一种加热不燃烧香烟过滤嘴 技术领域
本发明涉及香烟领域,具体涉及一种加热不燃烧香烟过滤嘴。
背景技术
现有技术中,烟气至口腔内温度较高,含水量较大,而且无专门贮水装置,裂解水可能被二次加热,这些都严重影响烟气吸食质量。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种加热不燃烧香烟过滤嘴,通过设置过滤棉,可以将加热不燃烧出来的烟气快速降温,加热不燃烧烟草产生的裂解水可以被充分吸收,提高烟气吸入口中的口感。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种加热不燃烧香烟过滤嘴,包括加热燃烧烟叶的烟体以及用于吸食烟体产生烟雾用的烟嘴,该烟嘴通过自动过滤机构将加热不燃烧产生的烟气中的水吸收,该自动过滤机构为一块设置于烟嘴中的过滤棉,烟气中的水进入到过滤棉中。
作为优选的技术方案,所述自动过滤机构还包括一气流管以及吸针管,吸针管设置于整个烟嘴的底部,并且插入于烟体中,将加热不燃烧产生的烟气吸入到烟嘴中,所述过滤棉装入于气流管中。
作为优选的技术方案,所述烟嘴包括一吸管以及吸嘴套,所述吸嘴套安装于吸嘴的顶部,吸嘴套密封吸嘴的顶部开口端,烟气从吸嘴吸出。
作为优选的技术方案,所述气流管以及过滤棉装入于吸管中。
作为优选的技术方案,所述吸针管的一端插入于吸管中,吸针管的输出端 与吸管中的进气通道相通,所述进气通道与气流管的输入端连接导通,气流管的输出端与吸嘴套连接导通。
作为优选的技术方案,所述气流管的中间设置有一个装配腔,过滤棉装入于该装配腔中。
作为优选的技术方案,所述吸管的底部外侧端设置有密封圈,所述吸管通过密封圈装入于烟体中。
作为优选的技术方案,所述过滤棉采用吸水材料制成,所述气流管采用PP材料,所述吸管针采用不锈钢材料制成,所述烟嘴整体采用PC材料制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可以将加热不燃烧出来的烟气快速降温,加热不燃烧烟草产生的裂解水可以被充分吸收,提高烟气吸入口中的口感。

具体实施方式

如图1-图3所示,烟嘴插入于烟体中,该烟嘴通过自动过滤机构将加热不燃烧产生的烟气中的水吸收,该自动过滤机构为一块设置于烟嘴中的过滤棉3,烟气中的水进入到过滤棉3中。
其中,上述所说的自动过滤机构还包括一气流管2以及吸针管6,吸针管6设置于整个烟嘴的底部,并且插入于烟体中,将加热不燃烧产生的烟气吸入到烟嘴中,为了保证烟气均能通过过滤棉,我们将过滤棉装入于气流管中,这样经过气流管出气的烟气均能将烟气中的水给过滤掉。
本实施例中,烟嘴包括一吸管4以及吸嘴套1,吸嘴套1安装于吸嘴的顶部,用于吸食;吸嘴套1密封吸嘴的顶部开口端,烟气从吸嘴吸出。气流管2以及过滤棉3装入于吸管4中。吸针管6的一端插入于吸管中,吸针管的输出端与吸管中的进气通道相通,进气通道与气流管的输入端连接导通,气流管的输出端与吸嘴套连接导通。
其中,吸管的底部外侧端设置有密封圈5,吸管通过密封圈5装入于烟体中。保证烟嘴与烟体装配时的密封性。
其中,过滤棉3采用吸水材料制成,气流管2采用PP材料,吸管针6采用不锈钢材料制成,烟嘴整体采用PC材料制成。以上材料只是本实施例中的一种较佳的材料选择,并不排除采用其它的材料替换。
工作原理:
加热不燃烧产生的烟气从吸管针进入到吸管中,直接喷在过滤棉上,烟气中的水分被过滤棉吸收,剩余的烟气自气流管进入到吸嘴套中,然后进入口腔,用以吸食。出来的烟气中不含水气,提升口感。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可以将加热不燃烧出来的烟气快速降温,加热不燃烧烟草产生的裂解水可以被充分吸收,提高烟气吸入口中的口感。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种加热不燃烧香烟过滤嘴,其特征在于:包括加热燃烧烟叶的烟体以及用于吸食烟体产生烟雾用的烟嘴,该烟嘴通过自动过滤机构将加热不燃烧产生的烟气中的水吸收,该自动过滤机构为一块设置于烟嘴中的过滤棉,烟气中的水进入到过滤棉中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧香烟过滤嘴,其特征在于:所述自动过滤机构还包括一气流管以及吸针管,吸针管设置于整个烟嘴的底部,并且插入于烟体中,将加热不燃烧产生的烟气吸入到烟嘴中,所述过滤棉装入于气流管中。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧香烟过滤嘴,其特征在于:所述烟嘴包括一吸管以及吸嘴套,所述吸嘴套安装于吸嘴的顶部,吸嘴套密封吸嘴的顶部开口端,烟气从吸嘴吸出。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的加热不燃烧香烟过滤嘴,其特征在于:所述气流管以及过滤棉装入于吸管中。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的加热不燃烧香烟过滤嘴,其特征在于:所述吸针管的一端插入于吸管中,吸针管的输出端与吸管中的进气通道相通,所述进气通道与气流管的输入端连接导通,气流管的输出端与吸嘴套连接导通。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧香烟过滤嘴,其特征在于:所述气流管的中间设置有一个装配腔,过滤棉装入于该装配腔中。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧香烟过滤嘴,其特征在于:所述吸管的底部外侧端设置有密封圈,所述吸管通过密封圈装入于烟体中。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的加热不燃烧香烟过滤嘴,其特征在于:所述过滤棉采用吸水材料制成,所述气流管采用PP材料,所述吸管针采用不锈钢材料制成,所述烟嘴整体采用PC材料制成。
