣物识别模块识别。
在上述方案中,当投入衣物处理筒内的衣物均被识别后,控制衣物识别过程结束,从而节约了识别时间,提高了衣物处理设备的智能化水平。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备在识别到某一衣物后,在设定时间内未识别到新的衣物信息,则判断各衣物均被衣物识别模块识别,控制衣物识别过程结束;
在上述方案中,当在衣物识别设备识别到某一衣物后,在设定时间范围内未识别到新的衣物信息,则直接判断各衣物均被衣物识别模块识别,衣物识别过程结束,该设定时间为T2,T2<T1。
或,衣物处理设备进行衣物识别的过程中,检测到用户确认衣物被全部识别时,控制衣物处理筒停止转动,衣物识别程序结束。
在上述方案中,用户可确认衣物被完全识别,从而节约了衣物识别时间。
另一方面,用户也可在投放衣物时,向衣物处理设备输入投放入衣物处理筒内的衣物数量,当衣物识别模块识别出的衣物数量达到用户输入的衣物数量时,则控制衣物识别过程结束。
优选的,在进行衣物识别的过程中,衣物处理筒的转动速度低于衣物处理筒洗涤的转速。
优选的,在进行衣物识别程序的过程中,衣物处理设备控制衣物处理筒向一个方向转动或控制衣物处理筒正向反向交替转动;
在上述方案中,控制衣物处理筒正向反向交替转动,有利于分散各衣物,提高衣物识别模块的识别率。
优选的,所述的衣物处理筒在转动的过程中还包括有停顿的过程。
在上述方案中,在衣物处理筒转动的过程中,增加停顿的过程,提高了衣物识别率。
优选的,本发明的识别衣物的方法还包括在进行衣物识别的过程中或衣物识别过程结束后,执行将识别的衣物信息保存至衣物处理设备或保存至智能终端上的保存过程,所述的智能终端与衣物处理设备通信连接。
上述方案包括了两种实现方式,第一种方式为,衣物识别模块将识别的衣物信息发送至衣物处理设备上,衣物处理设备将接收到的衣物信息进行保存;另一种方式为,衣物识别模块与智能终端通信连接,该智能终端可远程控制衣物处理设备,衣物识别模块将识别的衣物信息发送至智能终端上,智能终端对衣物信息进行保存。
另一方面,衣物处理设备与智能终端两者直接通信连接或者两者通过服务器连接,所述的衣物信息也可以被保存至服务器,从而智能终端可以登录服务器查看衣物信息。
优选的,在进行所述的保存过程中,衣物处理设备或智能终端还接受用户操作,标记各衣物信息;
优选的,衣物处理设备或智能终端包括有显示装置,显示由衣物识别模块识别的衣物信息,所述标记各衣物信息包括:衣物处理设备或智能终端接受用户操作,给被识别的衣物信息添加名称和/或图像,衣物处理设备或智能终端接收用户操作并保存。
优选的,所述的识别衣物的方法还包括在进行衣物处理时,在衣物处理设备上或智能终端上存储的若干衣物信息中选定投放在衣物处理筒内各衣物对应的衣物信息,衣物处理设备根据选定结果控制执行适宜的衣物处理程序;
在上述方案中,通过直接选择衣物信息控制衣物处理设备进行匹配相应的衣物处理程序,从而不需要衣物处理设备进行衣物识别过程,可快速进入洗衣程序匹配的阶段中。
优选的,所述的衣物处理程序包括洗涤程序/烘干程序。
另一方面,本发明中,除了通过衣物识别模块识别衣物信息,也可以纯手动在衣物处理设备或智能终端上创建一件衣物,按照相同规则新建衣物信息,如此则实现了对没有电子标签的衣物进行自动推荐衣物处理程序,从而使得具有电子标签的衣物和不具有电子标签的衣物可一起进行衣物处理,用户在投放各衣物后,输入不具有电子标签的衣物的衣物信息(可以是直接选择预先已保存的衣物信息),衣物处理设备在进行衣物识别过程后,同样可以进行推荐洗衣处理程序。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备还具有洗涤程序和/或烘干程序,
衣物处理设备在上述衣物识别过程结束后,根据各衣物信息计算出适宜的洗涤程序或烘干程序,然后控制衣物处理设备执行所述的洗涤程序或烘干程序。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种采用上述识别衣物的方法的衣物处理设备,包括:
衣物处理筒,用于容纳衣物,并执行衣物处理操作;
衣物识别模块,包括RFID阅读器,用于识别投放在衣物处理筒内设有电子标签的衣物;
控制模块,用于在衣物识别模块开启时,控制衣物处理筒转动,提高衣物识别模块的衣物识别率。
通过采用上述技术方案,使得本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的衣物处理设备识别衣物的方法中,所述的衣物处理设备包括衣物处理筒以及用于识别衣物信息的衣物识别模块,所述识别衣物的方法包括:衣物处理设备在进行衣物识别的过程中,控制衣物处理筒转动以提高衣物识别率。其中,在进行衣物识别的过程中,控制衣物处理筒转动,从而提高了衣物识别率,衣物处理设备控制衣物处理筒进行较长时间的转动过程,确保投放在衣物处理筒内的衣物均被识别。
2、本发明中,为了确保衣物被识别,提供了多种方案,比如:1、衣物处理设备控制衣物处理筒执行设定时长的转动过程后,控制衣物识别过程结束;2、在衣物处理设备进行衣物识别的过程中,控制衣物处理筒持续转动或间歇转动,带动衣物运动,直至衣物处理筒内的各衣物均被所述衣物识别模块识别,当投入衣物处理筒内的衣物均被识别后,控制衣物识别过程结束,从而节约了识别时间,提高了衣物处理设备的智能化水平;3、衣物处理设备进行衣物识别的过程中,检测到用户确认衣物被全部识别时,控制衣物处理筒停止转动,衣物识别程序结束,用户可确认衣物被完全识别,从而节约了衣物识别时间;4、用户也可在投放衣物时,向衣物处理设备输入投放入衣物处理筒内的衣物数量,当衣物识别模块识别出的衣物数量达到用户输入的衣物数量时,则控制衣物识别过程结束。
3、本发明中在进行衣物识别的过程中,衣物处理筒的转动速度低于衣物处理筒洗涤的转速。在进行衣物识别程序的过程中,衣物处理设备控制衣物处理筒向一个方向转动或控制衣物处理筒正向反向交替转动;控制衣物处理筒正向反向交替转动,有利于分散各衣物,提高衣物识别模块的识别率。

优选的,衣物处理设备控制衣物处理筒执行设定时长的转动过程后,控制衣物识别过程结束。

上述方案包括了两种实现方式,第一种方式为,衣物识别模块将识别的衣物信息发送至衣物处理设备上,衣物处理设备将接收到的衣物信息进行保存;另一种方式为,衣物识别模块与智能终端通信连接,该智能终端可远程控制衣物处理设备,衣物识别模块将识别的衣物信息发送至智能终端上,智能终端对衣物信息进行保存。

优选的,所述的识别衣物的方法还包括在进行衣物处理时,在衣物处理设备上或智能终端上存储的若干衣物信息中选定投放在衣物处理筒内各衣物对应的衣物信息,衣物处理设备根据选定结果控制执行适宜的衣物处理程序;
在上述方案中,通过直接选择衣物信息控制衣物处理设备进行匹配相应的衣物处理程序,从而不需要衣物处理设备进行衣物识别过程,可快速进入洗衣程序匹配的阶段中。
以下提供具体应用场景:
1、用户在将衣物投放在衣物处理设备后,在衣物处理设备的显示面板上选择待洗衣物的衣物信息,衣物处理设备则根据该衣物信息,推荐适宜的衣物处理程序。
2、用户在将衣物投放在衣物处理设备后,在智能终端上选择衣物信息,智能终端根据用户所选定的衣物信息推荐衣物处理程序,并发送至衣物处理设备进行衣物处理,或智能只将衣物信息发送至衣物处理设备,衣物处理设备接收到该信息后,推荐衣物处理程序。
3、用户将带有电子标签的衣物和不带有电子标签的衣物投放在衣物处理设备后,衣物处理设备进行衣物识别,用户在衣物处理程序或智能终端上进一步选定预先存储的不带有电子标签的衣物的衣物信息,衣物处理设备根据所识别的衣物信息和用户选定的衣物信息进行数据处理,推荐衣物处理程序。在该过程中,用户可以预先在衣物处理设备或智能终端上手动创建一件衣物,并编辑衣物信息,之后可直接选择该衣物即可同样享受到衣物处理设备推荐衣物处理程序的功能。
本发明中,除了通过衣物识别模块识别衣物信息,也可以纯手动在衣物处理设备或智能终端上创建一件衣物,按照相同规则新建衣物信息,如此则实现了对没有电子标签的衣物进行自动推荐衣物处理程序,从而使得具有电子标签的衣物和不具有电子标签的衣物可一起进行衣物处理,用户在投放各衣物后,输入不具有电子标签的衣物的衣物信息(可以是直接选择预先已保存的衣物信息),衣物处理设备在进行衣物识别过程后,同样可以进行推荐洗衣处理程序。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备还具有洗涤程序和/或烘干程序,衣物处理设备在上述衣物识别过程结束后,根据各衣物信息计算出适宜的洗涤程序或烘干程序,然后控制衣物处理设备执行所述的洗涤程序或烘干程序。
参见图1所示,提供衣物处理设备识别衣物的步骤:
S101、衣物处理设备接收到衣物识别指令;
S102、衣物处理设备控制衣物识别模块开启,控制衣物处理筒转动;
S103、检测到衣物识别过程执行了设定时长,或判断衣物处理筒内的衣物均被识别,则控制衣物识别模块关闭,控制衣物处理筒停止转动;
S104、控制结束或进入下一步控制。
实施例二
本实施例二提供一种采用上述实施例一中的识别衣物的方法的衣物处理设备,包括:
衣物处理筒,用于容纳衣物,并执行衣物处理操作;
衣物识别模块,包括RFID阅读器,用于识别投放在衣物处理筒内设有电子标签的衣物;
控制模块,用于在衣物识别模块开启时,控制衣物处理筒转动,提高衣物识别模块的衣物识别率。
衣物处理设备还包括有箱体,箱体内设置有衣物处理筒;优选的,所述的衣物识别模块也设置在箱体内部,用于识别投入衣物处理筒内的衣物,衣物上设有电子标签。该控制模块在衣物识别模块开启时,控制衣物处理筒转动,在衣物识别模块识别结束后,控制衣物处理筒停止转动,进行衣物处理程序匹配过程。本发明中,衣物处理设备的控制面板上设置有一键洗涤的按键,用户在进行衣物洗涤时,不需要选择洗衣模式,直接触发该一键洗涤按键即可,洗衣机检测到该一键洗涤按键被触发,则先执行衣物识别过程,然后匹配洗涤程序,最后执行所匹配的洗涤程序。
参见图2所示,提供一种该衣物处理设备进行洗涤时的使用实例:
S1001、用户投放衣物,选择一键洗涤;
S1002、衣物处理设备进行衣物识别过程:开启衣物识别模块,控制衣物处理筒转动;
S1003、衣物识别过程结束,匹配洗涤程序;
S1004、衣物处理设备执行所匹配的洗涤程序。

  1. 一种衣物处理设备识别衣物的方法,所述的衣物处理设备包括衣物处理筒以及用于识别衣物信息的衣物识别模块,其特征在于,所述识别衣物的方法包括:衣物处理设备在进行衣物识别的过程中,控制衣物处理筒转动以提高衣物识别率。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备识别衣物的方法,其特征在于,衣物处理设备控制衣物处理筒执行设定时长的转动过程后,控制衣物识别过程结束。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备识别衣物的方法,其特征在于,在衣物处理设备进行衣物识别的过程中,控制衣物处理筒持续转动或间歇转动,带动衣物运动,直至衣物处理筒内的各衣物均被所述衣物识别模块识别。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物处理设备识别衣物的方法,其特征在于,所述的衣物处理设备在识别到某一衣物后,在设定时间内未识别到新的衣物信息,则判断各衣物均被衣物识别模块识别,控制衣物识别过程结束;
    或,衣物处理设备进行衣物识别的过程中,检测到用户确认衣物被全部识别时,控制衣物处理筒停止转动,衣物识别程序结束。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种衣物处理设备识别衣物的方法,其特征在于,在进行衣物识别的过程中,衣物处理筒的转动速度低于衣物处理筒洗涤的转速。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种衣物处理设备识别衣物的方法,其特征在于,在进行衣物识别程序的过程中,衣物处理设备控制衣物处理筒向一个方向转动或控制衣物处理筒正向反向交替转动。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种衣物处理设备识别衣物的方法,其特征在于,还包括在进行衣物识别的过程中或衣物识别过程结束后,执行将识别的衣物信息保存至衣物处理设备或保存至智能终端上的保存过程,所述的智能终端与衣物处理设备通信连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理设备识别衣物的方法,其特征在于,在进行所述的保存过程中,衣物处理设备或智能终端还接受用户操作,标记各衣物信息;
    优选的,衣物处理设备或智能终端包括有显示装置,显示由衣物识别模块识别的衣物信息,所述标记各衣物信息包括:衣物处理设备或智能终端接受用户操作,给被识别的衣物信息添加名称和/或图像,衣物处理设备或智能终端接收用户操作并保存。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的一种衣物处理设备识别衣物的方法,其特征在于,所述的识别衣物的方法还包括在进行衣物处理时,在衣物处理设备上或智能终端上存储的若干衣物信息中选定投放在衣物处理筒内各衣物对应的衣物信息,衣物处理设备根据选定结果控制执行适宜的衣物处理程序;
    优选的,所述的衣物处理程序包括洗涤程序/烘干程序。
  10. 一种采用上述权利要求1-9任一所述的衣物处理设备识别衣物的方法的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括:
    衣物处理筒,用于容纳衣物,并执行衣物处理操作;
    衣物识别模块,用于识别投放在衣物处理筒内设有电子标签的衣物;
    控制模块,用于在衣物识别模块开启时,控制衣物处理筒转动,提高衣物识别模块的衣物识别率;
    优选的,所述的衣物识别模块包括RFID阅读器。
