Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de traitement d'appel basé sur une identification d'empreinte digitale. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : à réception d'une demande d'appel, identifier une empreinte digitale d'un utilisateur ; si l'utilisateur de la demande d'appel figure dans une liste de contacts, répondre à l'appel lorsque l'identification d'empreinte digitale réussit ; et si l'utilisateur de la demande d'appel ne figure pas dans la liste de contacts, raccrocher lorsque l'identification d'empreinte digitale réussit. La solution technique fournie par la présente invention améliore l'expérience de l'utilisateur.
